User friendly - just an excellent experience from the welcome to the waiting room, the consultation to settling my account. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Thank you.

Very professional from the front reception to the consult with Dr Maloney. Straightforward and considered answers and good overall experience. As a GP, I would be happy to refer here.

Dr Masel was good the first visit, ok the second visit and so rude the last visit. Very unprofessional and charged full price of $185 for 5 minutes. Definately would advise do not attend his practice.

Consulted Dr Gary Moloney to treat my 7 yr old. He is pleasant and professional and relates well to children, making them feel at ease. I was extremely impressed when he called to update me on test results - I missed his first call in the afternoon and he called me back at 6pm on a Friday night! What doctor, let alone a consultant does that? Very impressed and very appreciative. I would highly recommend Dr Moloney. Thank you.

I had severe psoriasis and tried many treatments. But it wasn't until I came to Loftus Street Dermatology that I got rid of it. Dr Masel has been fantastic. He said he would get rid of it and he was true to his word. The support staff are so friendly and helpful, it's a treat coming here.

I would definately recommend this practice. I was given an urgent appointment without any hassle. The staff are very efficient and caring. I felt very well looked after.

Dr. Grant Masel has been my dermatologist for 12 years, and that is for a reason. Always extremely understanding and concise with his information in regards to your queries.

I have never felt rushed through an appointment with Grant, he is always happy to chat about everything until I feel comfortable.

As for the negative review regarding the receptionist Lyn, I have no idea how such negative comments could ever be written about such a lovely person. I have known Lyn for as long as I've been seeing Grant and it is always a highlight of my day to see her smiling face everytime I walk in.

Highly recommend this practise to all my friends and family.

I refute the other lousy reviews. Yes, I had to wait ~30minutes but that is not unusual these days. Dr Masel was gently spoke, pleasant and respectful. He explained what he was doing and the results of his examination. He gave reassurance where appropriate and explained clearly what would be involved with a follow up. No complaints.

Grant has been treating me very successfully for psoriasis using UV treatment and the ladies are spoiling me too. Wish I had come here years ago. Has the best magazine stand in Perth which is a bonus.

My GP called and got me in on the same day! Other dermologists in perth were booked out for 4 months. Very happy.

Dr Masel has the best bedside manner when it comes to treating children. I took my 14year old daughter who was displaying the onset of acne. I know she was really concerned about this and was feeling anxious. Dr Masel was thorough and concise with his explanation about what was happening to her skin. By the time we finished the appointment I could tell that she was feeling so much better. As a parent of a teenage girl, I am so grateful to Dr Masel for his empathic and understanding manner with which he related to my daughter. I feel that she is in really good "hands". Thank you Loftus Dermatology.

I had pretty bad acne and was worried about going on Roaccutane. Now my skin is perfect. I wish i had done it years ago.: - (

My husband and i have been coming here for a while. Dr Masel found a melanoma on me that the 'skin cancer clinic' was MONITORING. Luckily he caught it early- stage I- all cured. Going back for regular checkups. Nice staff. Love the fishtank.

I had the worst pimples ever. Nothing my GP did helped me but now my skin is great! I got dry skin and a bit of sunburn from the Roac but REALLy happy.

I have been a patient of Grant's for a number of years and have been well treated on every occasion. We have developed a sound relationship where I feel I can trust his judgement and advise. Keep up the great work on this wretched body bag I live in!
