Domino's Pizza Tuart Hill

I order vegeterian pizza today I don't eat meat and all and they put on meat pieces on pizza. The staff must have to focus. I want to post a photo too but I am not getting any option.

No customers here so the service should have been more efficient in their acknowledgement of us waiting at the counter. Never again. Just saying!

Perfectly fine service good pizza very fast and ordered over the phone and handy location and I think it's open to a convenient time. Had pepperoni pizza with barbecue sauce and chilli flakes. So good when hungry

My partner ordered some pasta from here and got terrible food poisoning. We called the establishment three times to sort out some explanation or apology. They fobbed us off until the manager on duty was available with the promise of a call back at a give time. The call did not come. We called again from her phone and were immediately put on hold for 5 minutes before having the call unexpectedly disconnected. I called from my phone and had an immediate pick up. Asked for the manager and was instead put on with some teenager who said the managers were both unavailable. They have yet to resolve the matter.

While this may not be typical of Dominos as a brand, the Tuart Hill franchisee needs to sort out the cleanliness of his store or this will happen again and again. Food poisoning is no joke.

This is unacceptable.

I ordered some pizzas online, money was taken from my account.website said to contact the store who never picked up.i will be heavily following up and will expect a satisfactory result to this issue.
Update: told I would receive a call, which was never received
Update: 2 days later: still no phone call or email. After filling a feedback form. Poor customer service.
Update: 1 week: received nothing but copy and paste responses, refund being processed. Will update shortly.

There was like a metal/tin little spiral on my pizza. Not too sure if it’s from a can or something. Good thing I saw it

Pizza arrived cold and soggy (my finger actually went through the bottom of the box). Lady at the store hung up on me when I requested a refund.

It’s so far the worst dominos ever. They always get my orders wrong.
Very poor customer service. I would not recommend

Pepperoni had very few toppings. One slice had one one pepperoni piece on it. The other pizza was nice and the garlic bread was tasty. Maybe just stick to their higher priced pizzas, or go to a different dominos

Absolutely appalled with the manager of tuart Hills dominos customer service, it has allways been a 50/50 shot with getting my half and half order right, finally got fed up with the order being wrong and returned it again tonight as my child is allergic to a specific ingredient.

I returned it to the store tonight to get a refund, but was offered a replacement, which usually would be fine as we are used to the pizza being wrong, but just wanted a refund, I was blatantly refused interrupted and to feel if I was in the wrong, when they had got the order again wrong.

Absolutely disgusted by the manager lack of customer service and dominos should look into how they train there managerial at an inadequate level.
I have been going to this store for some years, but no longer willing to put up with the bad food and bad customer service.

I'm sure they won't care about this complaint, but dominos need to look into the manager awful managerial skills towards there customers.
If they find it hard to remove one topping as a paying customer has asked them too, they really should be. In the hospitality business.

Definitely won't be going back to this store.

Went to this place last night. Ordered vegetarian pizzas.
Looked at the Salad area from the glass. It was all dirty. Meat & Bacon peaces were everywhere. In cheese, pineapple and salads.

I asked not to use those so they used new containers. As soon as they finished with my Pizza they started using the old once. I asked 3 times.

There are chances that you might have small peaces of meat or bacon in your pizza.

I was fine later but people who are pure vegetarian due to religion or allergies should avoid the place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The pizzas were riddled with errors and made to a really low standard, so I called up to ask them to remake the pizzas.

It's a pretty reasonable request to want to receive what I paid for and at other restaurants re-making a pizza is no issue when it was the restaurant that got it wrong.

Both the girl I had at the start of the call and the later the manager were both highly unprofessional and patronising.

They accused me of lying and then proceeded to lie to me claiming that they didn't even stock the ingredients I was talking about (that I could see on the pizza in front of me).

They repeatedly told me that they don't re-make pizzas (despite this Dominos having done it for mistakes in the past) and offered me a store credit for 1 pizza in the future even though they stuffed up 2 pizzas.

When it became clear they weren't willing to make the pizzas I actually ordered, I requested a refund and was told they CAN"T do refunds (a blatant lie since all modern POS machines can).

After making a bunch of snarky and belittling comments, accusing me of being a liar again several times, they finally conceded to refunding me for 1 pizza (not the 2 they stuffed up).

Finally, after several more insults, while continuing to try and pretend it was only the one pizza, they finally conceded again and said they'd refund both pizzas.

They called me petty for wanting to either receive the product I paid for or have my money back and then gave my refund to me all in small change.

The icing on the cake is that this was supposed to be the Tuart Hill store's customer loyalty night and they've shown their true colours. They don't deserve your loyalty.

If you live in the Tuart Hill area don't order from this Dominos. Go to the next closest one if you don't want to be abused.

If the manager reads this she needs to take a good long look at how she runs her store and conducts herself professionally. Not insulting customers when your store makes the mistake will be a good start. Offering refunds or re-making pizzas when you store makes a mistake is another good idea.

Low quality pizzas and very expensive for what they are. Also, their delivery scooters are often ridden erratically, with no lights at night, exceeding the speed limit and are incredibly noisy and annoying. If they were to go out of business I wouldn't complain. Not a good look for your brand, Domino's.

Burnt pizzas, long waiting times or cold pizzas and poorly trained staff. Had too many issues with this particular store. Prefer others.

Worst dominoes ever. I called up to complain about my delivery instructions that the driver did not follow and the accused me of tryna scam her.said I didn't place an order. She was very rude to me. She basically spoke to me like I was scamming her. I can't upload my recipt. I guess I was looking for an apology of some sort. Great pizza though.

Not sure if they got the order wrong or it's in the recipe. Ordered a Pepperoni WITHOUT sauce. When I tasted it, it definitely tasted sickly sweet with BBQ sauce but didn't look like it was added after cooking. Ruined the whole pizza.

I bought a half and half pizza last night and it was PERI PERI chicken and CHICKEN & CAMEMBERT. The pizza didn’t look like a half and half one and there was nothing just cheese in some pieces. I was a mess inside and also there was no sauce over the topping. Also the pizza was not cooked properly few pieces was really taste raw flour and had to throw three pieces. Really disappointed and shame about the store.

Domino's tuart hill lady manager is so unprofessional she's don't know how to talk with customers and that's food is so disgustingly.pizza was burn and getting smelled when I got that

You get a nice clean pizza parlour. You get cheap pizza. The workers try hard. You get what you pay for. Not exciting but an honest cheap pizza

This is a good one, good service and pizza is great. DO NOT GO TO BALCATTA STORE - they dont cook their pizza at that store.
