Dosa Plaza Xprass Perth

I’ve been here a couple times after the zoo. I’m a huge fan of dosa however the place is very disorganised. You may or may not get the right order. We waited for 35 minutes for ice cream (could see from Apple Pay time when food received) and it was due to THEM losing our ticket and us going to the back of queue. I saw a couple order ice cream and then leave 15 minutes later after no attention and no food.

They’ve got a good menu, some descriptions would be good, and the food tastes good but they need to get professional. Ticket system would be worth the small investment. Is it till service or table service? They don’t know themselves.

The food is very good and it is great value for money with the buffet. The owner, Manoj, is a charming gentleman who makes you feel at home.

One of the worst dine in experiences in Perth. Been there twice & have been extremely disappointed with the food, quality of service. Would not recommend to anyone.

A very good experience of eating outz One of the best buffets i have ever had with service. Shikha was awesome. Gonna be there every week i guess. Highly recommended.

We went on Friday evening with prior booking for four (incl.two children).

Plenty of free off street parking after 6pm on Mon-Fri and all day during weekends.

The menu is not extensive but for $23.99 you can try unlimited except sweets and fridge items. I would suggest to use this option instead of ordering individual items.

The service was good and staff are also gentle.

I cut one star for little bit of inconvenience for using washrooms (you need to get a swipe card from the owner everytime you need to use it, inconvenience especially when kids are accompanied with you).

I would like to try their ice cream next time!

This was the first time I visited here and I loved the food. The buffet deal is just awesome you can’t resist coming here again! Also I loved the icecream rolls definitely a go to place best for recording videos about live I-rolls

Very friendly staff. Excellent service. Dosas are really good esp podi dosa, masala dosa, Mysore masala dosa. Sides are very good too esp Sambhar. After a long hunt for south Indian dosa, found this place to satisfy my craving for authentic South Indian dosa. Have been here at least 4 times and they never disappointed me.

Will never recommend this place. The food was extremely spicy. Unfriendly and unprofessional staff. No water served at this restaurant. Horrible experience and definitely wait waste of money.

Excellent customer service and food was outstanding. Moreover, Instant made Paan ice cream was delicious. Strongly recommend for fast food.

The food is excellent, generous portions and great prices.ice cream made live is one of the attraction. Pan ice cream is my personal favourite but the place is very busy, so I always make the booking in advance. Altho I found it's worth waiting.

Extremely delighted to have dinner at this place. Such a lovely staff, authentic Indian taste and high hygiene standards. Live pani puri and Pan ice cream was just marvellous. Must visit this place

WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. Overprice and extremely spicy. Definitely not for kids. Staff didn't even notified us prior to the order thats the food too spicy. If you still want to go make sure you take your own water or you have to buy water bottle from their on very high price.

Worst experience ever rude staff felt they where unhappy to be there food was over spicy male staff with tattoo on his right needs to learn to laugh you are in hospitality business don’t go by the good comments it must their own people giving 5 stars if only I had a option to give no star.

This place is great! Atmospheres chill and cool but staff is also really friendly. And you can tell making the customers happy is their first priority. Food is pretty good, and their prices 100% worth it.

Dosa's all top class both Fusion and traditional are top notch.

The true winner was the Pan ice cream
