Domino's Pizza Baldivis

Quality and quantity on pizza was lacking. Soft and soggy not thin and crispy. Counter staff were great.

Pizzas we ordered were delivered so fresh and well and the young gentleman that delivered our meal was sooo friendly and helpful and a beautiful smile willing to help so all stars from us here THANK YOU BEAUTIFUL SERVICE

Stopped offering the fire-breather pizza. Very disappointed. Nothing to replace it with and no stuffed crust with a small size. Nothing to do with staff or service locally, just money saving for the corporation. Dissatisfied customer

Spend $40 on delivery, gave me the wrong pizzas and they were a bit burnt but I just wanted my Hawaiian not some meaty one lol, I also received 6 chicken bites instead of ten: (I feel ripped off

We got 3 pizzas tonight, all were fantastic, toppings spread evenly.
We have being lucky that we havnt had bad ones yet from baldivis

I ordered my pizza and after getting the first pizza after an hour and half, they were cold, after calling the store they said they would send me more. After waiting another 45 mins I received my pizzas in the worst state I have ever seen anything that has ever been delivered. I was utterly appalled by this.

I used to be a big fan of Domino's Australia. Now when using the offer app. It doesn't show the code when you try and place an order it sends you in a frustrating loop. The Google play store has dozens of people saying the same thing for weeks now. So frustrating. Lost customer I used to be a fan of the brand.

Meal for 1 order turned up quickly without garlic bread, called store in hopes to have driver turn around, after 10 minutes trying to clarify our details was told we had no order. I clearly described the person, vehicle and order and again started to repeat our details it wasn't worth the effort. But $30 for a tiny pizza and can of soft drink is pretty ridiculous.

There I was: one hungry boi just flown in from a busy week of travel. I scoured my in-brain memory logs trying to decide what I was going to put into face hole to fill the empty part of my stomach. I thought I would treat myself; I clearly deserved it and thought I would redeem all of my Good Boy Points on a few delicious slices of pizza and some much desired chicken wings. The fastest option was the well known and recognised brand: Dominoes. I chose to order.

This is where I went wrong and learnt a valuable life lesson.

The pizza was OK. Nothing special. The wings where a different story. I opened the small box they arrived in, peeled back the foil to discover a dim and demented sight: the saddest and smallest looking wings I have ever laid my eyes on. Some small, rubber-skin, barely seasoned wings. I gave them a chance and they tasted pretty awful and they where terrible quality. Not even the air-fryer could save them. They where also very over priced.

I expected better. Shame on the pizza that's hot in the box with the dots.

The pizza's I received were burnt and had not been cut. The extra toppings were not added. I contacted the store about the issue, they remade them and delivered.unfortunately I found pubic hairs in the pizza, on the slice I was about to give my 2 year old. This is absolutely disgusting
Behaivour and I will NEVER dine here again. Be wary when choosing to go here. Obviously it's a culture of get what your given or go away. Only seems to be this way now there is no other pizza competition in Baldivis. I will be contacting the health department.

Ordered online 40 minutes before pickup as previously found this store gets busy and takes a while to get though the orders. The store was busy when I got there. My pizzas and garlic bread were ready, but staff forgot to cook the other sides I had ordered, so had to wait around for them to be cooked. Staff very nicely gave me a free soft drink to apologise for the mistake. Got home and the pizzas and garlic bread were overcooked, but now only luke warm.

Food was ok

Got my order wrong and i was overcharged for my meal.

Didnt think was a hard one to get wrong.

The misses just spent $45.00 on 2 small pizzas one garlic bread 4 min garlic scoles and one salami roll it was rubbish absolutely terrible and tasteless.i don't mind spending money but this was nnot worth $15.00 was late maybe that s way so and did offer free pizza and garlic scoles but thinking a couldn't stomach other one

Placed an order online. Arrived to collect order only yo be informed that they had lost the order and had to remake it. As an apology got offered an extra garlic bread free of charge. What a joke and an insult.

Jake, you made our night! And my partner quotes "have a good enjoy" slow down:) but the pizzas got to us within 15 minutes!

We’re 2 for 2 on our Thursday night experiences with this Franchise… Last week it was a forgotten pizza on our order of 4, this week was no garlic breads with our multiple order…. Wouldn’t be a problem if it weren’t for other customers before us having items missed on their orders too. We certainly won’t be back for a 3rd. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me….

It's a bit hit and miss. Sometimes the pizzas are quiet dry and not enough sauce. Other times it's pretty good for a dominos pizza.

An hour and 40 mins to deliver 3 pizzas 5 minutes away. The managers handling of this atrocious service only further exacerbated the situation. Refusal of the smallest discount and told basically to like it or lump it. If I could give a negative score i would. No more business from us.

Hadn't been here in a while because of our last experience.
Today was different friendly service and yummy pizzas. Thanks baldivis Domino's

End product was nice but they have to look after pizza making process. I know it was very busy time but lots of cross food contamination. Specially for veg pizza please change gloves use clean Dish
