70 Pizza was fresh and as good as you can expect.
The shop was noticeably clean compared to other Dominos, and the staff were friendly.
Can only pickup because the database lacks some addresses. It's pizza for convenience not taste
Today we had pizza from domino’ s nedland that was prepared and cooked by Indian guy Goyal don’t know his name. It was totally to max a wicked pizza. His customer service was excellent. All in all 5 stars from my side for him. He was awesome.

Amazing service and polite staff. Meal hot and lots of topping, sides to die for. Delivered promptly and as ordered, hot and delicious.
Sometimes this place just got so many orders. Expect a minor delays but it is jusy for 5 to 10mins.

Not sure what is going on at this store. Some reviewers say that they had a fine experience, meanwhile there is mine. If you order through the Dominoes app, a photo of your pizza is sent to you. I received two images of pizzas with toppings unevenly spread out that looked like they were just flung on without any care at all, dogs breakfast style. When I complained and asked for a pizza that didn't look like it had gone through a wormhole we were politely told that nothing could be done for us by the same staff who had the audacity to send us photographic proof that they do not care about customer service or their employment obligations. 0/10 have never returned in over 2 years, instead I get Pizza Hut delivery on Uber Eats all the way from Innaloo. Still better value and quality.
Colleague requested driver to drop off pizza’s as ordered for Emergency Department Nurses and doctors, driver sent message after 15 mins saying we would not get our delivery as no one had come to collect pizza’s but did not get out of his car. Would not have had to enter department at all as could drop of at pre screen. Immediately called and asked to return but he refused, talking over the top of me saying now closed and would get refund in 3 to 4 business days. Extremely dissapointed in lack of professionalism of delivery driver, completely inconsiderate leaving Ed workers hungry.
Ordered pizza a few times from here while living interstate in Claremont from Jul-Aug 2019. Consistently good food, generous toppings and pleasant service from the delivery drivers - easily one of the all-round best pizza experiences I have had.

But Due to efforts made by Dominos Management, the team has been changed. It has been a pleasant experience on my last three visits.
Not only the accurate, delicious and consistent flavours have returned, But Mohit, Shahdad and rest of the team member's efforts have started to get noticed. The panache and flair is returning and I wish them best of luck.

Mistakes can happen. I fully understand.
But it is how you deal with them after makes or breaks customers.
Ordered a mean on Sunday the 11th evening at approximately 8: 20pm.
Did not receive full order. The Delivery driver was apologetic also offered to return his tip. Obviously I didn't take it back.
He explained that the store was under pressure. Also assured that he will get back with the items.
No issues. He was not able to come back and I called at least 5 times and no answer.
Gave them time on Monday to get back to me. No response. On Tuesday the 13th I called at about 1750 hrs and spoke to Emily.
Explained her the situation and she suggested that it was my fault for not calling them back. She also suggested that if I called earlier in the morning they would be in a position to refund.
As per her I was calling her 'late evening' hence they cannot refund for the goods I didn't receive, but paid for. I did inform them about this review, but it was like talking to the wall. I have to add that she was polite.
In my opinion very poor service. As a suggestion to this Otherwise successful Business thy can and should do better.
I ordered the Godfather, has to be the worst pizza I e ever had! Hardly any ingredients on it, it was literally bare. Cost over $25 with delivery, it was cold on arrival as well and was handed to me from the car seat so hadn’t been placed in a hit sleeve for delivery!
Tried to ring the store and nobody answered twice!
I just called Domino's Nedlands to order pizza, the staff which answered the phone was rude and unprofessional from the beginning. The response was "we are closed" they then attempted to hang up. I told the staff your website says you close at 10pm today and its currently only 8: 20pm.
The staff then replies "we had a breakdown, we are closed" and proceeded to hang up.
The worst service you could imagine. I called several times enquiring about my order's whereabouts and each time was assured it was "on the road" and would "be there in 10 minutes". I was told this for an hour. The order never arrived.
Very rude I had called up to see if they had vegetarian options because normally I use Pizza Hut and they had hung up on me very bad customer service, I’m definitely going back to pizza hut
Worst service ever. Pizza was hard and cold and yet dairy deserts were hot and melted. Order was completely wrong and they offered no accountability or apology despite the proof of receipt being offered. It sucks that Covid took out good small business restaurants with great service and food and left these jerks to prosper.
Worst Dominos in Perth, don’t see how there’s such little quality control and an attitude from staff, as though their time is precious when they make a poor excuse for ‘food’.
Delivery driver arrived without all my order or change. Pizza arrived 45minutes after it said the order was ready in store. Pizza was cold, not even warm. When the girl said she was going to get the change from the car she drive off. Called the store repeatedly without an answer. Will report this theft to police and will never order from this store again!
Unfortunately I have had multiple bad experiences with this Dominos. The pizza is always overcooked, on multiple occasions they have given us the incorrect drink or substituted it for another one without asking since they didn't have what we ordered and tonight the food was delivered an hour after the estimated delivery time (with the incorrect drink). I completely understand the issue of lack of staff etc and that can make it really difficult however we've been really disappointed multiple times now so it isn't a one off mistake.
Horrible. The staff and chef are unreliable. Kept getting my order wrong and missing ingredients. Had to wait 40 minutes to get the finished pizzas. Disappointing.
I live less than 5 minutes from store, order took 50 minutes to be delivered. Called twice, rudely dismissed by staff. The pizza was not the right one! Really, the wings were just warm…. Wrong at every level
