Domino's Pizza Livingston Marketplace

I ordered pizza last night and after waiting 20 minutes i just asked them where is my pizza and staff could not find my order. Staff was super lazy and just talking each other, do not even look after their customer.
After waiting 20 minutes they just said going to put my order again.
Stupid service

Ordered 4 Pizzas only 3 delivered, driver took a route that was totally out of the way, no offer of a free pizza just we’ll deliver when ready store really sucks

The pizza is not well cooked and too cold and that’s the disgusting thing to wait 30 minutes for a

This place has the best pizza makers and they cut my pizza perfectly and the toppings were evenly distributed. Absolutley beutful

Never again have used this place for 20 years and had worst service tonight 2 pizzas delivered $45 or pick up $39 as we didnt have voucher code but they dont mind emailing me every day

Ok he should have checked before leaving, but loaded supreme turned out to be a few pieces of pepperoni, with none of the rest. And falling apart barely cooked base isn't the best. Mine was nice, but where was the spring onion?

I had a great time eating delicious food at your restaurant. The waiters and waitress were committed to great service and were very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome and I definitely liked how modern the restaurant was. Most importantly, every food and drink on your menu tasted great.

Generally a positive experience with this store. Generally tasty and consistent pizza's. Service has always been great and honestly I find it of value when you use the value coupons etc.

Mate be carful of these guys they will put you on hold for 5 to 10 mins if anyone sees this if they did the same to u please write a review or make a complaint as if you don't they will get away with it.sure if your buying food you have to wait till it gets cooked but you don't have to wait any longer than that whatever takes them that long is there problem not yours.

Ran into a software issue while ordering online, called the store to place my order and the prices were very different. After speaking to Layton and Rehan, they both set out to make sure the issue was corrected and approached the situation with genuine care and professionalism. It's one thing for a place of business to operate well but another thing to operate well under the pressure of fixing a issue that you weren't responsible for. They both did really well and made sure that at the end of it they were dealing with a happy customer. 10/10

I was very impressed with the customer service and the pizza from Dominos Livingston store. The pizza was nice and hot, well made and the crust cooked to perfection. I will definitely be back for more. I have had less than impressive pizza from another Dominos store in the past, so am very happy to have found these guys. Well done Dominos Livingston.

I preordered a delivery for 6.15pm on a Friday night, preorder made in the morning, checked progress on my app at 6.30 & still was "being prepared"! Called the store to see where they were & their excuse was they were busy.
Whats the point of having an option when you can't honour it! Never again will I be ordering from them, staff didn't care that the order was going to be an hour late

Low quality pizza, almost all bread and cheese with less toppings.will never go back to this branch again.

Ordered traditional firebreather minus ground beef plus prawns. Did not check in-store in order to keep hot. What I got was ground beef no prawns. Your indication on the board was undergoing quality check. Haha very funny what quality check?

Got food poisoning from this outlet, was sick for days, one of the worst sicknesses I have had. Avoid at all costs!

Have eaten dominoes since a kid and will likely never eat it again after they reduced their pizza size and are charging the same price.
