Service is great, friendly team and food was prepared quickly with good quality, and got a free drink beldon will always be a good local

In advance, i am sorry this is long. So we called up to order a pepperoni pizza and had no luck, so I went into the store to make the order and got told 15 mins. Went to McDonald, KFC, hungry jacks, and also ran into Coles to get some other things. By the time I had done this, it was over 15 mins, and the timer had 8 mins. I then went back to my car, waited 8 mins, and came back into the store. I then asked one of the employees if I could speak to the manager at the time. She then told him I would like to speak to him. He then walked past the counter and looked at me not once but 3 times nowing I would like to ask what was taking so long for a pepperoni pizza. So I saw the pizza come out, and it sat there for 3 mins while he was getting delivery pizzas sorted. Then, I got my pizza, and it dropped onto the stainless steel bench and then put it into the box. Then, he walks over to myself and says, "What would you like to talk about. I said how I felt and only paid 5 dollars for the pizza and now band, lol. I feel sorry for the staff that work under this management, and what I have been told has a very high turnover. Will never order from this domino's again.

Very speedy delivery with my DELICIOUS food. (If you haven’t tried the pizza pasta Mac and cheese you need too). The gentleman delivering apologised because he forgot my drink, I told him don’t worry about it it’s okay and he ended up coming back 10 mins later with my drink! Very friendly and lovely service. Thank you.

Another pizza experience by this store where they clearly do not care.so many things wrong and it looked like both pizzas had been in a car crash. Terrible product. Go to a different store if you can.

Customer service person said $14.99 but deducted $15.21 when i asked she replied ohhh its card surcharge why you people deducting card surcharge. If its okay then why not other dominos deducting. If only you people charging at least let the customer before taking payment have some basic customer service manner.

Awesome pizzas, fast delivery and any issues they fix fast. Well recommend Belridge for its service and fresh pizza

Ordered new Yorker Hawaiian and chi ken and bacon.but we all under done! Not sure it actually got put through the oven?

I usually went to Padbury Dominos for my pizza needs, however after a few recent bad services; i tried Beldon instead. The service was great, got my pizza very quickly, this time there wasn't any hairs and the pizzas had toppings! Heard this place was under new management and so far can say that this is going good for them.

As for food specifics, Dutch hot cakes are one of the best desserts you can buy here. Garlic bread was amazing and the pizzas as mentioned before were good quality.
This will now be my go to Dominos

Ordered 4 large pizzas. After getting home only 2 were correct. Was short on time or would have taken them back as on 2 of pizzas got eaten. Not good enough. No excuse as they were not buy as staff were just chatting when I arrived

I should know better but my son and i had a pizza from them last knight and big mistake spent the knight on the toilet so won't be using them ever again

Made my family very crook last night I suggested if you don't like fighting for the toilet don't use them

Twice now they have been 30 minutes late for delivery. When ringing to ask where my order is staff have no telephone appreciate

and are rude. I know they are young but they shpuld be taught customwr service

Will not use again ordered online was told 20/30 minutes, 45 minutes later rang to be told driver has a lot of deliveries to make he left 20 minutes ago.refuse to pay for cold Pizza

Sometimes I love it sometimes I don't.it all depends on how it's done. But the. Crew that was on last night nailed it on every level. Usually I'm just happy if I get a good pizza. But when they get it right on every level you gotta give em some credit. Service, delivery & product good on ya's.

Really disappointed with the service and the pizzas I ordered tonight. The staff were barely keeping up with the orders coming in, so the order came out late and customer service was minimal. The main complaint was the missing base sauces of both pizzas, no tomato pizza sauce and no bbq sauce. Literally toppings on a pizza. I would have taken them back but I already drove home and we were starving.

Would never usually go out of my way to post a review but this is 4 for 4 with this store.

I have made an order for delivery and been told It would roughly be an hour so all good.

However an hour goes by and the order hasn't even been made yet, 4 times out of 4 my order has been delivered 3 hours after I have ordered, I would not recommend to anyone.

(Unless you want your pizza in three hours then all good.)

Moved into the neighbourhood recently, just got two pizzas delivered, a supreme and a one of the new fancy cheese beef ones (for the other half, forget the proper name), both thin and crispy.

Firstly I'd like to say, nothing wrong with the local store. They arrived correct (with modifications, as requested), on time, nice and hot, great work Belridge store.

But I have a problem with Dominos. Apparently a thin crust pizza now means puff pastry. I want pizza dough, not one layer of a mille feuille. Just because you have added puff pastry items to your menu doesn't mean that we are not going to notice the difference between pizza, and puff! You are a pizza shop! I expect pizza dough!

Sorry to my local store, you didn't do anything wrong, but your franchise has taken a wrong turn (in my opinion). When I order pizza, I want pizza, not crispy pastry.

Ordered pizza today and due to human error they made one pizza slightly incorrect. They re made the order and also gave the incorrect made pizza for free. Cant argue with that! THANKS
