Domino's Pizza

Absolute worst customer service. Used the domino’s app to order my $50 worth of pizzas. Had the store call 15 minutes later advising they won’t deliver to my area. They advised they absolutely won’t deliver it even after I questioned why it was available on the app. They advised the refund will come through in 1-2 weeks. They won’t contact another store in the area (Kwinana) to have the order sent. They can’t offer any alternative except it being a problem with the app. No sorry. No discount deals in the future, no willingness to find an alternative. 21C was fine with shifting the blame to the app while yelling that his manager was on holidays overseas.

Not impressed with the delivery driver, he knocked on the door, I called out hold on. He dropped the pizza's at the door on the mat. I am disabled and can't bend to pick the pizza's up, he only had to wait a few minutes

I have been a loyal customer of Domino's for quite some time now, but unfortunately, my recent experiences at the Rockingham branch have left me extremely disappointed. I used to order pizzas on a regular basis and never had any issues until I moved to this area.

One of the major problems I have encountered at this particular store is the scarcity of toppings on their pizzas. It seems like every time I order, the toppings are noticeably lacking. It's disheartening to receive a pizza with just a few scattered toppings, as it greatly affects the overall taste and enjoyment of the meal.

Furthermore, the quality of the pizza bases has been quite subpar. On multiple occasions, the bases have been as hard as cardboard, making it difficult to even bite into them. A pizza is only as good as its foundation, and unfortunately, these bases have been a major letdown.

Recently, I ordered two 3 meat pizzas, expecting a delicious combination of flavors. However, to my dismay, both pizzas were missing the essential pepperoni and only had a mere three pieces of Italian sausage. This lack of attention to detail and failure to provide the promised toppings was truly disappointing.

Considering these recurring issues, I am seriously contemplating whether I should continue ordering from Domino's. If the quality of their pizzas does not improve, I may have to explore other options for my pizza cravings. It's disheartening to see a once reliable and enjoyable pizza chain fall short in terms of taste and consistency.

I hope that Domino's takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving the quality of their pizzas at the Rockingham branch. As a loyal customer, I believe in giving feedback in the hopes of seeing positive changes. Until then, I may have to reconsider my choice of pizza provider.

Not happy ordered there 3 pizza deal. Partner pizza was ok but my two were wrong makes. Not happy after driving 7 hours straight nothing to eat all day and just wanted acouple of pizza's I spoke clearly to the young boy what I wanted no more Domino's or me.

I used to be a big fan of Domino's Australia. Now when using the offer app. It doesn't show the code when you try and place an order it sends you in a frustrating loop. The Google play store has dozens of people saying the same thing for weeks now. So frustrating. Lost customer I used to be a fan of the brand.

Waited 45 minutes for my order and received burnet pizza. Never again

First time we have gotten pizza here, as we don't eat it often. Great base that was light and fresh toppings. Two pizzas cooked and picked up in about 15 minutes. Will definitely come back. Ordered on cheap Tuesday. One traditional pizza and one half and half premium for $20.

Took some chicken wings but disappointed with quality. Not cooked through and soggy like it wasn't baked or fried but just boiled. Tasteless. Service was OK.

Great store lay out and pizza was good and great value as always. Only thing that could be improved is the menu availability. You get several menu suggestions on big layout but the normal menu is hard to find on the counter.

Wasn't real happy about this one. The base didn't taste the same as other Domino's. Much prefer the Meadow Springs shop.

So bad its scary how terrible this particular pizza franchise is. I have complained to Dominos head office and they do nothing about the standards expected from the paying public. This shop is damaging thr Dominos brand none of my family or friends will go the the Rockingham shop anymore. Pizza: uncooked sloppy no toppings or either burnt n dried out. Disgusting.

The driver was extremely rude. It put a very bad taste in my mouth and ruined my whole night after meeting him. Very Very Rude.

Got 3 pizzas and 2 garlic bread for $65 and thr pizza has less topping then a $5 pizza from the iga or woolies it's quite discussing

Tasty pizzas and very generous toppings. Service a little slow but this was because they were very busy and maybe a little under staffed due to deliveries

Very disappointed with our order tonight -feel I wasted nearly $50 on dinner. Three pizzas - not very hot and not very nice, Garlic Prawns very sloppy. None of the pizzas were cut properly so just a disappointment for this 86 year-old Great Grandma buying dinner for the family.

It's okay. Went with my granddaughter who wanted Domino's, she ate every bit and enjoyed it. Not my thing prefer home made.

Wow just tried ordering over the phone. The lady could not understand me. Just don't order here as it's to much of an effort to place a simple order of 2 pizzas on a thick base with drink and garlic bread to pick up. We will go somewhere else.

Pizzas made in such a rush that cheese isn’t on every piece, app says pizza is ready but when you get there it isn’t and then tonight, 2 staff had masks on their chins and another had her mask under her nose. Not good enough people, not good at all.

Forever getting all sorts of problems with these guys. Tonight I get a sloppy pizza after I called to ask them to cook my pizza a bit more than usual so the base is harder. I said “Make sure this message gets to the people that cook the pizza please”. Girl on the phone - “Yup o_O”.

Hot and fresh, only took ten minutes! And I love me a pizza with evenly spread toppings. Thanks guys.
