I have never been happier with a surgeon! He hasn't even performed surgery on me. I just found his pre-op assessment ON POINT! Looking fwd to our Dr/Patient relationship in the future! (A retired RN/Midwife)

Ed and his team are exceptional could not be happier with him as a surgeon, so understanding easy to chat to just amazing. Thanks so much to you all you are all just bloody lovely so glad I was recommended to you.

Ed was absolutely amazing with my issues I’ve had since puberty! He was very calming as I do get anxiety, he was reassuring and made me feel so comfortable. Not to mention the results are better than I ever could imagine! I am so happy with them, as I had a mess up surgery, Ed fixed this and gave me exactly what I wanted. I finally feel happy and confident! Thank you Ed!

Good bed side manner but day of my surgery apparently had difficult patients before me as I was kept waiting all day. When he finally got to me seemed distracted and tired, quickly drew his lines, didn't even give me the time of day.
Not happy with the surgery even years later, arms are not even, scar is wrong place. 2nd opinion told me not good, he would have cut a little further in. Even when I said I was not happy, Dr Van Beem did not offer to fix it, he said it would cost me. So years later I'm still wearing elbow length sleeves.

Seems like I am not the only one who lucked out with this plastic surgeon. I wouldn't trust him to repair the damage he inflicted (because it is likely irreparable), so neither would I recommend him to my worst enemy.

Ed is a fantastic surgeon! I have had two surgeries with him both to correct a deformity and I couldn’t be more happy with the result! He is kind, caring and compassionate and is completely invested in ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients!

I have been extremely satisfied with a number of surgeries performed by Mr Van Beem in the past and would highly recommend his expertise to anyone considering plastic surgery in the future.

Dr Ed was a very proficient, caring surgeon who successfully removed a very painful skin cancer from the top of my ear with no problems since. People remark on the fact they cannot believe I have had surgery with practically no scarring. Best doctor ever! - Len Rookes Major (Rtd)

I have just had my last appointment following remedial work on my breasts after severe disfigurement from surgery and radiation after 3 separate incidents of breast cancer. I had hoped that the repair work would be an improvement but in fact my new breasts are quite amazing. Ed has restored symmetry, greatly improved the scarring and texture and I feel like a new woman. Everyone was very helpful, the rates were very good and I think that Ed is very skilled. My expectations have been surpassed and I can now draw a line after 12 years and 12 operations. Thanks to the EVB team.

Awful. He caused significant VML (volumetric muscle loss). He offered no support and took no responsibility for his carelessness. I am in pain everyday. I have included a photo, click on my name to view. Proceed with extreme caution.
