Domino's Pizza Success

I love Dominoes in success! Best pizza in Cockburn! Best service in Cockburn! Freindly and Happy vibes every time I pick up my pizza! My kids my Mum we all love your pizza so much! You won’t be disappointed when you try these guys!

Delivered the wrong food, phoned up to clarify the error and took another 40 minutes to reconcile. Frustrating as we are a regular of this domino’s and have been beyond happy with the service in the past. Upsetting as we are fond of this domino’s, however the past few times we have been left now disappointed with burnt food/quality expected, or food not being delivered, not delivered in a timely manner.

Food was hot when delivered and pizzas were covered to edges of base, better than my normal dominos.

I ordered a loaded pepperoni pizza with 2x smoked ham, extra pepperoni and 2 chocolate lava cakes but the thing is I only RECEIVED ONE CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE, am I disappointed? Yes, am I still gonna be ordering from you guys? Also yes, but please for the love of god read it correctly pleaseee, also can you guys make sure to teach the new drivers what to say to a customer please, thanks

I used to be a big fan of Domino's Australia. Now when using the offer app. It doesn't show the code when you try and place an order it sends you in a frustrating loop. The Google play store has dozens of people saying the same thing for weeks now. So frustrating. Lost customer I used to be a fan of the brand.

Don't expect much quality and what you do get is greasy but it's value for money.fancy a quick feed that's not going to break the bank and ready in about 10 minutes and this is the place.

Quality of food fluctuates greatly between orders, sometimes poor, sometimes great, sometimes in between

Stay away, complete waste of money. Clearly no quality control, I’m not sure how they can even call this a pizza.

I'm a vegetarian, and I usually enjoy the variety of options. I'm sorry I made the wrong choice. I didn't like the hot sauce I ordered for the base. It was too much, too sour and too overpowering. Plus, I've never been to this store before and found it hard to locate. I was on my route from the city as a last-minute order. Next time, I need to stick with what I'm familiar with.

Poor Customer service we order vegetarian pizza but they put peproni on that one and manager is no sense how to speak with customer so rude. We are allergen from meat products but he said then don't eat domino's and said do whatever you can.

Add extra topping but it just like free pizza with little topping, this is not the first time ordered like this, very disappointed, if there is other domino shop, I wouldn’t choose this domino

I ordered pizzas but it was brunt, when I complained, store manager was rude. I will not order anything from them.

Pretty unreliable, pizzas often overcooked and the toppings have been getting less and less. They definitely don't match the pictures from the website. I raised the quality control concerns and didn't get a response. Will probably just start buying frozen.

Fast and timely service. Located in the Russel road. Has limited parking but have always just picked up my orders. Friendly staff and prompt response

Very disappointed with their response to 4 family members being struck down with food poisoning lastnight. Today was hell to deal with, from our 5yr old, 12yr old daughter, 19yr old and son inlaw all very sick& vomiting allday. We called the store, they said. All we can do is refund your order. Not a hint of sorry about that. If the 5 & 12yr olds can't keep water down we will head to the hospital, as it will be approx 14hrs now of constant vomiting & diarrhoea. The rest of us in the house never touched the food & we are all fine.

Best pizzas in Town!
I ordered pizzas tonight and unfortunately, they got burnt due to having the busiest business time. The person on the phone (sorry can't remember his name) was a very kind guy who offered a replacement and sent x2 new pizzas without any extra charge. Honestly, those were the best pizzas ever! Thank you so much for the amazing pizzas and the best customer service. Again, a big thank u to the guy over the phone for his kindness and best customer service.

Ordered here last weekend for delivery. Pizza was 30minutes late and cold. When I called up about it the guy told me to just stick it in the microwave. Was told I would receive a refund but that never happened.

Pros: Great pizzas.

Cons: Timing.
I placed an online order at 7pm for a pick up of 8pm. I reached the store at 7: 52 pm and my order wasn't even on screen. Had to get it on the system by giving my phone number. Then they prepared 2 pizzas at 8: 05 pm but realised they didn't make the third one so they made it again. By the time I got them it was 8: 11 pm.

They did give me garlic bread and a large drink as a token of apology.

Staff are really nice, if a customer has a issue, they try to resolve as best they can, a place like that on a Friday night can get overwhelming for the young ones who work there so try and be patient, pizza needs more topping, but it’s so cheap so you kinda get what you pay for!

Don't even bother ordering for delivery with these guys.i had waited nearly 2 hours for my food to be delivered to me (this place is only a 5 min drive from my house). The delivery guy had given the pizza to the wrong person, i had called up about this and they re did my order and sent it to me only for the food to be luke warm, cold and not even fresh.no offer of my money back or any sort of compensation.very disappointing.
