Domino's Pizza Karratha

Paid for but no food. Tried every way to contact but nothing. Absolutely infuriating! Terrible service

Spent 99 dollars and they forgot our drink rang back after they said they would go get it and they said they would deliver on their next delivery which buy then we have finished our pizza not impressed

I've tried Domino's Karratha a few times over the years and it's never been great. However, I've tried again recently and the pizza is fantastic!

The store is full of staff, pizzas are made quick and there's not a long wait for them to come out of the oven. Definitely on par with other joints around town.

Very poor service. Restaurant calls and tell that they can’t deliver after putting an online order.

Ordered a pizza. Was delayed probably 3 times then never got it. Just took my money and closed shop. Honestly so disappointed

Asked for a supreme with the lot. Got meat lover with anchovies. So wrong don’t waste ya money.

An absolutely disrespectful show of professionalism and management. It doesn't take a lot to be a kind and commited worker at a place such as this, and to berate, insult, and swear at a customer who has already paid for a meal is abhorrent.

Placed an order online, hour and a half later called to store to find out why it had not been delivered and was told they decided not to do any delivery’s tonight but didn’t think to call and let me know that they had cancelled my order.

I have lived her for 18 months and this was seriously the worst dining experience ever 25 dollars after surcharge for a dry and very tasteless pizza. 10 chicken wings with a sauce that barely covered. For the 40 dollars I paid I would have been better eating baked beans

Don't upset Barry he'll hang up on you. They must be really busy if they can just hang up on customers cos they're having a bad day, goodbye Karratha Domino's, easily the worst of the dozens I've used all over Australia

$17 dollars for a pepperoni pizza that they advertise for $5 on TV.

False advertising

I have never paid so much for 2 pizzas$45.50 only $7 to $8 in other states. Will only be caught once never again.

My friend in town ordered a pizza for delivery at 8 and it's been over an hour and no word yet, nobody answering the telephone at all. My friend is storving and his belly is urting, he cannot get on the beers or even play the game borx until he's had had his nummy pizza this is ridiculous

Apparently they don't do deliveries on side orders but this was never communicated to me as I ordered online. My payment went through, i waited for 1 hr before calling. Then when i finally got through on the phone, I got told that they didn't deliver on side orders so my order was never made. Very poor service & communication.

We have never had a bad experience at this particular establishment until the 17/5/22. We placed an order a little after 2: 00pm in the afternoon (as we’ve done previously in the past with no dramas) for the delivery of 4 pizzas (yep! Only 4) for a 6pm kid’s party, plenty enough time one would think, to prep, cook & deliver on time (even with minimal staff! … (now I’m not 100% sure how it works with requesting an early order Domino’s, but one would think that if an Early Order was requested and accepted you would get it On Time but no!) We received a message a little after 6: 30 saying our order will be delayed for the next 1/2 hour to an hour due to staff shortage and our order was just being prepared (I mean what the absolute *#%! * Domino’s!) WHY ACCEPT AN EARLY ORDER when you literally cannot deliver. So plan B to feed a hoard of hungry kids, thanks D’s! …idiots!
Eventually our order arrived after an unpleasant phone call made to this establishment just to have the delivery driver say
‘I had you guys down as my last drop off and by the way that’ll be $99 for 4 pizzas thank you’…
you know what %”#*! U…. The work crew on that afternoon pretty #%* poor effort to say the least. Don’t rate you at all. Please don’t count that 1 star given…Not impressed.

Tried to call for over 30 minutes with not a single answer on the phone, my order was wrong and I was trying to see if it could be fixed but couldn’t even get the people in the store to answer the phone

Useless, cancelled my order, don't even want to talk to me on the phone, hanging up straight away.

Only gave a star so i could review. 2 large pizzas, garlic bread and drink for 78 bucks? You're dreaming.

Muzza is best employee. Give him a raise! He made me want to experience dominos pizza Karratha again.

Pizza was ok service ordinary
Price shown on menu is not the price you pay. When I questioned the more then $2.00 difference got a reply that the menu price is wrong so pay the extra. Refused to sell at advertised price. Ok it's only $2 but it adds up over a few pizzas and it's false or advertising. Won't be back. The pizza was ordinary at best
