I found Dr Harsha very friendly and efficient and understand s weight loss and cares about his patients

I had a sleeve and also found Dr Chandrarantna very good but I found his admin team to have let him down, I never got a call re my 6 months or 12 month follow up after being told they would call me to make a booking re video link nothing and I feel they are the extension to his work.
I felt like a conveyer belt at the start and then nothing.

This man is a life saver.after TWO failed surgerys and the second surgery was botched buy a previous doctor, no surgon would even bother looking at me thinking i was a total falure. He had previouslly done a sleeve for my mum and Aunty and i seen the great results from both of them so i decided to come to a check up appointment with my mum and just ask him if there was anything he could maybe do.
He was so kind and considerate and told me to book my own apointment with him to discuss options. We worked out a plan and i am now finally down to my goal weight with the care and perserverence of Harsha.
If it wasnt for him i would still be overweight depressed and totally suicidal. Because of my previous sugery being botched i was mentally unwell to the point i didnt want to be here anymore. He saved my life and i can not thank him enough for giving me a chance when no other doctor would even bother with me. I will be forever greatful to Harsha and his team. I can contact him any time during the day or night with questions or concerns and he is only too happy to help with advice and comforting reasurance.i wouldnt recomend anybody else to do weightloss surgery and my awsome results speak for themselfs.im so happy and have gone from being suicidal and depressed to living my best life. I became ill 5 weeks after surgery, and he immediately put a plan in place, even though I did not have private health insurance - he made sure I had the very best of care.

Not only was my surgery done to the highest quality and care, the after care is so efficient, quick, reliable and straight to the point that I could of not possibly asked for a better surgeon or experience.

I been to this surgery quiet a few times with my hubby who had the operation. The staff amazing, helpful, friendly, patient, understanding. Harsha has always made us feel comfortable explains everything of what is involved. Have certainly recommended this service to everyone that needs it or needs this service. Dietian and nurses and other people we have been contact with through this surgery have also amazing strengths answered all questions thanks for looking my hubby through this journey that he is on. Certainly half the man he was and only you all to thankyou for everything. You all played a great part.

Bypass done April 18, results exceeded expectations. Harsha is a genuinely nice chap who took the time to explain the pro's and cons in detail. The whole team was friendly and professional, pre and post op and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering bariatric surgery.

After going through another dr and having a terrible experience I found dr harsha and his team amazing. The rooms have a great atmosphere and I felt welcomed by all, from the reception girls right through to the Drs. They all made me feel completely at ease when anxious. The Drs are extremely thorough and patient and answered all my questions without making me feel silly or that I was wasting their time.

I absolutely cannot thank Dr Harsha and his team enough for their care, compassion and treatment. The administration team are marvellous balancing pre & follow up appointment scheduling together with Dr Harsha’s busy surgical diary. If you need quality care & treatment along with doctors who have a passion for the patients needs you can’t go beyond Dr Harsha Chandraratna his colleague Dr Gong, their residents and of course their highly competent admin team. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Can't say enough about Dr Chandraratna and his team. His receptionists, nurse, bariatrician and dietician were all very professional and knowledgeable, put me at ease and always had time for me.
My sleeve surgery went really well - Dr harsha came and saw me the next day and went through how it all went and checked in on me everyday until I was discharged home within 4 days of my surgery. So far very happy with my progress and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Chandraratna to anyone

I wouldn't even give one star for this doctor or the people he has working for him. Not only didn't it work (gastric sleeve) they expect me to go under again and have to pay. The staff there are not only rude but need to learn how to work with people. Pay the extra people and get the results and be treated the way you should be not like a dog.
