Domino's Pizza Belmont (WA)

waited an hour and didn't receive any pizza
called up support, who claimed it was delivered by hand despite the fact we chose to get it delivered in isolation.take the piss

Ordered online, had a free pizza voucher. Pepperoni, hard to go wrong. They didn't. Thin crust.

Such a bad experience, never had such food and customer service ever in eastern states. Even Victoria Park Dominos’s is great too.

Trust me. Never order from here. Most pathetic shop in Perth. Not sure at all how they are still in service. Must be a different reason for that

I order from the store 3/01/23 a couple desserts.i waited a hour and 45 mins for my food… for it not even be delivered.i called the store a explained my issue to the “manger” he was very rude, proceeded to tell me it was on its way.i waited another 30 mins for my food, called the store again told him it was me again asking the whereabouts of my food he said that he was closing up the store and couldn’t talk then hung up.i called back immediately for my call to be hung up on again… once i got ahold of him i asked for a refund as it was late i didn’t want cold food, told me if he refunded in 1-2 business days… i asked for his name so if i didn’t get my refund i could speak to him again, he then refused to tell me his name.well it’s now the 10th i haven’t received my refunded and i’m pissed… that’s what i get for ordering in belmont i guess i worked in retail and hospitality and this is definitely not how you treat customers.

Of late this place has been quite unprofessional in it's approach. They drop your stuff accidentally and then say u should wait for another 15 minutes before I can give that to you. No apologies, no compensation, poor customer service and I don't care attitude doesn't work in the king term.

Rude customer service was very aggressive when I rang and asked where my order was and then they said I couldn’t get my pizza unless I paid on the phone I only have cash and I’ve paid with cash before and they hung up on me when I was still speaking do not recommend this place

Order was over 40 minutes late. So I got a credit for Free pizza. Then the free ones a few weeks later were 40mins late again. Cold pizza once again.

Very poor service
The guy was continously on phone with his friends or family in his native language.for half an hour or more. Pizza was not even cut properly.

Just as bad as a microwaved pizza!
90% sauce and a couple pieces of mince is not a pizza.
Ingredients make a pizza not a pool of store bought ketchup and mustard. Last time ill ever try dominos

Normally I can let issues go like hardly any cheese on the cheesy garlic bread or late delivery times and the odd missing item that they bring back, but twice now I've ordered a pizza and added a topping as extra only for the topping (hollindaise sauce) to not be there. Called for replacement, 1st time it took an hour to get the replacement even though the store is max a 10min drive. Currently been waiting over an hour for this replacement and still nothing. This will be the last time I order from dominos Belmont. Manager also needs to learn customer service and your pizza chef needs to learn to read dockets.

Update: took in total an hour and 40ishmins for it to be replaced.

If you don't mind waiting over an hour and having to call to make sure your pizza is actually coming after it says it's been delivered go right ahead and use Domino's belmont.

The worst! Numerous times I've ordered at 10pm-11pm via the app or uber eats and they never rock up. It's disgusting. If you close early do something about it so long time customers aren't waiting,

Last time I ordered from dominos it didn’t show up from another store and I thought surely it would happen again but here I am… I wouldn’t waste my time with these guys. Just hope I get my $40 something back so I can spend it on a company that will care

All I can say is that I think you need someone with communication skills and manners to answer the phone next time.

Have brought pizzas from this place and had the pizza come squashed or either food missing or the whole order will be wrong completely.and the store doesn't do anything to help would not recommend ever.

Pathetic Service - I called store minimum 6 times and no answer and I ended up ordering online. I added special instructions for the pizza that never happened. Finally my phone was answered and was very rude service over the phone. Onions were not fresh, some of the slices only had cheese and sauce as you can see in picture. This wasn’t cut properly - I had video but was unable to upload it. When we called the store they were unable to make a replacement and they advised you can call tomorrow and speak to the owner. Will NEVER MEVER GO Back

Asked for a crispy duck and bacon pizza what i got was capsicum and onion with a bit of pizza for legal purposes. "Duck" wasnt crispy and no spring onion at all.
I should of just stuck to pepperoni, trying something new is always disappointing.

Guy named PRAGNESH was supposed to bring my order never showed up and order status says its delivered. Tried calling them like 9 times no one answered.

Will be sending an email to dominos; its a shame that their brand name is getting damaged by such franchisees.

Update: 11: 23 PM, Pizza got delivered (stone cold) by some other delivery guy; receipt print time is 10: 20 and app shows its delivered at 10: 38; In reality it got delivered after more than 1 hour by some other delivery guy which is a safety and health hazard. Will be reporting to health officials as well. Something is shady with this store. Receipt attached.
