Domino's Pizza Port Kennedy

Just had one of the best Pizzas ever. Been to Italy and this takes the cake! Hats off to Domino's for dealing out a classic.yes it had extra mozzarella.yes it had extra anchovies.it was Supreme classic Thank you Domino's you excelled!

Made an order online and I mistakenly clicked make now instead of collecting a certain time. I immediately called them back, apologised several times on the phone the guy didn't even accept or acknowledge and say its okay or no worries. Just said we've changed the collection time. Additionally I heard while being on the phone "whats the point in that" im not sure if it was to do with this certain phone call or something else. I shouldn't have customer hearing other things said on the phone. Customer make mistake so treat your customers nicely not rudely. Didnt appreciate it

Im a local i buy pizza at the least once a week.
They usee to be spot on until about 6 months ago. I dont know what happened. But out of my last 10 pizzas 5 have been thrown directly into the bin. Complete garbage. Last night was the last straw. My pizza was that undercooked and oily with basicaly no cheese. An absolute disgrace to your local customer.

For the third time in a month when ordering online, wrong pizza was given to us tonight. When in drive thru waiting for order, staff could be heard openly swearing loudly - not the image you want with kids around especially given they were teenagers themselves. Poor experience that's for sure.

When delivered the food was hot, fresh and delicious. Great customer service especially with being able to pay cash at the door and having change which nobody does anymore! Keep up the great work guys, this is one place I will continue to buy from

Typical Domino's. Pizza is mostly good. They are pretty quick with making orders too.

I called up to enquire about a voucher I had.could the voucher be used to redeem a vegan pizza rather than a 'normal' one? I did call the golden bay store first and g it a runaround by someone who clearly did not know what she was doing.then port kennedy to be given a similar runaround. Not impressed. No, I did not end up ordering.

Whoever was making the pizzas last night on boxing day, dont ever change, your pizzas are perfect. Fresh= amazing zapped in the microwave=Still amazing. Order from here quite often and although never bad and consistently good, these ones were next level perfection and very quick with delivery

Large meat lovers. Tasteless. Worst pizza I have ever had. My wifes mini was perfect. How come?

Pizzas are pretty decent especially if you are picking them up as they come out of the oven. It has a drive thru so if you don't want to get out of your PJs then it's pretty handy. Staff have always been friendly.

My family haven't had Domino's for a long time due to the poor quality at Baldivis and decided to try Port Kennedy. All I can say is wow, what a difference! My family and I actually really enjoyed the pizza's and the service staff were nice and friendly. It was very busy, we did wait a little longer than required due to not being called when the pizza got put in the warmer but when the screen finally said ready and waiting in line to be seen, the taste and quality made up for it. I will definitely be going to Port Kennedy from now on.

Very, very busy on Friday after 5: 30pm. Pizzas cooked quicker than quoted and very helpful staff

Reasonable priced pizzas, but they are getting smaller for the same price! Nice toppings though!

Ordered 3 pizzas from this store last night. They would have to be the worst pizza I have ever eaten (or not eaten) all were way over cooked.

OVER 2 HOURS for delivery and the he pizza was rubbish no toppings dry as and burnt this was the second time this has happened. This has to be a joke. And they can't even answer the phone.

Order via Uber eats, just after 6pm.
Arrived at 8: 15pm.
Will never, never, never order dominos again.
Disappointed is an understatement

Bad customer service, rude and we’re talking amongst each other while i was trying to order, forgot items and wasn’t polite.grow up

My last 2 orders have been delivered dry burnt and very little cheese. Pick a pizza slice up and all the topping falls off. Was told they would remake it after seeing the photo checker. And they continued to deliver the burnt crusty pizza to my address. Asked for a refund and was told it takes 14 days to get refund. So would I reccommend dominos.yes.just dint order from Port Kennedy Dominos. Not about the customer at that store.

This is a customer service review. Just wanted to thanks Helen for the courtesy of calling to let us know about our order. Understandably in these covid times, things are harder on staff and unpredictable but it was nice to receive an update when things were running a bit later then expected rather then us chasing it up.
