Domino's Pizza Byford reviews
19Recently had meals arrive late and not the whole order delivered i.e missing garlic bread. Dissapointed as they used to be a reliable option.
Always take more than one hour for delivery.lately pizza had hardly any cheese on and is cold and soggy. No wonder their shares are at all times low. You just lost a customer for life.sad.
A well decorated restaurant with good seating and plenty of space. Rarely busy, great service.
Friendly staff and hot pizza, in a prime location. Lots of nearby parking and easy accessibility.
When I was served, the girl was great I got a massive discount because they had sent me to the wrong store. LOL
I took a bite our of my cheese and barbecue pizza and the barbecue sauce squirted Into my cooch it made me queef
Just picked up 2 Pizza's From Byford.
Both cold, had to wait on hold to get 2 more made and delivered.
They said they will be delivered when they can
Family not happy
We ordered 2 large Pizzas, a Garlic Bread and a 1.25l drink using one of the promo codes on the website and were slugged a public holiday surcharge: fair enough. What we got were 2 of the most bland cardboard pizzas I have ever had the misfortune to taste. We would’ve been better of with something out of the freezer isle at IGA.
** Update 07/01/2022 **
We ordered Dominoes again, as my Wife was feeling like Pizza and a Movie.
The order sat at “Ready in Store” for close to 30 minutes, and we finally received our order the Hawaiian looks like it had been frisbeed into the box. Pizza was Cold, bland and dry…
Will never order from Dominoes Byford again.
I was with a friend and we ordered 4 large pizzas. They turned out being the size of minis, and they were not cut properly. The toppings were sloppy, and we had to wait an hour for our food. Usually when I get them on my own (extra large) they are usually pretty good. I’m not sure what went wrong with these ones though.
Don't know who was cooking tonight, but we got delivery and the pizzas arrived looking like something out of a commercial and tasting even better. They chucked our spring onions on after it had been through the oven which was awesome, kept them nice and fresh and crunchy. Best Domino's I've had ever for sure. Should of taken a photo, but the pizzas have since been demolished.
Placed an online order and paid via PayPal.
15 mins after the online delivery tracker said the order was delivered, we called the store to follow up. We were told it was only a few minutes away. 35 minutes later we called again and they couldn’t tell me where the order was and wouldn’t sort the issue out.
I have ordered dominos a few times online or over the phone and I'm yet to get it delivered on the time I request it for. Not only do you deliver it late but once I finally receive the pizza's they are really poor very little sauce and topping's its mainly all pizza dough very dissappointing to say the least. I also always tell them I'm paying by card and twice they have come out without the efptos machine and they have had to call the store just for me to pay very unprofessional.
Order pizza’s for the family and get the wrong pizza’s delivered so call to sort it out. They say they will get the right pizza delivered and it will take 25min but they will throw in a complimentary garlic bread. 40min later I call to ask where the pizza is and they can’t tell me. It eventually gets delivered ice cold with no complimentary garlic bread!
Ordered tonight, missing part of my order, incorrect drink delivered. Was not offered to bring the rest of the order back.
They forgot half my order and when I called them up they said they would deliver it asap no one showed up! Please check everything's there before they leave.
Customer service and quickness of food was great. Pizza presentation was however quite 'sloppy'
Stood there for a few minutes, two of the staff were busy cleaning but saw me and just looked away. Another staff walked past and turned around after I said excuse me.
Their pizzas are some of the best i've ever had and the staff provide some of the best customer service around.however, and i'd hazard a guess and say maybe they get complacent every now and then, they are also prone to putting not a lot of toppings where said toppings were specifically ordered in a customised pizza.but after talking to them over the phone, they graciously accepted and rectified that.
I ordered my pizza at 6pm
Was told it would be ready at 6: 18pm
I was fine with that what I was not fine with was for the fact me and my partner were made to wait till almost 7
And then got told once we asked them if are pizza was ready that it had been made about 5-10 minutes ago and are name wasn’t even called out at all, we didn’t even get an apology, I get that they are people are they can only go a certain speed but people who had ordered more pizzas or ordered after us had gotten theirs before our pizza
Normally Dominos byford are just above mediocre. This evening they plummeted below that dismal standard. Ordering pizza on the way home so it could be deliver just after we settled ourselves seemed like a time saving way to do it- plus it meant the little mouths waiting to be fed we’re happy. The pizzas were set to arrive at 7: 36. Close to this time, the time changed to 7: 56. Confused, the store was called and we discussed what was happening, with them telling us it would be easier if we picked it up After telling them that this would not be convenient for us they told us that it was coming out of the oven and should be there in 10 minutes. Sure enough 7 minutes later the gps tracker told us that the delivery driver was on his way. After watching this driver go in circles for ten minutes I set out in my car to see if I could intercept him and see what was going on. Not long after I set off, my passenger got a call saying the driver had disappeared off the gps. Now, more annoyed than confused - I decided to just drive to dominos myself. I was met with more confusion in store as no one knew what was going on. And there is seemingly no connection between the instore workers and the delivery drivers. We eventually got our pizzas made following another 15 minute in store wait. Now an entire hour and a half after the initial order we can go feed hungry family. And even after all of this the pizzas are once again, less than mediocre
