They insist it's a LARGE PIZZA. The promos in this store it's a joke and a scam. My last order in this store.the BEST and faster way to lose customers, good there.

Pd. They take a personal pizzas dough and cut them into 8 slices, and pretend they are large pizzas.anddd they change for a EXTRA Large pizza box. A joke.

1. Rude manager (assuming he was, he was a smug man in a leather jacket)
2. Gave us the wrong pizza
3. 'ran out of garlic bread' and tried to substitute it for those garbage lava cakes
4. Stiffed us on the refund we asked for when we refused the lava cakes
5. Took our receipt
6. Guy running the register had airpods in the whole time

Terrible service. The delivery time was 30 minutes but it cancelled after 1.5 hours and didn't get the money back.
They did not pay the money back.

Get it together. If you forget to input an order that the customer has clearly told you and only realised 10 minutes after the fact, common decency dictates to let the customer know and apologize. But to then ask what pizza I've ordered after 10 minutes of my life, and then to wait another 15 to actually make it, AND to say absolutely nothing about it like it never happened is a joke. Bad form

Driver delivered to a totally different house to what was on the order, order of two pizzas and sides totalling $53.00. Called the store, first call they hung up. Second call they said “it’s on the way”. Third call (15 minutes later) “sorry there’s nothing we can do we are busy”. Fourth call “it’s in the oven and it’ll be delivered” and pizzas finally came with a combined 6 pieces of topping. From previous orders, if they forget items they only provide store credits (if you call them) redeemable in store only even if you order online. They “keep record” of this using your phone number however with this happening multiple times I still have no credits against my number. Truly disappointing customer service and all round badly run business.

Very friendly and helpful staff, pizza was cooked on time and ready for a quick pickup. In and out within 45 seconds. Can't ask for much more. Thanks guys!

Beware! Missing ingredients from my supreme pizza. Please check your pizza before leaving the store! Poor service quality from the store manager, he asked me to return to the store with the pizza in order to give me another one? ! I've also checked in for car delivery service yet no one came and I had to go into the store and saw my pizza was already there for 10 minutes. Disappointing.

Nice convenient location. Store feels clean and efficiently run. I have ordered pizzas from this store for about 7 times in the last 4months after moving in the area and I never had to wait for too long after ordering online and pickup in store. Quality and quantity feels reasonable. They mostly have some sort of specials going on as well, which helps. Domino's have a couple of pizzas on menu with Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese), which is a nice variety from the usual pizzas you can find everywhere else. For this store, parking is usually available and is right outside the store, so it's convenient.

Had an awful experience with Bentley Dominos. Awful taste to the pizzas I ordered, called to let them know that there is an awful taste to the pizzas, and the olives they’d put on my pizza had turned. Rude manager, left on hold and tried to use his customer service representative to try and get rid of me.
Out of a $50 order, only the garlic bread was edible.
Very frustrating experience, and foul food!

They cook it fast and better than Ascot, but they dont actually cute the pizzas, just press lines into them, which makes it hard and messy to share at home. Please sharpen cutter!

I order vegetarian pizza with chicken and paid $3 extra for chicken and I couldn’t even find chicken on pizza this is second time happened never gonna order again from domino’s

Dominos Bentley charged me for a pizza on 7 June 2022 and didn't deliver the pizza, then refused to provide a refund.

I spoke to the store manager the next day who said he didn't have to refund the money until he spoke to the driver who was not working at that point in time and he was following company policy. Additionally, the manager mentioned a refund would need to be done through their head office and take ten (10) days for the refund to be processed.

When I asked for the store manager to provide his response in writing, the manager refused to provide any response in writing and also refused to provide a refund at that point in time.

Clearly with a bit of common sense, the manager would know the Driver left the pizza on the doorstep of the wrong address.

So I have ordered through Uber eats an Hour ago and still no food. When I callEd they said they really busy but the pizza are there…. So it was my first time ordering Dominos to deliver and from this moment. I will not ever buy or support Doninos Bentley!

I placed an order on Ubereats today. Driver delivered only 1 buffalo wings and missed the other pack. I called and they said they would deliver in 15mins. Again after 45mins I called they said driver knocked. Since nobody came out they then left the food outside. I mean outside where? I live in a complex with 40 villas and there are 2 coded gates. Definitely they can't enter the premises. On my instructions, I clearly mentioned to call on intercom house 4, unfortunately, I didn't receive any call. On top of that THE MANAGER WAS SO RUDE. INCOMPREHENSIBLE! He kept arguing that food was delivered to me! I kept explaining where I live nobody can enter premises. He said oh maybe driver left it at the wrong house but I'll check again with the driver. That was another 45mins wait. He was so rude. He accused, insulted me and completely ignored whatever I was talking. He kept saying my driver said he delivered. I asked him how come you believe your driver and not your customer? What about my words? He started raising his voice and def, I would like to report this as a serious matter! Its not about the money, its about the service! You can't come home after a busy day, order food and get insulted! That's unacceptable for me! Hope someone hears me out.
