Good IGA - definitely more expensive than coles etc.the deli section here has good pies and donuts

Good range of products, fresh foods, frozen, deli, hot foods for lunch, heat at home meals. Convenient location. Easy access, parking can appear limited but bays turn over quickly.

If any shop had the mark up on their prices like this particular shop the consumers would be in big trouble. I know see why IGA only have 6% of the food market in Aus.

Dropped in for half a chook this afternoon around 3 o'clock, there were no half chooks in the warmer so I asked if one could be cut for me. I was promptly told that they didn't do half chooks at that time of the day. 3 o'clock in the afternoon! You have to be kidding me! Ridiculous! This was the older lady at the deli counter, she's told me this before at 5 o'clock but still cut one. Ive never been told this rule by any other staff member, even at 5pm or later, staff has always cut one when asked if there is none in the warmer, except for this one lady. She said "this is what she had been told. " In the end I left with nothing, I couldn't be bothered then and probably won't bother again regardless of the convenience. If this is a rule, perhaps a sign would be a good idea.

Rude and expensive IGA. Living in this neighbourhood since more than 10 years this is not a once off occurrence, they are reliably rude, you feel a little bit abused every time you shop there. There is no neighbourhood feel here. Don’t ask questions, how dare you, don’t buy discounted chicken, you should expect it to be off, I was told buy the long time employee when I returned the slimy chicken the day I bought it. She would never buy discounted chicken herself, she said in an aggressive tone. Just never a positive experience in that store, such a shame. They are taking the spot of what could be a great hub in the neighbourhood. Charging twice for everything is just the cherry on the top to make it the worst IGA in the area.

Staff went above and beyond to get my wallet back to me which I left in car park. Great community IGA, great quality produce

Unhappy with the quality of the meals from these last few weeks. Tonight's meal of risotto with CKN (which I thought meant chicken) was very bland for $15 and without chicken.
What does CKN stand for? Please, reply Management.because I have enjoyed your flavourable meals until these last few weeks. Is there a new chef? Was chicken forgotten in this risotto?

This is a good shop well laid out and signposted. Produce fresh. The staff are all very friendly and helpful

Prices very high, deli staff always talking to them self’s, staff in deli always being replaced by yet worse.

Bought a chilli, guy laughed when i scaled it to determine the price (no hard feelings tho, it was pretty funny). Prices arent so great.

Used to go here a bit as it’s a convenient location. Had a needlessly rude checkout worker today. Won’t be back.

Great little iga with plenty to choose from they also have a deli if you want hot take away meals.

Open longer and more often than the big supermarkets. We look for specials and are rarely disappointed. When not searching for bargains, we know we will always purchase quality produce.

This is a little gem of a super market in Doubleview with everything you could want with a great selection of fresh produce and all the groceries you could want. Their prices are very competitive and yhe staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Can't say enough good thi gs about this IGA.

Only shop here if you're prepared to pay through the nose for products you can get elsewhere for considerably less, e.g cooked chook $9.95 at Stirling IGA compared to $15.00 at Doubleview.

Best roast pork gravy and crackle by far North of river great staff and fresh produce highly recommend.

Unfortunately the roast chicken here was very dry. Almost tasted like it was reheated from the previous day.

I am a regular to this IGA, the customer service has got to be one of the worst I have seen. Today I was completely ignored when having my items scanned, no hello, no have a good day, no would you like your recipt. I would go somewhere else if there was a closer IGA to me. I wouldn't complain if it wasn't a regular occurence.

The most expensive grocery store I've ever shopped at. Prices of fresh produce are more than double what other supermarkets charge. Last resort shop.
