Domino's Pizza

The lot pizza was nice, but the Cheesy loaded fries missing 2 ingredients. No seasoning and no spring onion. Just unseasoned chips with a drizzle of cheesy sauce

Got delivery. 3 my boxes 2x with churros all burnt and no sauce in them. Pizza crusts burnt and chicken bites dry. Only garlic bread was good. Very disappointing for $57 not worth it

This was the first time I’d been to this dominoes in 10 years. I ordered online and went to pick up my order. The young girl at the counter couldn’t find my order, said It was out the back, but was sure it was ready. I waited for maybe 10mins. Then a young man asked me for my details and what pizzas I ordered and determined that my order had been left on the warmer without a receipt and so was dispatched by a delivery driver. He offered to make another one at no charge, so I waited another 15-20mins and then the same thing happened, they lost my order! I gave up after that and left without any pizza. The young man gave me a few garlic bread and some vouchers for pizza. I overheard the man in-front of me being told his order was made wrong so they had to remake his. It just seemed like a clown show in there and I felt sorry for the young staff who were clearly stressed and poorly trained. I’ve had dominoes all over Australia, I’ve never before had this level of service.

I couldn’t write another review so I edited this one. I just picked up my order. It was a simple pickup, they found my order straight away. The pizza was perfect. My uncle remarked that it was the best supreme he’s ever had, and he’s been eating dominoes for many years. Plus, I just used the vouchers from last time so this order was free. I think last time you were just having an off night. Thank you Domino’s for restoring my faith in pizza…

First time I'd had pizza in yrs. The crust was all burnt, the toppings were virtually non existent and the chicken balls were over cooked and dry. The best part if the meal was the garlic bread. Would I buy again, definitely not

Really disgusting. Found acrylic finger nail on the pizza. Don't use this outlet. Ruined our Saturday dinner time. Called Manager and he offered another pizza. Never get pizza from armadale.

Waited 4 hrs for my pizza to be delivered totally disgusted with service kids had already gone to bed. Ordered at 635 pizza came at 10.15pm

I am pure vegetarian, I don’t even eat egg I requested them to use fresh pair of gloves and cut my pizza with clean blade, 1st pizza was missing half the toppings and the 2nd pizza had beef on it, when went to approach the staff about it, they said we can’t garentee no meet and they admitted that there is cross contamination arround the store, worst ever experience, I will never eat pizza in dominoz.

So we had a little mis communication over the delivery of the pizza Luke from the store made a special request to ensure we had what we wanted plus more due to the communication dilemma …. Amazing response and delivery was so quick thanks guy’s appreciated

Had to wait for a pickup, which they forgot to make. As there was other people waiting inside the restaurant, I was waiting outside. They made the foods and left it in the counter. Only handover the food when I went inside and ask for it. Not a good customer service.

The base was not fresh, the dough haven't cut completely. I order the peri peri chicken cant see any chi ken on the pizza

Decided to get a burger pizza.it didn't arrive soggy, completely opposite.over cooked. Could say burnt.stick to your mediocre, poorly topped, over priced "pizzas" guys.even the dog turned her nose up at it, says alot. Got an apology for the lousy pizza. Blamed the staff, offered nothing in compensation.what's the business motto? Wait till someone complains, then blame the kids.

I'd give 1 star but I'm giving 2 because they gave us a 30% off voucher and garlic bread plus drink. But this store has never ever ever gotten our orders right, I ordered a camembert chicken pizza and I got something with mushrooms and pineapples but they still added the peri Peri sauce I asked for, it's like what? Haha they were quick to bring the correct pizza so thumbs up for that but Jesus Christ you guys need some new kitchen staff aye

Replacement pizzas. One was great. Other was mediocre with topping. Did receive free garlic bread and bottle of drink as compensation. They are very busy, so all is well. Alot of young people working hard, which they must be admired for their work ethic

I havent had their pizza yet. This is the review for the Honesty of their Team member who refunded me my full Money back. I recently moved to South australia and while I was getting my order placed online I had defficulty finding the right address and I somehow refreshed the page before placing order online but it ended up placing my order in WA instead of SA. The delivery man called me and I just didnt know what to do and how to get my money back but later I got a call from the store saying They will process the Rfull Refund after I told them what happend. I was Glad that they have Honest people working there who helps customers by going above and beyond.
Thank you to 2 Team member of Armadale Store on 25/05/2022 around 12.30 to 1.30 WA times.

Bought the $3 mini pizzas which for there cost was incredible value good staff no parking available at store but was street parking

Very happy as it’s anzac day and i’ve just made a order through armadale as Byford is under construction and is my local… they told me they do deliver to my address an after going on with the order they said they cannot.he spoke to his boss and he said as it’s quiet tonight we are happy to accommodate.
Very happy with the outcome and thankful they pulled through - Thanks Armadale Dominos!

2 - Missed Items from Order.
3 - Driver questioned about it, but it's Not his Problem coz he only delivers?
The manager at this place has NO idea about Customer Service.
As usual the Pizza Bases are Doughy, chewy and NOT Crisp.
The toppings are ok. But mostly No Flavour.
I don't know why I keep giving them a go

Not among the best Domino's have had in Perth. They can do better; the pizza is always dry and not properly cut, the toppings are cut in big chunks and unevenly distributed, not well presented at all.

They can really do better, after several terrible experiences, I avoided them for months, went back only last week hoping for a better management and service but the above was my experience.

Our Byford branch is apparently closed, which I didn't realise until I called to find out how far away our order was. I'm sorry, but two out of three pizzas being charcoal isn't acceptable. Thanks Domino's Armadale

I have come here today to say what OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE and PIZZA'S I have had recently from ADAM (Manager) LUKE and the TEAM from Domino's ARMADALE WA.
A few months ago I vowed I wouldn't go here again after the rude, sloppy, unprofessional Service I received. I noticed the place always looked messy and unorganised also.
I didn't go for a few months, and decided to give the place another try as I live nearby and was craving a Pizza lol.
From the moment I rang and spoke with LUKE, I was blown away by the turn around in the fantastic professional manner he had over the phone, was so friendly, polite, somebody I would want if I had a Business.
When I went to pick it up, I could see and feel the difference in the cleanliness, energy and professionalism and awesome Customer Service immediately.
I told Luke that I was so happy with his Customer Service and the Pizza was also the best I have EVER had.
I could see that the Team had changed since my last visit there.
Was soo refreshing and actually made my night.

The next time I went I spoke to ADAM on the phone, again, a professional, fantastic and awesome Customer Service experience.
Pizza again was just soo delicious.
I have now started going back there, and everytime I call, I get a fantastic professional response and awesome Pizza.
ADAM and LUKE and your Team have really lifted the place, and turned my opinion of my last visit there totally around.
To all the people who have had similar bad experiences few months ago, please try again as these guys are doing the place proud.
I also rang and told the Owner how happy I was and to get consistent, friendly, professional Customer Service is precious. Keep up the awesome work and Pizza's, Adam, Luke and Crew. Jane (Cheese, Pepperoni, Camembert Pizza lover)
