Domino's Pizza Joondalup

Always happy to see how the food is being made and it is fun to try and guess when they are making yours. You've gotta love the cheeky dominos every now and then.

Omg just got charged $64.00 for 4 little pizzas delivered what a rip off!
Never again.

Hey, today I ordered one spicey peppy paneer pizza at dominos joondalup, and while eating I saw ham in my pizza. How one can add non veg items in veg pizza? As I am also working in dominos, I know that dominos is not giving surity for providing 100% veg. But in store person should be aware while making pizza that which topping should be added and which should not be. Really disappointed and will never eat any type of pizza in future. I am rating dominos joondalup as 0.

We recently used Dominos Joondalup for our schools pizza day, it was a fantastic & easy experience. All staff were friendly and willing to assist. Thank you for making it a great lunch for over 500 students!

I did an online order. Pizza was ready at the time it was meant to be.
Piizza crust was very thin.
Melted cheese just slide off each piece along with most of the ingredients on my Hawaiian. I mostly ended up with a mouth full of tomatoe paste on crust
Yuk.
I was the only order they had, so I don't know why it wasn't up to scratch

The manager of the Joondalup store that was working the tonight 645pm shift was unable to process a eft debit card over the phone and unable to bring and eftpos machine out for the delivery. Only having 2 payments methods available to your customers is not good if the card digits wont work we should be able to tap your card or insert it like Dominos always had in the past, the manager also told me that this was not his problem, whos problem is it then if your going to lose a customer due to not being able to accommodate a simple payment method? 0 stars from me if it would let me the Manager is rude and ignorant and is not interested at all in hearing customer complaints or concerns/feedback at all says he just works there and its not his problem but hello your the Manager

Very disappointed this evening
Placed my order 2 hours in advance to be collected at 9.00pm
I was 5 minutes late arriving for my food.
Guy behind counter for my order and stated my colleague made you garlic bread instead of cheesy garlic bread is that ok
I asked how long it would take do do me cheesy garlic bread and he said 7 minutes.
My point is they do a quality check before you get your food so obviously saw that the order was wrong.
If they had corrected the order at that time I would not have been writing a bad review.
Also one of the pizzas had a big bit of bacon fat on it and we had not ordered bacon on any of the pizzas.
I couldn't finish my pizza after that

I only order from this branch now because even though beldon is closer, these guys never mess up my pizza

Pizzas are now tiny. Large are actually a small. Domino's has gone down hill big time. Absolute rip off.

Worst pizza I've ever seen
Extra topping missing even though paid for. Also no cheese on the pizza! How can you forget to put cheese on a pizza?

Do not ever order form Domino’s Wanneroo. Left order at front door after being 30 mins late didn’t knock for payment, obviously went cold sitting outside. After complaining to manager Harry he promised to remake and redeliver free of charge, after blaming driver for mistake. Then 15 mins after that delivery sends around another driver to claim payment. Which on my receipt states it’s already be paid for, another mistake by Harry and team. The. After another phone call with Harry to complain of his incompetence he try’s to state I’m doing this all for a free meal. What an absolute nightmare and joke. Never ordering from domino’s pizza again. Disgusting management

Are you for real? Cheesy garlic bread was burnt on the bottom, no mushrooms on the bacon and chicken pizza which I paid extra for, hawain has pineapple only on half of the slices. You'd expect better when paying almost $60 for an order.

And what the heck is up with the delivery "guy"? Came here with his music pumping, got out and his appearance was terrible with chains hanging off of his shoes and painted nails. Regret tipping the driver when I placed the order from the app.

Usually like Domino's pizza, but tonight's Supreme plus was drowned in sauce. Worst pizza ever unfortunately.

They accidentally forgot my topping sauce twice I think bc it was during rush hour, I LOVE the topping sauce so I always leave a note when I order online reminding them not to forget, even though I know they read it and sigh because customers are annoying HAHA. Despite my annoyingness, they still too the time to leave a lil note on my box letting me know they didn't forget this time and to enjoy my order. So cute. They will also trek all the way back to Joondalup from my house in Tapping if an item is accidentally left behind, which is SO NICE. Tysm guys <3

I wish people in these reviews (especially those who have never worked customer service) would understand that mistakes are normal and unintentional. These guys will try their best to fix any mistakes they make and it shows!:)

Restaurant was pretty piggy. 1 poor staff person smashing out pizza. Drinks that were Kimberly cold at best

Pizza that is. Dominos quality.

Dominos is to Pizza like what McDonalds is to burgers. 3 stars because it was warm at collection.

The order was late, was wrong and had to wait again for two pizzas to be corrected and then the godfather was pathetic. Hardly any toppings, uneven and not very warm by the time it got home.

It’s always the same they can’t just make a single order right I don’t know it’s me only or does this happens with every single customer. I Never got my delivery on time and this time if I got it in half hr than now the pizza looks horrible so many patches are even not filled it’s just the pizza sauce I can see. I wish there was some other option in Joondalup as in one more dominoz bcoz honestly this one is just disgusting in completing customer needs or for what they are paying for!
