Domino's Pizza

It was ok but the garlic bread should have being cooked a little longer it tasted doughty not crunchy pizza was a little cold!

Was served a pretty good Meatlovers pizza that I could not fault on, as other stores tend to make some pizzas really salty. There was plenty of flavour and meat. Only comment I could say was there was no dining table/option in or outside the store.

They advertise 50% off pizzas then can't deliver for over 3 hrs! What a joke! I Recommend that you Go to Pizza Hutt.

Very poor service. My order was extremely delayed and the person responded over the phone was extremely rude and unapologetic. I asked for a refund and he mentioned it’ll take one week to hit my account. Absolutely shocking customer service. Domino’s please train your staff with basic customer service and common sense. I will not be buying your food ever again.

Pizza is well made and delivery is prompt. Owner seems to care about the quality and consistency of the food (much better than other franchise locations that will remain unnamed)

A complete failure of a pizza store.

Ordered 3 pizza's, a Pepsi and a garlic bread at around 6pm for delivery. 8pm and I see that my order has finally been changed ready in store I call them to see when it will be delivery and the worker said "very soon" an additional 30 minutes later and the order still has not arrived. So my house mate go's down to pick it up just to be told that the order was actually never ready.

The only saving grace of this location is they managed to double refund my order. At least the incompetence of the staff managed get me free dinner at the Hungry Jack's next door.

Avoiding this store and go to the Pizza Hut around the corner.

This is a freaking joke! We Glgot a voucher because they were late last time (5 minutes). One free pizza! Cool! Still spend 24 AUD and the pizza's never showed up. Delivery said they were delivered, but nothing. Called the store and she told us, without any form of sympathy, that we had to wait. 45 minutes I called again. The connection was so bad I just stopped trying after a while. I want my money back.but how? There is no email or chat. Call them? Yeah, right. 24 AUD down the drain and no food.
*edit* food arrived after we fixed our own meal. 1 1/2 hour late and terrible customer service.

Merry Christmas dominos Kwinana. Thank you for following through with our order.we were called to let us know our order could not be fulfilled on boxing Day. But we told the staff that we were happy to wait and that we had been drinking. They said they could get to us in 1.5 hours.we were more than happy to wait and the pizza came extremely fresh and before the time they told us. We left a generous tip. I ordered a pizza and it too a long time to get here. Like 2hrs and they say ‘we have delivered it’ when there is literally nothing at my door. Really poor service. NEVER GETTING THEIR PIZZAS AGAIN

Tried to do an online order they won't deliver to my address for some reason and want payment upfront over the phone otherwise no pizza delivery very unfair

Absolute junk service the live tracker is not working. Ordered pizza at 6.00pm arrival says between 6.45-6.55. It's now 7.30 so I called. They said it will be another hour for delivery and when I questioned why the tracker said that time he said its not working. I asked for a refund and they would not give it to me the best they could do is cancel the order and the money is returned in 5-7 business days

We received the wrong order. We told Domino‘x and when I asked what happens to the pizzas now? Because the kids had eaten some, we were told don’t worry, they will come back to the store.
Later we received an abusive call from the manager, yelling at us for his mistake. He even said that he had to make 2 fresh pizzas! 2 out of 7, that means that they were recycled!
How disgusting!

Really enjoyed our pizza nice new shop but really gotta watch out for the cars coming out of hjs

1 hour late get my cold pizza with the wrong side wait 1.5 hours for a replacement side and they never even sent the person out, isn't that hard is it

Waiting time is a joke! Asking to pick up at 6.20pm, 7pm and still not ready. The worst Domino's pizza ever.

We are all doing it hard, SOoo when we can finally afford takeaway it would be great it people got their money's worth, JUST SAYING I'D PREFER MORE TOPPINGS, INSTEAD OF DOMINO'S PUTTING 2 TINY PIECES OF CAPSAICIN ON A PIZZA AND CALLING IT SUPREME! PLEASE

Do not go here! Thought we would try the new kwinana store as we always have fantastic pizzas at Baldivis and Success. Ordered a cheese burger pizza and it was cold, bland and tasteless with no topping sauce. It went straight in the bin with the rock hard garlic bread. After reading other reviews, Dominos should cancel there franchise, its such poor quality! Coles frozen pizza is better! Its about time these fast food outlets wake up to themselves and deliver what you pay for.

It was raw from edges and inside. I update review at link that they forward in email. But no response.

Ordered online at 8pm on sunday and called me that the oven is broken and cannot make pizza. At least give customers idea or put the shop closed online please or do something about this issues. I’ve had this more than a couple of times that my money has to be refunded and have to wait til it gets back to my account. And the worst reason is that the oven is broken. How on earth you are still open when it is the main thing to use on making pizza.

It's hit and miss. I favour thin base and the "new" base styles are just not what pizza bases should be. Has a sweeter flavour than yeasty and the thin base was more like an arnotts shape texture.it got so soggy from the toppings when it arrived that it stuck like glue to the box. We ate it with a fork (what we could pry up) as there was no other way. I haven't been back, to any domino's.
