Domino's Pizza Victoria Park WA

We ordered garlic prawn pizza, and the prawns are totally off. It was smelly when I opened the pizza box and we couldn't eat all the prawns. Prawn is the main ingredient of garlic prawns pizza. We are really disappointed. Domino Pizza is a big company, and they don't check the ingredient properly. I wonder the person made the pizza can smell food?

Really good service. Staff was very nice and prepared our pizzas faster when saw us waiting.

Very bad tasting pizzas. We ordered 3 pizzas last night all had soggy base and the taste was off.

"new management" don't worry, we can tell.how are my pizzas now burnt on the crust yet doughy in the middle? They didn't even separate the pepperoni slices, like, what? They weren't even warm because of this.couldn't eat it because I was concerned about eating raw or undercooked food.also took ten minutes for them to confirm the doordash order, nearly cancelled and wish I had.won't be ordering again.

Every sunday when i ordered pizza combo they charge me different rate i am not sure why Dominos such a good company do these things for the customers and no one listen and no one can explain why? Need to investigate.

I got a Pathetic stale pizza and garlic bread.going into the bin this one. And best is no one action when I gave them a call.

Great store. If there's ever an issue I've found the management team will go out of their way to make it right. Great customer service.

Small update, new owners are also great. Raj is always fantastic to deal with if there is an issue.

Ordered a pizza with cheesy crust. Got home, no cheesy crust. Called them on the phone and stated the issue.they were very nice about it said as long I bring it back they will swap it. Drove 12min, swapped it. Got home STILL NO CHEESY CRUST.

Generally I'm not a fussy guy but i just dont get it how can you messed up twice.

This was a few weeks ago. Their pizzas can be nicely cooked or overcooked. Most of the time however, they are cooked properly. How could they improve? Cook the pizzas at the same temperature and for the same amount of time, and possibly reduce the amount of grease.

Has been rubbish of late. Turned up at the time advised by the online order today only to be told it was still 16 minutes away. Staff member couldn't be more disinterested. Absolute no.

You won’t get what you order because They’ll miss out something or the other from every order, specially the one’s that you paid extra for.

Short staffed and slow service. The quality of the pizza itself was pretty decent. Understand it can get busy around dinner time but there were some staff that didn't know how to be time-efficient.

Very unpredictable food, some times very good some times not so good, may be it’s because I’m extra hungry sometimes? Not sure tho. But I do recommend because I mean it’s pizza, right? So you would think it’s a go to food, right? You feel me? Yeah good.

Haven’t eat as they didn’t cut pizza for me like what an actual difficult what if we about to go on road trip and there is no knife?

Ordered 3 pizzas, arrived to be told they "forgot" one and told me to wait while it was prepared.

They did not get my pizzas right after I expressly said that we wanted pizza sauce and not bbq sauce. When you ring up and speak to one of the guys that took your order and he said that I asked for bbq I find this pathetic. One star is too good for you

poor service! We asked for an extra large pizza with cheesy crust add on.then what we got is a large pizza.when we complained.the guy told us that they don’t do extra large pizza on a cheesy crust.when we told him that he never mentioned that he said “that’s pretty obvious” well what is obvious is that we will never go back to this place again and never recommend this dominos place to other.because either that staff is stoned or just hate his job.

This is one of the best domino's i have been to in for ever. They have amazing time management and are super efficient and friendly especially Amos.who helped me select the best pizza for me. Thank you so much!
