Dr Clara Hurst / BLANC

This was my first visit and I must say there was very little about the experience that I liked. I had checked out online what treatments you do as I was looking for IPL for rejuvenation. I rang twice and was left on hold waiting for someone to answer without success. So then I sent a 3 emails and eventually after a week the last email got a response. I was specific about what I wanted and was told I had to have a consultation. So I booked that and when I arrived I was told they had booked for a consultation on something I did not want. Every annoying! They then asked me to come back later that morning which I did. Then I spent under ten minutes with a young lady who was very nice only to be told that they don't do IPL and she told me about something else that I should have which has a week or two recovery time which I don't want. I was then charged $100 for the 10 minutes if that. So I feel ripped off totally.

Highly recommend Blanc, always a fantastic experience and ever better results. I’ve seen Megan for wrinkle relaxers and Lisa for dermal therapy and hold them both in high regard!

The Blanc clinic and staff are amazing! I cannot recommend them highly enough and would not go anywhere else for my beauty treatments. I have been a client for 2 years and always leave feeling happy!:)

Had my first visit to Blanc a couple of days ago.and I'm SO glad I did! Lisa was amazing - she asked questions about where I am at in my skin journey, she listened, she offered advice and she gave me a new perspective in regards to my skin and products. Then she gave me the most beautiful Peel and Reveal - it really was divine. Already my skin looks brighter, smoother and I'm feeling so much better about it all. I cant wait till our next treatment.
