Domino's Pizza Leederville

Bad phone service, very rude and hangs up on you without giving the information you ask for. Staff members need some education on basic phone etiquette.

Today I was trying to order my order by phone but the man who picked was very rude and said I am transferring you to police it’s ur 6 th time calling it was my second as the first time nobody was answering so I declined and called again I just wanted a margarita pizza never ordering from here again don’t recommend

I was thinking of ordering a pizza today from Domino’s at this store.but after reading the reviews I was totally turned off. I believe the reviews posted…as Aussies are generally honest good hearted people…. These reviews made me feel so bad for the customers… and I take the reviews seriously… why would I opt for rude customer service and horrible pizza with my hard earned money? ! Sorry Domino’s unless this local store of mine can achieve consistently good reviews for at least 3-6 months Im not going to be another dominos victim of poor customer service and poorly made pizza (I saw pictures from reviews… terrible!)

Rude. Straight up rude. If you don’t want to serve customers don’t be in a service industry.

The store has refused to accept the promotional voucher that was sent from them via mail, the online order was rejected twice. The lady in the store was extremely rude, hung up and didn’t answer my follow up calls.

Found the lady at the counter very rude, maybe a bad day for her but I am just picking up my food.

It’s a dominos. It’s fine! The staff seem a little over worked. Probably would help if there was a few more members on. I just have one burning question. I’m always told I have to order via QR code, which I find kind of annoying. I honestly find the online ordering system pretty confusing, and I know it’s stupid, but I’d rather just tell someone my order rather than spend 20 minutes trying to order it online while in the store. Is this a new dominos policy for all of Australia, or just a ‘this store thing? ’ Either way, I’ll just learn to do the online system, but I am super curious on why it’s changed to pretty much completely online.

So. There we are, needing a Pizza at 10: 50pm. We ordered through Uber who dropped the ball and the manager, after closing up and calling me to secure a line of contact came on her own to drop the pizza off to me even though she had no obligation to. My only regret is that I didn't find out the delivery driver's name so I can't shout her out but if your boss sees this you know who you are and I hope you own it because you're an awesome human.

There was too much cheese and very little meat and the pizza was horrible. Garlic bread was ok but the brownies had no powder on top so it was Soo mushy and I tasted not good. Recommended to not get things here.

Ordered, they forgot to make 25% of the order, walked out with forgot items - no help, bad service, poor willingness to show actual help by female lady at counter

This store is the worst store I have ever been to. The staff are rude and uninterested in your patronage. I was basically ignored whilst waiting to order. Lady manager was very ignorant in detailing my enquiry about purchasing a pizza deal. I will never go here again. Either should anyone else. Pizzas are cold, tasteless, just like the service. Minus 1 star!

Unprofessional, no domino dress while working, Using earphone, no gloves, very Rude, asking the upfront payment before 11.30 & said do complaint wherever you want.

Very unprofessional and rude customer service.
When I opened the pizza at home I found it folded. I phoned for and they immediately blamed me and hung up the phone on me. It is clear from the photo that when they folded the box they also folded the pizza. When I returned to the store, the manager told me that they never make any mistakes and that it was my fault, when it is impossible for it to bend in such a way without opening the box. I do not understand that someone runs a business and does not know the value of keeping a customer, especially when it is a clear mistake on their part and on a 7 dollar pizza.someone should teach them how much does it cost to bring a customer back rather than keep it.

Worst customer service ever pizza came with no sauce or Jalapenos and garlic bread was frozen.save your money don’t waste it on rude staff

This store is the worst I have ever had to deal with on the phone. My daughter ordered a pizza wanting it delivered and there was confusion on the location, when I called the store to clarify the drop off location I was greeted with utter rudeness and disrespect. I love and enjoy dominos pizza and often get from Joondalup store however I do not recommend anyone to order from this store. Domino’s if you are reading these reviews do something about it…. This store is not worth the one star

Worst service ever. No heigene. I would not go back there again. Ordered 80 pizzas 2 days prior to pick up date but not on time. They don't even mark up what pizza it is on the box.

Has to be the worse dominos pizza I have had ordered from in my life pizza was flat like a pancake and had not much cheese or source and tasted like plastic when I informed the shop she said she can not do nothing about it and was really rude. Think this was there manger really unprofessional. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I ordered food on the app said it would take around 30 minutes, an hour later it still wasn't here and the tracking said it had arrived. I called about 10 times and i was hung up on. When they finally picked up my call apparently the tracking was down, and the delivery driver had arrived at the same time. They had forgot my drink and said they will take about 20 minutes to get it.
