Domino's Pizza Wembley

Absolute legends at this store. Couldn't make the pickup because of being ill, so they sent a driver just before closing to deliver it without a delivery fee out of sheer courtesy.
Can't recommend enough

Arrogant, lying (and not even convincingly!) manager and other staff were confrontational. Left waiting for 20 minutes for an order that was apparently ready to pick up. When I complained I was insulted by the manager. And that's not even mentioning the burnt pizza. And keep an eye out for the number of cockroaches in the kitchen. At least counting them gives you something to do while waiting for your "ready for pick up" burnt greasy dough with almost nothing on it.

We used Dominos Wembley this week for a large delivery of pizza for a school event this week. The manager was incredibly helpful taking the order over the phone and providing details on what could be provided. We were given a good discount and they even threw in free-delivery. He even called after the event to ensure we were happy! The delivery arrived on time and pizza was pipping hot. The delivery drivers called when they arrived onsite at the school, were friendly and helpful. Very happy with the service received and we will be using Dominos Wembley again.:)

I got my dinner delivered last night and I must say everything in the order was just perfect. Pizza reached my door step nice and hot and the thick shakes were delicious.

Delivered to the wrong address and when called up to discuss the manager told me they don't check the names and hung up on me

Just ordered a pizza through Uber eats (19/6). Order rocked up late, pizza was stone cold and it was burnt all around the edges. Called domino’s, spoke to a manager, he blamed it all on Uber eats and told me if I have any issues I need to speak to them, even though the pizza was burnt and came from domino’s.

DO NOT ORDER ON DOORDASH FROM THIS DOMINOS! Waited close to two hours with no update, decided to check the door and the order was sitting there, burned and freezing cold.no notification of delivery, we weren’t even told it was on the way.they don’t give you an option to cancel the order, the only way you can contact domino’s to check on your order is by calling, and they don’t even answer their phone.

Worst pizza ever…. Little to no toppings … half burnt … it’s a ripoff.don’t waste your money at this store

Ordered pizza with extra toppings, it was rubbish, Looked like someone exploded a bbq sauce bottle over it. Oven baked chips, cold and covered in black burnt offerings like they had swept out the oven. Chicken wings, we’re undercooked and horrible. Rang the store. Offered an apology and free garlic bread on next order. First and last time dominoes, absolute disgrace

Worst store ever in perth order at 7: 55pm and call them after an hour to get an update and guess what our order was not even started. Dont waste your money on this store. Disgusting

We have been ordering from these guys for a while now & every order we get they have been lacking on their pizza & delivery time. We asked for thin crust pizza & tonight we got a thin pizza. Chicken wings were hardly wings nor spicy!

I have had domino’s pizza from different franchises around WA and never needed to write a negative review as they have been good overall but this one caught my attention due to its insufficient toppings and cheese, half the pizza slice was simple crust with sauce and other half had sauce with toppings. It looked like a Pizza within a circle of crust. For all this dough, i paid for the whole pizza including weekend surcharge.

I never got my order. When I rang up they said oh it’s been delivered, um no it wasn’t. To top it off I was hung up on twice.

Food was of good portion and very tasty overall. Service was good but what I believe was the manager, he was rude and asked if I had paid for my order when receiving my pizza because the receipt had written on top "Order not paid" I stated to him how much I had paid and he proceeded to give me my order.

Pizza never arrived. Told it was delivered to the wrong address. Re order never arrived this the second time this has happened poor service.

Walked in at 9pm Saturday night to order a pizza. Lady rudely asked if I had placed an order, I said no, waiting to place an order. She replied, 'We're not taking orders'. It was 9pm, it doesn't close till 12am.

Uber driver rang, and I didn't answer the phone, and when I went down to get my order, they weren't there. So I called the restaurant, and they said that they'll probably just bring it back to the restaurant. So now I have to order another pizza because I didn't answer my phone. The driver should've called back and rung and until I'd answered. What would they have done if it was emergency situation. Surely, if the person doesn't pick up the phone, then it's the driver's job to ring back and see how they are.

Always order takeaway from here. Pizzas and garlic bread is really good. Last time got chicken wings and they were not nice. Don’t order the chicken wings but their other stuff is good.

Sorry my son left the review because he was starving at home, and didn’t expect the delay, hope you don’t mind. Actually the staff were all very polite. We understand that it’s a difficult time for all the businesses in WA. Please don’t worry about the extra pizza. We’ll keep ordering from your store. Thanks!
