30Got the wrong order- called them - tried to recorrect- the manager talked over me. Said he would fix it- went there and went back on his word. Came here several times- NEVER AGAIN. Would rather spend twenty dollars more and get a decent pizza. Never ever again…. Trust me- not his future reply justifying himself
The Indian guy that owns the place is the most rude person that I have met. He put pineapple on my pepperoni pizza which I am elegiac to. He then refused to give another pizza and gave us a drink. I have videos to prove it all.
They didn’t let us dine in and it was 7: 30 pm! It’s freezing cold outside and rainy. No music at the store either. This company didn’t get anything about customer service
Worst customer experience I have every had at dominoes. AJ is rude and unwilling to remake a pizza after making a mistake on the order. I would hope dominoes does something about this guy bringing down their brand. Looking at past comments it seems this is a regular occurrence! I’m sure he’ll reply and blame it on the customer…again…
Absolutely disgusting customer service, from the store manager himself. Refused to even let me speak regarding my complaint. Immediately threatened to take action/call the police as I said, 'your being extremely rude & unprofessional and also are breaching numerous policies of your employment contract.
The store manager went as far as asking another random customer in the store what their opinion was on the complaint. The few words about it that I got out.
The other customer starting swearing and becoming aggressive towards me, was clearly intoxicated and regardless it is beyond unprofessional to handle a complaint in that manner.
It is also a breach of company policy for the store manager to witness the abuse and evict myself from the premises but proceed to serve the customer who has abused and threatened myself.
The manager since then has refused to respond to the complaint and has shut the restaurant door in my face. Walked away from the counter behaving like a child.
He can mark my words though.
He will not be acting this way while in a Domino's uniform for much longer.
Very annoying and also could have been resolved with far less effort and energy. But if the manager wants to learn the hard way then I will be more than happy to serve him with written warnings and/or dismissal.love you Margaret River Dom's
We were always happy with the value pizzas and as usually ordered today for a pickup. Unfortunately, we came to the surprise they suddenly raised the price from $5 to $8. Would be nice to inform us while ordering on the phone.
Guy working didn’t listen to our order, refused to give refund when we told him the order was wrong, said he was listening and we were wrong not him after also getting our names on the order wrong. Would not get us another pizza after getting the first one wrong (which I couldn’t even eat because of dietary requirements) he said he was the boss of the store and wouldn’t let us talk to anyone else and instead stood arguing with us refusing anything.
Went in tonight 7/1 asked for a little extra hot sauce on the wings and the guy was so accomodating love this restaurant specially this one!
Called around 5pm to see if they delivered to my bnb. Guy on the phone said yes so at 6: 30pm I called and put my order in. Guy says no sorry we can’t deliver there, only in the town. I hang up and look at the address again, see that its only a 7 min drive from dominos and that the address ends in ‘Margaret River Town’. I call back and say the address again and he says oh yes we deliver there. I get half way through my order and he puts the phone down and doesn’t come back for 5 mins. I finish the order and then he tells me wait we can’t deliver there.

On holiday in Margs last weekend where we had had quite a bit to drink & mistakenly ordered from Domino’s twice. They rang to confirm if we did want the 2 orders & corrected it straight away. The refund was deposited into our bank within 3 days. The pizzas were hot & fresh as well. Thank you to the helpful staff.
The absolute worst service I've ever experienced. This is more of a warning than a review DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. They sent my order to wrong house then told it me it was still coming, only after an hour and half actually admitting that the order was sent to the complete wrong address, at which point they where only able to offered me a refund or to remake the order and send it out at full price, by which time it would be 2 and half hours late. These people have absolutely zero regard for there customers and no sense of professional responsibility whatsoever. I can't think of any other food service that would delay your dinner for 2 and half hours as a result of the sheer negligence and feel no responsibility to correct to situation.
We repeated are order about three times and they gave us the complete wrong thing it was extra thin with barely any toppings and when we rang back they dismissed what we were saying and didn’t do anything about messing up are order terrible food and customer service
Ordered an overpriced pizza delivery at 8: 20pm on a saturday night.nothing showed up, nor a phone call or answer the phone.poor service from a store ran by gooses.

Today my wife went to Domino's Margaret River and had the worst experience one can have at domino's no thanks to Sarekh Parekh the manager over there.
As a person who has always been happy with Domino's in Perth this Manager was rude, arrogant and was not very multiculturaly inclusive. We asked for vegetarian pizza and chips with normal salt. When we got the chips it had chicken salt and when questioned he said this is the standard menu and will have to do after specifically having asked for chips with vegetarian pizzas. He also said it's not upto him to inform us of the seasoning especially after we asked for vegetarian pizzas without onion garlic.
Infact then when asked for replacement he made my wife pay again and when we requested if he can kindly throw the chicken salt chips he said no and told us to throw them.
Then he dared challenge my wife that she never said chips with normal salt and called my wife a liar indirectly. I believe this licensee should be counselled by the Domino's head office.
Extremely disappointed with the racial profiling and rude manner of this store manager. As a regular Domino's buyer for workplaces, sporting clubs and community organisations buying 30 to 50 pizzas from my local domino's this has made me want to re evaluate supporting Domino's if this is the Domino's staff ethos.
Can someone from Domino's head office kindly respond.
Most disgusting display of customer service I have seen in a long time. Store manager belittled a customer and argued with them over a simple request to accommodate their dietary requirements. He even informed the customer that the Margaret River Domino's does their own thing? ! I was so disappointed with what I saw. So much for brand consistency! Never coming back here to this arrogant establishment. Domino's should really think about who they want to represent!
Manager got very bad attitude, and he was instructing me on the way to order pizza. We as a customer don't know much about the variations in menu. I didn't felt good.
Domino's pizza Margaret River is with a door to entry or exit, they do pizza, and some X tapes are on the floor like someone has buried treasures and the X point is where is supposed to dig. People with shovel are not well welcome.
Happy New Year for 2022! On arrival for my big pick up orders I ask staff, have you got any paper bag please and he said sorry none available but he offered to carry 4 boxes of pizzas out while I carry the other extras to my car as for great services and tasty fresh pizzas! Will be back again soon!
I ordered my pizzas from there online and waited for 15 minutes and my phone says its ready so I went there and said where is my order, the said it not ready, the customer service is disgusting.
