I had a consult with Dr Watts a while ago and never went ahead with surgery with him due to his behaviour being a bit condescending and he gave me limited ability to choose what I liked while he seemed to have decided what he thought would look right. He’s a quirky doctor that won’t suit everyone. If you’re stuck waiting to see him at least do another first consult elsewhere so you don’t have to go with him when you finally get in with him.

Today I am 3 Months Post Op tummy Tuck with 360 Lipo. I am 60 years old and have lived with this hatred of my stomach for as long as I can remember, bulging and fat accumulative even worse after two caesareans.

I went searching for a Plastic Surgeon who I felt would give me the best result taking into consideration my age and my expectations (which are very high). Dr Guy Watts was on my short list of surgeons to interview (and yes please make it an interview process). I interviewed two others prior to my appointment with Dr Watts both of whom were unable to offer me the 360 Lipo combined with the TT, most Surgeons will only offer the Tummy tuck.

Well, after meeting with Dr Watts I was ecstatic to hear the techniques he used somewhat differentiated from other surgeons which would give me my desired outcome. My decision was made. Dr Watts has an exemplary skill set and he did not disappoint. My experience from the get go with Dr Watts and his team has been unparalleled and the outcome sublime. They listened to my concerns without judgement, laughed at my corny jokes and always made me feel like family.

My bulging belly is now a flat beautifully contoured abdomen complemented by a waistline that I never thought existed. My scar is so very low and now so well healed, hardly visible. I am one happy lady.

Incredible! From the first interaction I felt so comfortable and well informed. VERY worth the wait - and I wouldn’t have done anything different. The night before my procedure I was contacted to ease my mind on what to expect and prep, and on the morning of procedure they went as far as to give me something to keep me calm and provided me with something to eliminate any discomfort going into the surgery. I felt nothing but safe and comfortable the whole time, and I will go as far as to say that the experience leading up to and during the surgery also made the recovery better too. Dr Watts has made my dream come true. I suffer from pectus excavatum and not only did Dr Watts listen to my concerns and help me every step of the way, he has given me exactly what I wanted. I recently decided to address my excess skin that developed after massive weight loss post Gastric Sleeve (in 2018). Dr Watts made me feel immediately comfortable, presenting all my available options in a way that made the decision to go for a lower body lift an easy one. The entire process of organising myself prior to surgery, the operation itself and the recovery afterward went perfectly thanks to Dr Watts and his wonderful team (thanks Alex, Ash & Pam!). The small attention to details such as the thorough scar therapy advice and attentive follow ups were greatly appreciated, I didn’t feel I was alone in the process at any moment. The results have been better than I imagined, the quality of the work has been evident in my healing. The scar placement is perfect, allowing me to have them go unnoticed at the beach or pool. I can say without a doubt that the service and skills of the team are second to none, definitely a solid 5 stars from me!

Guy really takes the time to understand what you are hoping to achieve. Talking about something that you dislike about yourself feels very personal, but Guy is really approachable and has a great way of getting an understanding of what you like/dislike, what you are hoping to achieve, and then he explains what is possible so that you can agree upon a shared vision. It feels like a very collaborative process and the opportunity to review your photos with computer imagery helps the conversation and gives you an idea of what you may achieve.

The surgery & aftercare has led to a great improvement in my appearance & I am very happy with the result. I have felt well supported by Guy & his team throughout the process.

I stumbled across Dr Guy Watts on Instagram a few years back, only then to find out a friend of mine was interested in having work done by him too, which in turn made me feel even more comfortable with choosing him as my surgeon. I booked a consult and instantly felt comfortable expressing my concerns about the appearance of my nose. I had a rough idea what I wanted my nose to look like, but mostly left it up to him. I didn't want it to change drastically in how it looks, but wanted the hump removed and the tip more feminine. Overall, Dr Guy Watts, his staff and also everyone at the hospital on the day of my surgery were extremely professional, friendly, understanding and always ready to listen.
