Domino's Pizza Kelmscott

Staff was very nice and food preparation was very quick. Pizzas were cut superbly and I will come back soon.

Other then some mishaps like dropping my pizza as they were bringing it to me and some weird price charges its been pretty consistent and the pizza is good

Disgusting.found meat in vegetarian pizzas. Big deal for us. Don't know what else they have been doing.shame on Dominos & owner of the store.

Disgusting! The guy used bare hands in transfering our chips to the box! Unacceptable!

There was a poster on store asking to respect the staff but they do not respect our food!

Pizza's were made quickly and staff were friendly but the two pizzas we ordered had half the peri peri chicken ingredients on the meat lovers. Still edible just confusing.

So disappointed in them, we ordered the new pizza with 2 sides deal, they only gave us 2 nuggets and no dipping sauce with curros.

Your delivery guy was so kind and delivered our pizza fast enough for us to feast! Amazing service truly, i think his name was ju or gu? Im not too sure but amazing service

I've never experienced such bad manners as I did tonight from the girl on the phone. She wasn't helpful at the start, I eventually got the order through. Then I had to ring her up to confirm something about the order, then I said thanks very much and the phone hung up with no reply from her.

Terrible customer service, the tracking doesn't work. They dispatch he order before it has left the store and I've been waiting by the roadside for 25 minutes past the delivery time. Lift your game

Foods decent, but I have nearly gotten food poisoning from this place on multiple occasions from undercooked chicken

Whoever is preparing the Pizza's at Domino's tonight is doing an Awesome job. Plenty of toppings and A1 presentation. Also delivered piping hot just the way it should be.

The best pizza I have ever eaten in my life. Staff were also very friendly and professional. 10 out of 10, would recommend

I picked up a large pizza order and was ready 5 minutes before it was predicted on the app! The staff were so friendly and offered to help bring them to my car which I happily agreed with. Great experience:)

Absolutely disgusted. Sitting here and hour and half now waiting, only to find out after we had to call, that they now all of sudden no longer deliver to our suburb, when they had no issues before.
They were very very quick to take our order and money online, no phone call or anything! So not even told!
Have to wait 5-10 days as they said to “hopefully” get our money back.
If I could leave no stars I would, as this is beyond pathetic.

Put up with this shop for years mucking up orders. Late deliveries. Cold food and now they stop delivering to our area cause it's too far. No staff. Well how about paying more that 4 dollars an hour

Pizzas are just ok definately nothing special.
Toppings are sufficent however some toppings were missing
Sizing is poor for the price
I won't ever return

They are the most inexperienced, rude, unreliable, business in have ever met.

Used to use them to deliver, but they were just getting slower and slower. Just ignore the expected delivery time because it’s going to be over an hour after that and cold, and when you ring to complain they won’t care at all. Swapped to pickup and again, ignore the time given on their website. Wait 15 mins past that only for the girl serving to say it’s not ready. Check.line up again showing the screen saying it’s ready and get a pathetic well it’s not ready.honestly not sure if the management or ownership has changed but will be our last order. Absolutely useless

I ordered and paid for 3 pizzas and sides at around 9: 30 last night, but nothing was delivered. I've been trying to call the store so I can get my money back l, but after an hour of calling no answer, service is disgraceful genuinely disappointed never had problems like this before.
