Domino's Pizza South Lake

As I’m isolating, I required the delivery driver to notify once the food had been dropped off at my door and I didn’t hear anything, I checked my app to see the status of it and it said it had been delivered. I went outside to check to find my food sitting in the wet and cold weather with no notification whatsoever. Not even a knock at the door. I then proceeded to have my meal and took a drink which I immediately noticed was flat and had a funny taste, only to see that it is over a year old expiry date dating back to June 2021. The only positive thing was that when I contacted the store, the staff member on the phone that I spoke to was apologetic and offered 2 drinks next time. But it’s disappointing as I’m left with no soft drink as of now.

Great little pizza shop. Pizza is cheap and always very tasty. Lots of deal and always able to get a discount of some sort.
Pizza is always on time either delivered or pickup.
Crew are friendly and helpful
Inside if the store is a little tired, but you are not there to eat, just pickup or order.

Lol imagine paying $30 for 3 pizzas that arrive like this.

Read the other comments. It’s exactly same thing happend. Lack of common sense. 1 hour late. Cold food.

Worst pizza shop in area by a long shot and doesn’t accept most vouchers that other domino’s stores take

This is what they call a loaded pepperoni. Barely any toppings it may aswell just be a cheese pizza instead. Had a mix of good and bad pizzas but half the time they're like this and just done with Domino's completely now. Absolute waste of money

Do not order from here! First time missing garlic bread, ok fair enough. Second time paid for drinks - no drinks. They came back with the drinks after complaining- brought the wrong drinks! Third time ordering churros that come with free dipping sauce, no dipping sauce! Call to complain, they say they’ll send dipping sauce.in half an hour! Say we want free fresh churros because by the time the sauce arrives the churros are cold, and also want a voucher for pizza for being inconvenienced 3 times now, the ‘manager’ says I’m not sending churros anymore mam and hangs up on me! Ordered a delivery pizza took more than an hour to deliver. When I called the store at the hour mark and was informed the drivers complete multiple deliveries, sounds like they need more staff. What I didn’t love was that the driver gently knocked on the door and left the pizza on the floor. If I hadn’t been literally waiting by the door at this point I wouldn’t of known it was here as the app told me my pizza was here 40mins ago…. Somethings off with the app times vs the service provided.

Not normally one to complain but this is the second time this has happened from this store.

After waiting over an hour for my delivery, the driver sat outside of my house for no longer than 1 minute, Didnt knock then cancelled my order because they ‘couldn’t find me’

Couldn't use the dominos app in store because there's no internet coverage so I couldn't get my free pizza

My mum and me ordered a meatlovers pizza with hollandaise sauce, bacon cheeseburger pizza with mayo and a supreme pizza with added olives.the store didn’t add any olives to the supreme, added a TON of mayo to the meat lovers (not the bacon cheeseburger which it is already meant to be on), to the point where it wasn’t edible because of the amount of mayo on it. They then added the hollandaise sauce to the bacon cheeseburger pizza instead, which had no additions to it.extremely disappointed as I have never had a wrong order come from a dominoes store and will not be ordering from here again.

One star is 10 time more then what that place deserves, load pepperoni pizza with stuff all topping on it place on to one side and it was barely warm, only got half off the chicken bits you should get not that warm either, the cheesy garlic bread bottom was burnt, nice delivery driver

Always arrives cold, just reordered silly me, this time not gluten free base, I am a coeliac so don't want to get sick, called to complain, no refund and cold again, reckon pizza was 2 days old, don't go there, waste of money

The worst pizza ever cold meat was dry no cheese gave half to my dog turned his nose up never again should have listened to review

Not sure why, but Dominos success seems to be fresher and better tasting pizza. Perhaps they just do a better job of distributing sauces, toppings and cheese? Either way, they also take the cheaper coupons, so I'd go there instead.

Update: Multiple major mistakes later (Things like forgetting to put a topping on and then refusing to fix it or how they screwed up the sauce topping of my pizza 3 times in a row or even grossly over proofed dough to the point where the crust was like taffy) and I'll drive to the success dominos before I'll ever order delivery from south lakes again. Please let me change my delivery store.

Worst customer service by the Indian manager (person serving), rude and doesn't show what options they have. If had the option to leave 0 stars I would've done that

I had tried to call and order for over half and hour because no one was answering I ordered online, I went into the store and there were two staff ignoring the phone, ignoring me. My pizza was sitting out going cold and one staff member was going in and out of the fridge doing nothing and the other person cam over and I thought they would servee me but no he looked at me and then when back on his phone. Absolute joke!

Barely any topping or cheese! The quantity has really declined! Clearly they aiming for clients to purchase the premium ranges. Never again!
