Domino's Pizza

Just posting an honest review.
I ordered a pizza today on phone call and was given time of 16 minutes, i reached there on exact time and my pizza was even not at preparation stage. Cannot say they were short staffed.there were around 7-8 employees 3 were just touching the things and roaming around.one girl was opening a packet pf chips and she took ages to do that. There was a long queue of customers waiting for their order, who were disappointed as well with the service.the girls who were preparing pizza, no efficiency and zero speed could be seen in their work. The order requirements were not fulfilled. Ordered 2 choco lava and got one red velvet instead. Total disappointment and waste of time. Pizza slices were cut in weird size. Hope the manager notices and improves it.

Ordered the deal spend more then 35$ and get a free chips, 45 minutes later they rock up without my chips. They also had terrible service and my pizza and sides arrived in terrible condition.

The staff working tuesday night at 9: 00 were super friendly and the service was awesome. Service was quick and easy and the pizza was great!

Also the deal for 50% off pizzas is great especially on a quiet tuesday night

My grandson loves pizzas actually I liked it too
All staffs are nice and friendly atmosphere

I placed order online through menulog at 6: 30pm
And it is now 9: 10pm and still haven't received anything. I called the venue at 8pm and they said it was only 20min away, so I waited and waited and still waiting.
This place is ran unqualified people unfortunately and your reviews say it all.

The food arrived at 9: 15pm and it was terrible, cold, soggy, thrown in a box meal and a total waste of money

Pizza was very average. The pizza dough was stuck to the cardboard and it was no good. Pretty sad dinner tonight.

Ended up at midland hospital with food poisoning whilst pregnant not the best experience and do not recommend!

Worst customer service. Rude manager.
Price differences at display and counter.
Very dissatisfied. Never going back again.

Decent Domino's store, appreciated the app rework/overhaul. Would be nice if the delivery tracker worked more consistently. Only able to track my order 50% of the time. Would also like to see actual replies on customer reviews rather than a general AI response.

Don't bother ordering from this pizza bar after 9pm on a weekend. You can expect to have your food delivered at least an hour or so after it's been picked up and your food to be either burnt or cold.not hot and fresh as Domino's claim to be!

Not the best pizza I had.i rather go to hot rocks pizza in bassadean Walter road or Marco's pizza in joondanna best ii had bit out of the way or second best Basso pizza's in bassadean old Perth road but now Iv notice the toppings seams to be less or Ballajura pizza

Honestly over this place. Every single pizza I ever order from here is wrong and always badly made. How do you never check your pizzas before it gets sent out? How is no one checking these pizzas before they get cooked? Even if my pizza has 3 ingredients you still manage to miss something? Do your cooks wear blindfolds? I get such simple pizzas too so it’s honestly so pathetic how this place can’t make just one correct pizza!
Not gonna bother ordering from this place anymore.

I'm regular customer, order every week from here but i will never go back again.
Today when i picked up my order after paying i opened box and noticed there was some ingredients missing on my pizza and when i asked person in charge that this is not my pizza but is in recepie, his behaviour was very rude. Very poor customer service.if you Can't behave nicely with your customers don't come to work. But atleast put proper ingredients on it because we pay for that not for your rude behaviour.

I ordered a few pizzas and they where good, but I ordered the avocado and chicken pizza and when I got it delivered there was no avocados on it which is pretty disappointing as that's the whole reason.

It’s been great since they reopened, far better than Noranda Domino’s. Always fresh and on time. The staff are great too.

Super fast delivery, fresh, hot and delicious pizza and thank u so much dominos for bringing back puff pastry!

3 out of 3, never using Domino's Beechboro again they are hopeless there. 3 times they got the orders incorrect. They just make you wait while the other 5 pizza's get cold. Tonight i told them off and got my money back. I will be driving to Malaga from now on.

Quality of food is inconsistent, usually its not great. However the food can be great if Shaun makes it. Shaun makes the best pizza out of everybody there, I hope management give him some reward, he really carrying the store right now. Shaun set the standard of quality so high, never had a Domino's pizza so good. I will only order from here again in hopes that Shaun is cooking.
