Dr Helen Leeks - Revitalise Chiropractic

A few weeks ago I made a appointment to see Dr Helen. I had what I thought was a whole lot of unrelated aches and pains in different parts of my body. With a quick assessment during the first appointment Dr Helen identified that all the issues were all related and coming from my left hip. She set to work! A few weeks later I am feeling so much better and am so indebted to Dr Helen. Her technique certainly works and I would highly recommend her to everyone.

I started seeing Doctor Riley about a month and a half ago at Revitalise Chiropractic. I have noticed that my back and neck has been rather tight and sore lately. Doctor Riley helped me realise that these issues were coming from my trumpet playing, something I hadn’t really thought of before. He has given me stretches and exercises to help loosen up my neck and back. I am already feeling better and I am finding less discomfort in my trumpet playing! Definitely recommend:)

I have been attending Dr Helens practice since December 2020 and in so doing am so pleased with the results. After trying many different ways to overcome my pain I feel since visiting the practice the results have been amazing and continue to improve.

I have been a patient of Dr Helen, for approx 8 years, I am very happy with the treatment I have received. I used to suffer with chronic back pain, this is no longer the case. I have been diagnosed with Arthritis which cannot be cured, but has been made manageable through treatment from Dr Helen. Dr. Helen’s holistic approach, combining applied kinesiology with chiropractic practice has helped me immensely. For twenty years I had constant neck pain, unable to tilt my head upwards, and at times my vision blurred. In one session I regained full neck functionality, clear vision, and more importantly, no pain. That was 6 months ago. Today, along with maintaining the pathways for good general health, Dr. Leeks is focusing on my left hip’s deleterious influence on my left knee, an intermittent pain that is crippling; and relaxing my abdominal region of my core, which appears to be the main culprit to the lower back pain and immobility that afflicts me at times post bent-over work and post strenuous work/heavy lifting. By following Dr. Leek’s clear and simple rehabilitation advice, my left hip is freer, resulting in significantly less left knee pain episodes; and I am able to do more and more strenuous activity with no associated lower back pain.
