Food was poorly presented like there was no love and care put into the pizzas and for 80 bucks you would expect more

Disappointed with new items on menu toppings not as pictured.smoke pork is just bacon.say bacon.

Ordered 2 pizzas on the 50% off deal.price was $30. Got charged $42 plus one was not even on the thin crust that we ordered.

Absolute rubbish, had hair in my pizza. Will never order from here again.
Contacted dominoes, they offered store credit or a fresh pizzas. I declined as I could never eat from there again, I just wanted a refund. Told me to contact Uber as I ordered through them

Incompetent. We have had constant issues with deliveries and the quality of the food - foremost the lack of care in providing the ingredients selected, the attention to detail in our orders and additional ingredients paid for. Simple things like getting the crust selection right. I don't know how many times we've ordered classic crust and recieved thin crust for example. It's just lazy work.

Most recently, we placed an order on their website, they confirmed the order and happily charged our card. We realised we popped in the wrong address for our new house, called and we were then told that they don't actually deliver to the original address and also will not deliver to our correct address which is only 300m up the road. The staff were completely unhelpful after 5 minutes of trouble shooting and spelling it out to them, we finally just gave up, cancelled the order and went elsewhere. Then having to wait 14 days to be refunded.

I find it bizarre that you deliver to only certain streets in Dawesville, some right next to others you wont deliver to. Completely strange.

I don't understand why it is so complicated to get such simple tasks right. A complete overhaul needs to be done in staff training and IT systems.

Have never had a bad pizza from here. Staff are always great and pizzas always fresh and delicious!

We live in Erskine near where Dominos is situated. We ordered 2 pizzas, as we have done for years, and yet again, the pizza was late and it was nowhere near hot. We are sick of this when it happens. We rang and spoke to a young lady who did not give a stuff. That's it for Dominos Erskine, we will try another pizza company.

The staff on phone very friendly abd also delivery driver polite. I paid $39.45 fir two medium sized pizzas (if they are large what a joke!)

Been coming to Dominos Pizza Erskin now since February2022 had delivery’s & go into store, the girls on the desk & cooking the pizza always helpful & provide the customer service, have also been in the Mandurah store where the service was not as good in comparison.

Just did an online order and it didn't process properly after 5 mins. Recieved no email, so checked my bank and the amount for my pizza was taken out. Called the store to see if my order was recieved on their end as my money was taken only to be told online ordering was turned off because they were busy. Not happy as they are happily taking money, although they are not taking online orders. Now have to wait a few days to get my money back.

If you like your Pizza slow and cold - you have to order from here. Staff not interested either. I guess there's a reason why they have such a low review rating. You need to pick up your game, bigtime!

3 orders out of 4 in a month and you just can't get it right.
This order just picked up is supposed to have capsicum sauce as an extra. Mostly sprayed over the lid of the box on 2 and not on my pizzas.
Twice before orders were completly stuffed up got meat lovers instead of 3 of my usual ham & pineapples.
Really staff you need to pay attention to READING the orders ONLINE and making sure the sauce goes ON my pizza.
Big FAIL 3 times out of 4.
Not happy!

One Pizza was good (chicken and camenburt) the other was garlic prawn, why so soggy it looked like it had been in a sink taisted like soggy trench foot

Ordered large vegorama. 3 times requested NO mushrooms replace them with pineapple pieces, also double the vegetables (agreed to pay extra.
Got pizza home only to find it loaded with mushrooms and only regular serving of veg with a few pineapple pieces scattered on top despite my paying extra. Vowed not to return after past experience there.regret breaking my own vow!

Friendly staff member who took my order. Was completely surprised by the amount of topping that was on the pizza. There was quite a lot we all enjoyed it thoroughly. Will buy from there again

We ordered a pizza tonight. 1/2 garlic prawn & 1/2 godfather on medium crust my husband ordered in the shop. When our order was ready we had very thin crust and very little ingredients. When he brought this to the attention of the staff member he wouldn't listen was rude so my husband left. Staff need to be polite Evan if they're busy. If I'd been there we would either got another pizza or money back. Won't be going back that's for sure!

Very poor experience. Rude member of staff who apparently was too preoccupied (his words) to answer another customers question. Order was to be ready at 5: 22pm waited a further 30 minutes.

Will you EVER get your act together when we order.
When we pay for EXTRA, it means u actually put it on.
