Domino's Pizza Applecross

Worst place to order.
Today’s order delayed by 1.30hrs. No call back to inform why and when we call no one picks the phone.
Will never order here again.

Domino's Applecross delivery person was about to drop my food on the floor outside my door in a busy neighbourhood, before my roommate spotted him, before my roommate spotted him. I stated to hand over the order in person. This is preposterous to say but the least, what if something were to happen to my food. Horrible person! It was done by a staff as I live close to the place. Oh plus my pieces weren't up to 50.

Ordered a spicy pepperoni pizza and was shocked at how little the ingredients were (basically just a little cheese and jalapenos seen in the photo), barely any pepperoni on it. Called the store and spoke to an extremely rude lady who was arguing with me about how there should be 8 slices of pepperoni underneath the cheese. I will not be returning to order again.

Really disappointing. The last time we ordered, we got the wrong pizza (a prawn instead of a simply cheese) and yes they did rectify so we tried again but this order took 1 hour and the pizza was not warm we had to re-heat all 3 of them. The delivery time kept getting pushed back even though it said “ready in store” over half an hour before it got here. That will be the last time we are ordering for a while now.

I was welcomed by the worker I believe her name was birdy. The manager, hayden was kind and answered all my questions about the ingredients. Ronan was a tad rowdy but looked happy. Overall good pizza and good atmosphere.

We called in at 9.00 pm on a Thursday and the store looked like it had just hosted leavers' week. The place was a mess. Most preparation or service surfaces were unclean, some with food scraps on them. There was litter on the floor in both the public and kitchen areas. Stock was stacked randomly all over the place on random shelving. We watched a delivery driver prepare food without wearing gloves. We bought only two thick shakes, which were just acceptable. There is an urgent need for somebody with seniority and experience in retail food preparation to show some leadership and teach the staff at this store how to do their jobs properly. And not via email or sms, by actually being present and helping them to get this store in proper shape. Further to the response below - we saw the delivery rider use his bare hands to pick up what looked like nuggets and place them in a box for despatch to a customer. The bench where pizza toppings are kept looked like chooks had been scratching there. A direct comparison with any Subway store will show how these should be maintained. You are correct, better supervision leads to better preparation and presentation standards. Neither was evident at the time of our visit.

Out of stock all the time! Worst domino’s around always bad don’t bother with these clowns.

Worst Dominos in Perth. Their "traditional pepperoni" had less pepperoni then the value range - ripped me off $6. Their delivery driver rocks up in a loud banged up Honda Accord - reversed in the driveway? The young girl on the phone asked me the same question 5 times. They should have paid me to buy their pizza.

Domino’s Applecross tell your drivers to stop hooning, just sitting at a restaurant across and witnessed one of your drivers accelerate harshly, intentionally causing wheelspin onto Riseley street (Honda Accord Euro with annoyingly loud exhaust) approximately 8: 17pm 17/02/2023

Supervisor Ronan is the GOAT of pizza, best employee of all time, kind and helpful and made such good pizza, filled me right up yum yum yum

Let’s address the elephant in the room, Deliver Expert Zak. Where do I even begin with this mystical being of a delivery driver. Firstly I’ll say this, his bulge was HUGE. Anyways. I ordered my typical after noon snack of 1 coleslaw, Hawaiian pizza small size hold the sauce and cheese and a Pepsi max. I ordered this to my house in roleystone but they were upset as to why I did this as it is a 45 minute drive. Deliver expert Zak immediately rang me up and said, they’re there young one, not to worry, I’ll be there shortly. He arrived at my house in NO TIME and fed it to me whilst making airplane noises because my mother and father died in a horrific house fire when I was 2 and never had a childhood.

Was very disappointed with my experience at this Dominos store. The staff were very disinterested and not very friendly. I ordered the Indi Tikka chicken pizza which had no chicken and just had onion and tomato. I also ordered the pepperoni pizza which had hardly any pepperoni on it.

Zak the best employee he is professional at what he dose and also knows what he is doing and makes the best pizza I have ever had I wish I could give more stars. Really good at driving cars and delivering pizza.and also a very polite young man

Best Dominos in Perth, generous with toppings (and never a cold oily mess!). Gluten free base is best as nice and crispy. Vouchers always avail on frugalfeeds so great value.

Orders were wrong. Terrible customer service from the staff except the manager. He was willing to help and offered refund.

Girl on the phone told me to pick up my order in 10 minutes. I arrived 15 later and they hadn’t even started making my pizzas. I ended up waiting 30 minutes. They didn’t bother to apologise either. The pizzas themselves were also undercooked: (

This is an excellent establishment. The drivers are all very professional and don't mess around at work at all.

My son's school recently held their sports carnival so the P&C organised pizza from Domino's for lunches.

I liaised with Geet (owner) to arrange this and he was so helpful. Geet was prompt on email and he sent through his mobile number to make correspondence easier. The school's original carnival date ended up changing due to the weather and Geet was fine with this and was happy to accomodate a new day.

Altogether we ordered 269 mini pizzas (variety of flavours) from Domino's Applecross and everything ran according to plan. Geet and his team told us 10: 30am pick up could be arranged and they organised all the pizzas according to toppings to make it easier for us to distribute.

Massive thanks to Domino's Applecross, we will definitely use you guys again for school catering.
