Eaten from here a few times, dissapointed everytime. Worst pizza I've ever had. There is never enough sauce or toppings on there. Feels like your eating stale bread. Never coming back here again

Not very happy! We had to wait for 3 HOURS for my kids dinner! They had to go to bed with no dinner! Wouldn't even answer the phone we called way more then 20 times! We ordered at 8pm it's now 11pm! This is so ridiculous.

Forgot our chicken so had to wait an extra half n hour. When we finally got home pizzas were luke warm. Not very happy.

Food did not arrive, After calling to enquire I was told the order will be at mine in 10 mins. 30 mins later was told the new guy that answered didn’t know what he was doing and there was no delivery drivers and they could try again with our order,

The last two times we’ve bought pizza from here the girl on the till seems unable to put the right price in. Both times it’s been way over what it should be. Fortunately we are able to do mental arithmetic.

Placed an online order at 4pm for delivery 5.30pm
Order never arrived, rang the store to only be told the order has been lost because its a new delivery driver, told the manager he can't use that as an excuse.proceeded to tell him I wanted my order re made and delivered asap with a full refund.the manager then hanged up on me!
Have been getting pizza from here for a while this will be the last time!

Vegetarian pizza with the $5.70 chips. This is how many, they were cold and frozen that were not heated properly.

First I asked on phone if they do 3 dollar pizzas they say no so I order 5 dollar pizzas and then see a sign in store that they do it I said too the girl can I get those pizzas she said she refund me the 4 dollars and give me the 5 dollar pizzas so she said it be extra wait I come back they not there saying I don’t know what happened too them I def won’t be coming back Saturday and get some staff that actually wanna work

Two girls at counter behave as if they really don’t want to be there, pizza ordered was Hawaiian only had the ham:/ staff behaviour unacceptable.

Third negative experience in a row.

Last time dominos not again

Ordered shakes which was not mixed, The first time it happened I let it go thinking everybody makes mistakes so its fine, But then it happened again. I rang the manger up who did offer different type of drinks if I had the order code which at the time I was unsure where to find it, so I asked her where I could find it, she would not say and was quiet condensing in her response, lucky I was able to find the code, in my email before the phone call end which she could have suggest me to look there. The company has not just lost one client but six now.

Ordered pizzas with the 15 minute guarantee cost me $5 extra, pizza delivered in 35 minutes, pizza delivery man told me it’ll be sent to my email but never I received it, when i rang i got told these nothing they can do about it and hung up.disappointed

Tried the new burger pizza tonight, we had one slice each and didn't want anymore. No toppings, just cheese. We also ordered the 12 churros and got 4, called the store and we could have 8 churros in credit or 40 minute wait for it to be delivered. Disappointing after spending $50.00.

Service not good also very slow didn't care if your order was wrong also it doesn't cost anything to be polite and smile

Sorry, but if you make the wrong crust, just tell your customer, staff make mistakes, I would have said it was OK, after half an hour I asked for my money back.

Terrible pizzas, toppings are pathetic and jut waved over the pizza… not what I expect from a Dominies store

Very disappointing asked for more topping on top and you could put in a spoon full.the cheese pizza was under cooked.will not be going to waikiki Domino's again very poor.

Superb pizza and on time delivery, not a cardboard pizza and plenty ingrediants. Compliments for the staff and advice on delivery as well.

Every time I order from this place they either give me the wrong food, or forget items off the order.

EVERY SINGLE TIME!

Tiny, luke warm, barely any toppings - there’s a reason you pay twice as much for pizza from independents……it’s because you get a decent meal. Haven’t had Dominos in 6 months and stupidly thought I’d give them another go. Did not fail to disappoint.
