Doula Training Academy

I completed the 14 day in person doula training with Vicki. It was life changing (seriously). Vicki has created such an excellent program. Vicki created a welcoming and safe space that invited deep sharing, self inquiry and sisterhood. Throughout the 14 day training, we received a comprehensive education that covered the anatomy and physiology of childbirth, business strategies and so, so much more. We were able to connect with clients and practice the skills we had learned throughout the training. We also had the opportunity to deepen our learning from a variety of incredible guest speakers. We were always provided a delicious and spread of food and drinks and lovely gifts along the way, we were treated very well! Vicki weaved sensory and ceremonial elements into every aspect of the course with drumming, sound bowls, guided meditations, visualisations, and a beautiful doula blessing to close the course. Vicki has created an incredible active online support network with frequent zoom catchups to ensure we have continued support and access to her incredible wealth of knowledge. Vicki pours her heart and soul into this work and it's such an honour to learn from her. I'm so grateful for everything I have gained from this training. I learned a lot about myself and I don't think I've ever laughed so much in my life (we were a pretty funny bunch of gals). Thank you Vicki!

Absolutely loved my training with DTA! It was comprehensive and a lot of content included, nothing was wasted information and I loved every subject. Very simple to follow and I loved I could work around study at my own pace and around my family. Thank You DTA Team.
