Domino's Pizza

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, I had a piece of glass in my mouth! I was also sharing this pizza with my two year old. Very disappointed at the staff and management. No apology just a refund and brushed off.

They hung up on me three times, so we drove there and they were going to charge us $49 for 2 x medium pizzas

Absolutely disgusting display from you lot. How dare you berate and abuse your workers. Out the front of your shop. For anything.

What a disgrace.
If you wanted to walk up and defend yourself from a customer for your pitiful actions. Be more courageous next time.

Disorganised staff and getting orders mixed up. But the pizza was okay. I know when things get busy it's easy for things to get out of hand. But a lot to improve on.

Big vouch to the manager. Due to some unfortunate events and a mistake on my behalf he went above and beyond in rectifying an order when he didn’t need too as I ordered from the wrong store. Greatly appreciated.

June 2023 Rude woman manager! No customer service skills at all! I was horrified by the product they sent, order was all wrong! Even though we didn't order pasta, may I say if you call that pasta I don't know what planet Ur living on tbh, If that was even pasta! I mean I don't know it was so burnt, trying to identify the remains was impossible and would have to be sent to the morg! Was reading a few of the reviews on here and most people are very disappointed with this store. Maybe try the one at Warwick!

Some how this Dominos has to be one of the worst and most disappointing Dominos out of all of the ones in Perth. If you’re looking for the worst pizza ever constructed, look no further than Alexander Heights Dominos

It was too late to return this order placed at 8.30 last night. Disappointed with Dominoes advertising mini pizzas with no inclination to provide a quality product. Its time advertisers were ordered to indicate the quantity of ingredients on their flyers and online webpages.

Hi, I just can’t believe it! I ordered a simply cheese pizza and it had a slice of meat in it! I’m vegetarian, like seriously this is so stupid. And also they don’t even know how to cut the pizza equally, the pizza I ordered came with a huge piece and a few other tiny pieces! What does your dom pizza checker do? Honestly, I’m disgusted! I’m never going to order from domino’s again. And when I called them they told me to come and pick up the pizza, like I’m not free! I’m very disappointed!

Never get any delivery right! And their response is when your next in the area, come and collect it?

The quality of the food is good, the staff is attentive, quick and pay close attention to detail and the service is quick!

A bit of a hit and miss. My average has gone down from about 75% to 50% for the quality of pizzas I get. I order Domino's when we have a movie and catch-up night and we always order a peri-peri chicken and a Supreme, sometimes a second Supreme and I have been consistently getting dough and lots of peri-peri sauce and little in the way of cheese, chicken or Tomatoes. This store at least gives you cooked dough (not sure if my bar is too low or high at this point). This is not my regular go to place for pizza but the other people I catch up with likes Domino's. Reliving the days when we were at uni so I guess we are paying for the experience.

I ordered two peri per chicken, pizzas and came out uncook, too much tomato sauce, about four pieces of chicken in each of them, I swear I threw one in the bin. Unhappy, I recommend Mirrabooka Domino's

Nice Staff friendly, know pizzas and will help you make your selection if you dpnt know what to buy for a large family or one. So nice, there pizzas are the best in perth hands down. Manager is a good bloke fast and they deliver or pick up in store

Ordered a pizza for delivery and it’s over 40 minutes late. Tried calling multiple times but answering machine is full and won’t ring through.

Shamefull. Sent partner to pick up 3 pizza and 3sides.but when they brought out to carpark. They forgot sides. Rang up for sides, went back to pick up. Pizzas not hot, no voucher, no care.

This Dominos store went the extra mile in helping me cater for several events. They were very responsive, patient, flexible and accommodative to my needs. The managers at the store are awesome! Will definitely be ordering at your store again! Thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty:)
