I had surgery 4 months ago, I am not happy with results, I spent $10000 wasted my money and time, he is not professional, he cocky and not pay attention and details,

Honest, caring, kind and professional are the words I would describe Dr Lee and his Team with. Dr Lee did an absolutely incredible job with my surgery and I could not be happier with the result. I will be highly recommending Dr Lee to all my friends and family

Recently had a breast augmentation done with mark. Such a beautiful team who make you feel super comfortable. I am so happy with my result only 1 week post op. I can’t wait to watch the result only get better! Will be highly recommend to all of my friends and fam! Thanks to everyone at marks clinic who helped me on my journey! ️

I called to reception in 14: 25 PM, 01/11/2022 Tuesday to book an appointment. The receiption is rude.

I am from CALD background. The receiption becomes impatient and ask me if have anyone can understand English to talk.

She don't answer patient question but straight hung up the phone.

Hope no any other patients from different languages background will experience this anymore.

My procedure performed by Dr Lee was a tummy tuck and hernia repair. Four weeks post surgery the results have exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier. The entire process was handled wonderfully by and Dr Lee and his team, also many thanks to SJOG Subiaco.
I highly rate and would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Lee as he is truly a gifted surgeon.

I had surgery with Dr Lee on 8th July and I am already rapt with the awesome outcome! Dr Lee and his staff have been professional and respectful throughout the whole process. From my first contact, Debbie on reception greeted me with a welcoming and efficient manner. At my first appointment with Dr Lee, he gave me a thorough explanation of the procedure. His explanation included drawing the procedure and showing me photos of his previous work. I then returned for a second appointment with my husband in tow and Dr Lee patiently explained everything again.
Prior to surgery Pauline, Practice Manager, was super organised with the paperwork, kept me in the loop with changes and was quick to answer my questions. Whilst in hospital, Dr Lee visited me on both mornings and I have since had follow-up appointments in his rooms with his knowledgeable nurse Zoe and himself.
I 100% recommend Dr Lee and his team.

After watching 60 minutes tonight and seeing other strong women speak out about cosmetic surgery "Plastic surgery "
I will only give 1 star not only for the botch breast surgery but because this surgeon is too busy to pick up a phone to call you post surgery!

Had my second surgery with Dr Lee 2 weeks ago. The first one I had was in 2017, he removed my breast implants for me and made sure I was left with normal looking breasts after having a bad experience with another surgeon a year prior. Fast forward to now, 2022. I have had a tummy tuck and liposuction to the outside of my thighs. The first appointment was great, I went in prepared with my questions and didn't need to ask any. Everything was answered and the surgery went very well. He came in to visit on both mornings that I was in hospital & it's still early days but my result is fantastic already and I've experienced minimal pain. Dr Lee knows his stuff when it comes to getting a great result. I now have shape, the "double hip" look I had is now gone! And my stomach is so much tighter. I'm not sure where these bad reviews have come from but I can't say a bad word about my experience and his receptionists have been nothing but kind and helpful to me. I have confidently recommended Dr Lee to 2 other people who are on the same journey as me and I can't wait to see their progress.

Required revision surgery twice after a breast augmentation. Both times I was told I didn’t need a full lift even though I expressed concerns that I did.
Performed first lot of revision however refused to perform second lot unless I paid 20k (almost double what I paid for the original surgery).
Here I am having undergone two surgeries and needing a third because the time wasn’t taken to perform a thorough consultation and actually listen to my concerns. I guess that’s what happens when you literally have 5 minutes in the room with him before he happily directs you his office manager to discuss payment.
Sent an email requesting clarification and outlining concerns (like his offices have advised in response to other negative reviews) however never received a response, so suggest you don’t waste your time

Dr mark lee is awesome with his work and very empathetic with highest care level…

However receptionists & practice manager are not…zero connection with patients…a few times upset and not great experience…can’t be bothered to upload my blood test results onto the system…

Dr Mark Lee and his staff are wonderful I have no hesitation in recommending him and his staff they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

Dr. Lee did my surgery to fix my right hand thumb. After doing what he recommend before and after the operation, the surgery still failed. I asked for reason why and what could have happen as i was so careful on every move i make during my healing days. Anyways he did not know what happen and very unprofessional guy and worst is the receptionist Deb rudest person ever.

If only minus star points ill give them -5. Dont recommend them at all.

I paid 5000 for a reshaping otoplasty but he simply pinned my ears. I was very clear in two consults that I wanted reshaping, not pinning. His revision is no better and result did not settle as he promised. I paid two lots of hospital fees. His staff were excellent, though.

I was super nervous to even call & book my appoinment, but the receptionist obviously sensed it and put me at ease & Im so glad I went through with it.
The first appoinment took forever due to some previous health issues, which Dr Lee went through meticulously - and his knowledge of some complications was greater than most of the GP's Ive seen.
When it was my day of surgery I was utterly petrified, but Dr Lee and all his team, reassured me and kept me calm.
Post surgery his staff were fabulous; attentive, caring & alwyas available, and Dr Lee has cheered me on through the recovery.
The results are better than I imaged and I am beyond thrilled.

Dr Lee is kind, caring and he listens to your concerns. Plus he is obviously a very talented and skilled surgeon, and a gentleman to boot.
I had a breast reduction and abdominoplasty with muscle repair, and have no problem recommending Dr Lee!

My partner had the worst experience with this arrogant, rude and condescending man. Pre and post op care for breast implant removal was virtually nonexistent and 12 weeks after the surgery she had to go to 4 other doctors to seek help for pain relief, bacterial infection and seromas. Staff at his rooms are aloof and incompetent. Go to this man at your own risk. We don't think he deserves even ONE star.

I had a skin cancer on my nose. Went to another surgeon who comes to my country town he was the most horrible rude doctor i have ever met. Walked out in tears. I was then referred to Dr Mark Lee who was so nice and genuinely caring. He has resently done my surgery and has done a brilliant job. It is healing wonderfully. I recommend this doctor.

Terrible traumatic expensive experience. Came out with a botched rhinoplasty. Had to have a revision due to his mistake which left me even more out of pocket. Still after the initial rhinoplasty and revision I have a completely crooked, droopy, not what I asked for nose. Been wanting to go elsewhere to get fixed but after being out of pocket over 15k from Mark Lee I should NOT have to. Please go elsewhere.

This Surgeon is absolutely amazing, he is compassionate, professional and an amazing surgeon. I would highly recommend him and his team with any breast reconstruction, surgery. His staff are very friendly and make up the whole package for Mr Lee's practice. I would definately recommend Mr Lee for as a specialist plastic surgeon.

Had explant and lift a couple of weeks I would highly recommend Dr mark Lee he made me feel very comfortable and at ease a wonderful surgeon thankyou

If I could give it 0 stars I would! Rudest staff I have ever come across anywhere! I actually thought I was having a nightmare!
Definitely finding another surgeon.
