Excellent range, excellent service

Simon and the team have provided me with excellent service over the last few months. I modernised my 30+ year old turntable and I have been very impressed at every single step of the process, from my very first email query and the advice given to the care taken in carrying out all the upgrades.

Even when they were extremely busy when I picked up my turntable they took time out to set it up in one of their great listening spaces so I could demo the new tonearm which was very much appreciated.

They carry a fantastic range of quality HiFi gear and provide excellent, expert advice, taking the time to really listen to and understand you before providing sensible suggestions.

Now that everything is run in at home I have never been more impressed with my set up. It has opened my ears to things I have never heard on my records before, even those that I have played many hundreds of times over the years.

Excellent service, gave me all the time I needed to play my own CDs and vinyl in a dedicated room. Simon is knowledgable and personable, understood my needs and helped me choose the right amp for my system, at a good price. Definitely going back. A+
