Domino's Pizza Spearwood

Went to pick up order today, manager was on the phone and after being done with it ignores and goes back in screaming at staff. Other staff were too busy giggling at the back with five more just passing me. Wasnt sure what I could have done to get their attention. Cold food and horrible service.

Home delivery service, upset they have taken away the opportune to paid by efpos on delivery there change it to pay by card, given details of your card over phone. This way of service and delivery is not how I like to pay for it, I like pay on efpos on delivery and been a regular customer of 2 yrs, I won't be getting delivery any more or pizza.

And your methods of paying credit card don't have and pay pal don't have and my daughter and don't like giving out bank details over the phone as this still doesn't help us at all.

Thus dominos is horrible, the pizzas taste horrible and the service is horrible, if able to, go to a different dominos.
They charge a $3 fee for it being a public holiday.

Every time I order delivery they miss something from the order, how hard is it to get an order right and save ur drivers having to come back

This was a great shop but in the last 3 months it’s gone backwards. Pizzas that are that burnt you can’t eat them. And now Surprise picked up 3 pizzas tonight and they have given me the wrong order. But I can wait an hour for delivery. No thanks I’m done.

Not happy with Indian team, 0 customer service asking for problems, pizzas taste shocking. Packaging pizzas like I don't care this is for pigs.

They don't even know what loaded means. Ordered a loaded pepperoni and it came with about 12 slices of pepperoni on it.
Much better pizza joints around.

Quick delivery but typical of Domino's, the pizza was pretty disappointing. Even though some pizza joints are more expensive than this type of chain, your usually better off spending the extra dollars for something decent.

Very good dominos store.

Sadly many other dominos stores in Perth metro have dropped their standards however I was pleasantly surprised that Spearwood was above average in taste and quality.

Disaster, meat lovers was just cheese and a few random bits of bacon and mince, waited 30 mins in store for a timed order.

Everytime I order a pizza it's always loaded with toppings. IMO it's even better than top dollar gourmet pizza. $3 extra for XL Boom!

Ordered the pizza at 7.40pm. Original estimated delivery time was no later than 8.25pm. This was changed to 8.50pm after 10min. Watching the tracker I saw that it was 'Ready in Store' at 8pm. I called the restaurant at 8.40pm to ask when it was going out for delivery. The rude and uninterested girl that answered the phone informed me that she did not know.there were orders backed up.and it would be quicker if we came to get it. We went to the store to collect, they could not find the order. The Manager then found our order bagged and advised it was next out for delivery. When we advised the Manager that we were told to come and collect it, there was no apology, no offer of discount. And to add insult to injury, we did not get what we ordered. We ordered a pepperoni puff, but got a custard puff. Last time we ever order from Domino's unless some type of credit is offered.

After my wife ordered the food, we waited ages, and saw the update time stretching out, after waiting an hour, and the order saying it was ready in store for 30 mins my wife called and spoke to a rude, very short and dismissive girl that couldn't find our order and just said you'd be better of coming to get it, and hung up.

I drove to the store, and the young fella couldn't find our order, only do get some help and found it in a delivery bag. At least he aas pleasant and had manners.

He told me we didn't have the scrolls so swapped it for garlic bread, and when we got home found the peperoni puff was now custard.
No refund for the delivery fee, no care in the world, no courtesy call.

Very disappointing serivce indeed,
Not sure covid is an excuse, the place was packed with staff.

Bring back Pizza Hut Spearwood I say.

We get pizzas here every couple of weeks.
Domino's isn't famous for taste or quantity of filling, but this branch must get the medal for mucking up the orders as well.
We're had filling put in when we ordered without, pan instead of crispy etc.
Yesterday we ordered 1 pan and 1 crispy and the order was inverted. We called and they made two new ones, this time both pan!
Since it was now past 8pm, we ate them but complained and were offered 2 complimentary pizzas.
Both pizzas were fairly dry had very little tomato sauce and hardly any fillings. Sure they are cheap, but a little more sauce and mushrooms wouldn't break their bank.

Ordered a mini pizza for lunch, picked it up and drove back to work opened the box to find out the Pizza had not been cut in slices at all, so drove back down got it cut into pieces end result cold horrible pizza, most people with a brain would offer to make fresh pizza or free drink after that inconvenience, never again will I ever step foot in that shop.

Ordered delivery to Carpark, (and it was the day the December Perth covid outbreak was announced) waited ages and they never brought it out, had to go into the store to get it. Pizzas had been sat there for a bit. What's the point of offering a service if it isn't going to be honoured?

Advertising specials for the next day and ring up to say not available. False advertising disappointed

What happened to quality control before handing over to the customer?

Pizza was burnt from sides
I removed paneer cheese mistakenly while ordering online, but then I went in store and asked to add and they said they will fix it, but they didn’t.

Tried to ring for an order 15 times no one picked up all try's I waited 10min monkeys could do better
