They have new management. I just ordered a pizza to eat at the restaurant and it was super clean, the pizza was delicious, everything was super fresh, exquisite, congratulations, I loved it

Manager rude. Blames his employees mistakes on customers. Delivers soggy 2 hour old pizza wet from rain and what I assume kitchen staffs spit.

Wish I could review with no stars but that's not an option. Had called numerous times today about a misplaced order that had been paid for but not registered into their system apparently. After not only contacting a nearby chain, customer service and dominoes aus directly they had picked up and had the nerve to blame us for the problem. The Indian fella on the phone was absolutely absurd and clearly lacks professionalism and customer service standards, not sure how you even have a job in fast food with those antics mate. Pick up your slack, pick up your phone and show some respect to your customers.

We live in Scarborough in Queensland. Only just moved here and tired from work where we decided to order pizza for dinner. Went to the app to order, it offered to order from the Scarborough store I thought great there’s a pizza place here.
Accidentally ordered at this Western Australia store. By the time we realised this was a store in WA, and that we were unable to pick up, (about ten mins) I called the store and they said it was too late to do refund. Store will not refund.

Ordered pizza last nite.the paneer pizza came without a single piece of Paneer. It was a magerita style. The garlic prawn had hardly any sauce on it. The chicken pizza again was short on chicken on it. Highly disappointed to eat such tasteless pizzas.

The staff here are so rude, never received the food and refused refund and blamed me for it. What a joke. Avoid at all costs.

Walked in half hour before close got friendly service. Ordered 2 mega meat lovers and was the best domino’s pizza I’ve had from 4 different states. Staff working on the night of 15/2/23 deserve a raise.

Literally the worst experience I've ever had. Delivered my order incorrectly, called up and they said they would resend the items in 10 minutes. A further 25 minutes later they send the incorrect items. I get inside and realise one of the items is still completely wrong. I call up asking for a refund as I've now waited over 90 minutes for my order. No refund offered, when I ask for the staff members name for my complaint he hangs up on me and refuses to answer the phone.

You've literally stolen money from me and not given me the items I ordered hahahah

Update: Called the store the next day, a different manager did the same thing! Hung up on me without providing a refund, hung up on me twice. Now the owner has commented below asking me to fill out a feedback form which I've already done 3 times and nobody has bothered to call me. YOU HAVE STOLEN MONEY FROM ME

Dominos should not allowed to use pizza in the name, far away from pizza, maybe a toast? A cheese kebab? No pizza

As useless as they come. Who would of thought it would be so hard to cook and deliver a pizza in less than 2 hours

I’m absolutely disgusted at the way I’ve just been spoken to by a member of your staff at your tenancy on Scarborough Beach Rd. I had a voucher for a free traditional pizza. I ordered on line but did not opt to have the pizza brought to my car as I have never been to your store before. I have only ever utilised Doubleview but the voucher was only valid for your store. Upon arrival at your store there was no parking so I phoned your store and very nicely asked the person who answered, if they could please bring the pizza to my car as I was double parked in the side street (absolutely no parking). He was so rude and said, “Firstly ma’am you have not paid for your pizza and secondly you opted not to have it brought to your car so sorry no I can not bring it to your car”. When I said excuse me? He then told me to drive around and find a parking then the line went dead. I have never been so badly treated as a customer in my life before. When I finally managed to find a park and go into your store to fetch my pizza, his attitude was even worse. I asked him how dare he accuse me of not paying for my pizza when it was a free voucher, I got no apology whatsoever. I will never set foot in your store again, the most disgusting service in Perth.

Worst customer service ever. Run by a bunch of Dumbfounded kids who don’t even know the names of the pizzas they make/serve. Don’t waste you’re time here.

Ordered a pizza and they said they called when it was here but I had no missed calls! I called the two more times and they still hadn't made it. The Girl on the front desk is useless! Management is poor- no apologies at all. Poor customer service!

Very consistent and the app is so user-friendly.
The staff have never seemed to miss any of the million changes I make to the pizza… feeling satisfied and excited to have the leftovers tomorrow!

Supervisor mr tejas do not know how to deal with customers. I am surprise how he became supervisor anyway his behavior towards me was very rude. He is doing customer service but he cant speak nicely and polite.other guests are most of the time complained about this dominions. I humbly request to owner please teach him some skills how to deal with customers. He needs training.

No REGARD FOR OTHER LOCAL BUSINESSES, lazy management let’s employees leave dirty rubbish near the bin area and let’s their customers litter health freak cafés tables with multitudes of rubbish….

Hi just order a pizza from this domino’s Scarbourgh beach.order a peri peri chicken pizza there was only one or two pieces of chicken in whole pizza. Specially Manazer was too rude when I reported over the phone his way of talking also wrong said his name something smeet or smith.
Literally a very bad experience and mr manager I attached the photo to have a look for you so check and don’t mention some bring pizza back hope you get a proper training how to talk with customer.other staff was so nice in store except this rude manager.domino’s pls choose right people for your brand don’t let spoil it.

Very very bad service, didn't even cut the pizza, like how could you forget? Zero knowledge about their own products, you guys made me hate your cheap pizza anyway.

Manager was not only rude to me but also rude to his employee. Refused to give me a receipt for a $100 order to be picked up the next day & tried to charge me again upon pick up.
Although the pizzas were the cheap $5 each variety, not much was expected, HOWEVER, it was expected that the Hawaiian pizzas (5) would have pineapple on them & the toppings would not be so sparse.
Overall VERY BAD experience & I won't be shopping there for our work function next time.
