Domino's Pizza Leeming

Very impressed with the customer service from Lukas. What an outstanding gentleman, courteous and so so helpful. I am so impressed with him. Dominos Leeming, WA is very lucky to have this guy on board. So polite.

Unacceptable Service and Endless Waiting

Last night I had an extremely disappointing experience with Domino's Pizza. After placing an order before 7 pm, my night turned into an endless wait with no sign of our pizza. Despite multiple calls to the store, the staff was not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude. Their dismissive response was to just "wait, " leaving my whole family frustrated and hungry. Given the complete failure of your service and the lack of professionalism displayed by your staff, I believe a refund is in order. I paid for a service that was not fulfilled, and the overall experience has been highly disappointing. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I would caution others considering Domino's for their lack of reliability and professionalism.

This is by far the best Domino's pizza I've ever had.
Just moved to Bateman and thought I'd give Domino's another go after years of bad experiences and terrible pizzas.

Now they put enough cheese on the pizza. For the past several months I've always complained about the lack of cheese extra toppings, but the new owner solved my complaints once and for all. Satisfied.

Had a voucher for a free pizza as last time they left out toppings. As I ordered via phone and came to collect it they informed me then and there that it was redeemable online only. Poor communication and horrible problem solving.

Purchased a spicy veg supreme pizza, it had peri peri sauce all over it, is not an ingredient of this pizza. I do not like peri peri sauce. I ate only the parts of the pizza that did not have peri peri sauce on it and removed the sauce on other parts as much as I could.very disappointed. Did not get what I ordered and did not want to return to the store. Wife buys pizza here often usually you get what you ordered. Only two stars this time.

Yesterday I placed order from uber eats for 3 pizzas and I was using my 50% discount offer. I placed the order around 9 pm and uber eats told me that I will get the delivery within 9: 20pm to 9: 40pm. When the time was close to 9: 40pm the app suddenly showed me that the food has been delivered whereas I didn't receive anything, so I called the dominos and they told me that your food will arrive to you within few minutes and I was like than why did you pressed the button of delivered? Anyway I waited till 10: 30 but no delivery of any type was made to me. Than I asked uber for my refund and eventually got it but the sad thing is I don't have my 50% discount anymore and I had to eat instant noodles instead of my expected pizza. WORST experience ever. NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS SHOP.

Service from these guys is always amazing, we often order large orders and nothing is a trouble, they deliver quick and always with smile

I don’t know why they didn’t cut my pizza.
The pizza was delicious, but they made me a little bit annoying.

Told to wait outside the shop but pizza was left sitting at the counter when went in to ask if ready.

Employs electrician's to perform repairs in his shop.but refuses to pay them. I wonder if he pays his staff correctly? Pay your bill's!

Placed an order through UberEats with them. Currently being enrolled at university I don't actually live on campus. The young guy at their store called me and verbally barated me over the phone. Understandably this is an UberEats problem with their driver not having access to my phone number. However, after both the delivery driver and person on the phone verbally trashed I think this store needs to lift its game. One action - giving the delivery driver my number to call would have saved time. But I wasn't listened to when I said this. This is coming from a person who never reviews anything ever. Horrible customer service they should be ashamed.

What a great service provided by the owner. They have not only gave us the best deal but open his store little early to deliver our order around the same time as normal operating hours. The pizzas were fresh and delivered on time. That were the saviour of my kids birthday party. Thank you Leeming store.

Work for a nearby university and have ordered 100’s of pizzas at a time. Very helpful, always on time and tasty!

They don't call. Placed an order yesterday for tonight and none came or called. At 10: 30pm called and they were closed. In future call your customers before closing time.

We did a bulk order for my work, everyone loved it! The staff and manager were so helpful and nice! Highly recommend the dominos at Leeming!

Car park delivery order

Excellent customer service. I needed pizzas for my son's birthday party that was close by at 11am however the store opened at 11am. I called the store the day before and spoken to a man who was very accommodating and told me to place my order via the app for 11: 15am and that he would come in earlier to ensure my order was ready for 11am. We got there a little earlier and the order was ready! Very happy. Thank you!

First of all, the order was late for 20 minutes, and I was pretty much starving, and I don’t think 9pm is a super busy time.
Second, it delivered, and the man walked up to me and just asked for the money, he took it and walked away, well, he did bring me the food after all but it was still a safety concern whereas he should’ve brought up the food and take the money.
Third, the simply cheese I ordered, it was so awful as a simply cheese barely has any cheese on it is just funny, felt like I was eating a plain pizza. And the supreme pizza that was even worse, the crust was literally white, the bacon was not cooked well it was white and pinky, and the pineapple which was completely white as well, the whole pizza tasted disgusting and uncooked. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. This place, never gonna order again.

The best pizza ever, forget the poison-like smell that comes from the pepperoni, and the completely burnt dehydrated pizza base, when you haven't eaten all day and are starving this is proof you will eat anything when truly hungry! It was a test, each bite provided the temptation to heave but I persevered, I was really was hungry and I enjoyed every terrible bite. These guys have perfected the art of burnt toast. Nailed it lads, cant wait until you try to make pizza.
