Domino's Pizza

The pizza is made terribly. We bought a supreme pizza which is meant to have Pepperoni on it and when we took it back because it didn't have a topping we had asked for they said the pepperoni is under the sauce. I pulled the pizza apart and there is no pepperoni. Clearly trying to cut corners to save money and making people pay for something that isn't there. Has to be the worst Domino's in the country. DO NOT USE THIS DOMINOS

They originally sent out a pizza with the incorrect crust but went to the effort to remake it and have it re-delivered at no extra cost to me. Amazing service that I wish more places would do

Delivered a pizza with the incorrect base along with missed order notes as to what was ordered.have had similar problems like this in the past with this same store and will no longer ordering from this store again. Is it seriously that hard to have someone read from a docket as to what to put on a pizza and have a driver deliver it to you in a timely fashion? If you are going to employ kids to cook and deliver your products, can you at least make sure they are literate and have a basic comprehension as to what to do? But hey, if you want to run your franchise into the ground and alienate your customer base then be my guest, ill just take my money elsewhere and watch from the sidelines as you go bankrupt and watch your world burn around you.

I ordered 4 large pizzas over the phone for me and my sister and dad and after ordering over the phone the person on the phone told me to be ready with payment when the driver gets there with 56$ the driver first of all drove to the wrong address and then when he got to our house after 40 minute wait he charged me 89 dollars for which I got told the order was going to be 56 the driver called the manager and the manger kept talking over me asking me for payment details when I was trying to question the order we finally gave in and paid the 89 dollars went inside and the pizzas we Recived are not what a large pizza should be 2 pizza are equal to what one pizza should be

Hate's working for a living, but find's parasitic conduct as a solution to good customer service.
If a business is closed due to illeged renovation's, then why is the customer held accountable for their lack of communication and denied the opportunity to be served.

Very underwhelming experience. The delivery was perfect and didn't take long but the standard of food was not what I have come to expect from dominos. Everything was soft and spongey & you couldn't tell the difference between a BBQ and a tomato base. I wouldn't recommend.

DON’t get “home delivery” from East Freo domino’s. The driver refused to get out of his car, “too rainy”. He parked in our neighbours driveway. I had to walk 30m up our driveway, across the neighbours lawn in the rain to get pizzas through his car window. If he’d driven down our driveway it is 2m to our door.

Ordered an hour ago at 7pm for a delivery so I rang the store at 7: 45pm and asked a worker how long and she informed me it would be another 25 minutes despite the fact we live approx 7 minutes away… which is a bit of a let down but I asked to speak to a manager who then apologised and offered a free garlic bread to compensate for the stuff around… at least he tried but upon looking at the tracker as I write this it is only just been put in the oven at 7: 50pm. I’m Not impressed and will not be a returning customer!

Order confirmation email at 7: 56pm.

Estimated delivery time according to app: 8: 48-8: 58pm. That’s fine, it’s a Friday night. No worries.

9: 20pm - I call the East Fremantle store enquiring as to the location of order.

“That’s going to be another hour? ”

I responded “Really, another hour? It said between an 8: 48-8: 58pm estimated arrival. “

Her response: “I don’t know who told you that. ”

Well.the app did. The singular channel of information available to a customer after ordering a pizza, told me that.

I ordered 2 pizzas on Monday and was charged for 3! $$52 for a Hawaiian and Pepperoni? I have emailed them to no response?

Waited in store for 37 mins as they did not put my order through together pizzas by this time are cold and chicken was burnt.

I don't know why but the pizzas here were the best about a year ago

However now they are average at best.

We waited 50 mins for our pizza and then our delivery driver dropped our food at the end of the entire street and tried to make us walk down to her to get it in the pouring rain. Also made my partner wait in the middle of the road in the rain while she drove around the block a few times and then also tried to say we didn’t order some of the things we did and then magically found them once we said we were missing stuff. This place is usually really good with their delivery service so not sure why it wasn’t tonight ‍️

My first experience with this place was terrible they delivered it to the wrong place and told us to go get it from there and we went and they didn’t even diliver it to there and told us to drive to the shop and they will make it again but we had to pay again. So a couple months later we go get some our self and they made it pretty much perfect but I don’t consider any feather buyers using delivery

This was always the best Domino’s in my area pizzas where always perfect and consistent in every detail, always the same, I walked in recently the owners have changed I purchased 2 pizzas what a mess they where toppings uneven tasted terrible and the sloppy also the way they were cut was disgraceful! Some slices 3 inches wide others 6! Nice friendly people but pizzas is not there best choice of buisiness, store/counter windows where filthy definitely would not return! 1 Star was only for there friendly service but everything else was extremely disappointing, I hate when businesses change ownerships! Dominos need to monitor this franchise!

Horrible pizzas look like there made many days ago. No fresh. They change chefs. You can notice the difference of the taste (flavour) Before you buy fresh pizza now also the doug taste so bad.

So stingy. There was no cheese on my “cheesy” garlic bread and also no tomato on my margarita. I want to go Karen on them but I can’t be bothered.

Very pooooor service! I was standing there and all SHE did was look at me. No greeting or whatsoever. Then just asked what do I want? Where is the basic service here? No smile at all. Not happy with what you’re doing, then stop doing it. Bad for the business.

I would not recommend ordering from these people if you dont want your order potentially messed with by the driver on the way to your home. The driver drove all around the suburb, stopped for about 8 minutes outside some shops (so I knew it wasnt a delivery) and then finally drove all the way back. God knows what they were doing and I dont want to know. I dont know FOR SURE but why drive ALL THE WAY ROUND the suburb before finally coming back up I have no idea. When they fi nally dropped it off they didnt even let me know it was delivered. I went down to see if it was delivered but if i hadnt id be still waiting. Dominos has sunk so much over the past 2 years. These drivers are losing business for the restaurants that employ them. I wont be making the mistake of ordering from them again. Thank you for reminding me of what it is like ordering from theses types of cheap, fast food chains and the non stop issues you get with them.
