Domino's Pizza Malaga

Staff wearing super dirty t-shirts, marketable messed up, maker serving with gloves and touching food, again pizza box touched with dirty gloves, overall too messed up store…not coming at all

What happened to the cheese and toppings on the pizzas? You got slices with just sauce on there
This place use to be good but seems they have dropped way off.

I usually order a DB+C pizza every week or every other week while at work. Twice they've mixed up and given meatlovers, and in the last TWO WEEKS in a row theyve forgotten to add the mayo. Not the kind of quality you'd expect from a restaurant which can't do the ONE thing they are supposed to do properly - make pizzas. Absolutely ridiculous

Absolutely shocking. I have been here a few times in those times the pizzas have been burnt or not cooked. They dont even cut the pizza through. When calling, the manager said to prove that my pizza had missing toppings? What the heck, extremely rude. Poor management poor service. Mirrabooka is a much better dominos.

Cancelled a delivery without telling the customer.when called, they refused to answer the phone, so went down to the store, they said they were closed (at 9: 30pm on Monday closing time is 11PM) refused to give refund or make order.staff were very rude.

Ordered several pizzas for fathers day yesterday. After tearing a slice of one a long piece of hair was between the sauce and toppings, i couldnt eat after that. Usually are good but this has put me off.

Meant to be a pizza place but don’t know how to answer the phone I’ve called dominoes 10 times to asked to change something with my order and still haven’t been answered

I don't come here anymore after finding a better pizza place but dominos is still pretty good for your out of the ordinary pizzas. This particular store I have never had a problem with and is my local store but I just prefer somewhere else now after the deals weren't the best

I am not a fussy eater especially when i have had a few been there maybe 5 times they are horrible

Ordered sum pizza today came home opened the box found a few chunks of meat which I don’t eat as I’m vegetarian also the cheese has changed, it tastes disgusting has a mouldy taste to it and just revolting pizza in general every single one the cheese, vegetarian, margarita and the cheesey garlic those are the pizzas I got. I ended up calling them asking why there was meat they said they’ll send me another one I would much rather a refund they also said they had just takin the cheese outta the freezer like do they want me to defrost it?
New pizza arrived all the crust and cheese was burnt, don’t know how the hell it went thru that robot detector they use? ! I rlly thought they would try harder since it was my second order.
Tbh it really feels like there just finding the cheapest ways to make pizza very disappointed as I’ve tried other dominos and they taste soo good

Why can't we order a $15 pizza says not available at the store. Only store we can order from.
Can't get out to pick it up even rang the store said no

Don’t bother ordering here, they’ll cancel your order if they don’t want to take it and won’t do you the decency of calling

Terrible experience. Service was rubbish, staff to busy talking to each other in their own language and mucking around. I had to repeat my order at least four times as it.seemed to be lost in translation. Got my order home and it was not what i had ordered despite my long explaination of what i wanted. Will definitely shop at another dominoes next time.

Customer service has gotten really good for me the last few times I have been.
Pizzas have a good amount of toppings.

Not one person was wearing gloves and they were touching everything, cheese, ham etc was disgraceful and disgusting

I have picked up twice and gotten delivery once. All orders same great standard, hot and tasty. Got extra tomato on one pizza decent serving. Online ordering is so much easier and love that u can track it. Staff were happy and did they're job.

Ordered pizza on Valentines Day and it arrived later than expected but I didn't know that, and the delivery guy left a voucher (for 1 free pizza) in our letterbox acknowledging the lateness.

Then I ordered again, cashing in the voucher and this time I didn't receive an item of my order. When I tried calling the store to let them know, the phone rings out. After something like 6 calls of the phone completely ringing out, they answered and said they would drop my item over on next delivery.

2nd order in a row that's had issues. This store needs some work

I have to say that Jay who is working at Dominos in Malaga is the most professional and efficient person/employee! I purchase pizza on a regular basis and every time is perfect! Also on a few occassions he was working alone in the peak time, lunch time. I hope that the owner of this store is reading reviews as his dedication to work should not go unnoticed!

Dominos is very consistent with their food and high speed service, and dominos malaga isn't any different - i can't fault their pizzas! They're delicious.my partner and i visit this dominos every monday and the customer service is always very average (disappointing), but this usually gets balanced out by how good the food is.however, the monday just gone (the 18th), the man behind the counter provided horrible service.he was sitting down behind the counter and didnt even look up when we arrived.he waited roughly 2 minutes before looking up and saying 'yes? '. I told him we had a pickup and he rolls his eyes, doesnt say anything and walks away to check.he returns after a moment and asks me to repeat my name when i had just told him my name seconds before.he roughly slapped the pizzas down on the counter without saying a word.my partner said 'thanks brother' politely and the man just sat back down and ignored him.really considering not returning to malaga.not sure how that man got hired to begin with, and as someone who's worked in hospitality customer service for five years, i think its really not that hard to be polite (which is literally what he's being paid for).
