Dôme Café - Canning Vale

Whilst always enjoying Dome every other time, there comes a time when there is a wait person who is just so disinterested in helping patrons and cleaning tables.
The man meandered around like he was existing.
He delivered to the tables perfectly fine, I did ask him to clean our table, like you couldn't see that for yourself.
Three times he delivered to the outdoor area on the one side and left without taking back three tables of dishes. In fact the whole time (about an hour) we were there on Sunday afternoon the tables stayed with dirty dishes.
Scones has a tendency to be dry so I asked at the front counter when ordering if I can have two jam and two cream, it arrived with two cream and one jam, so I asked this waiter if he could deliver me another jam, his reply was you have to pay for it, so I asked (since I had a very screachy dog with me) if he could take my atm card and bring the jam, he said no it is against policy, while I understand this, he offered no suggestions from here.
Quite disappointing Dome Canning Vale

One of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. Me and my girlfriend ordered a breaky wrap and the big breakfast. We got the breaky wrap with no fuss. My girlfriend ate her whole meal without receiving mine. I waited patiently for another 10 minutes before asking. They said someone messed up. They then came out with my meal and it was cold, to the point where it was inedible. I complained, they came and offered a free meal that we didn't even order. Felt like a bribe to keep us happy. After waiting for around an hour start to finish. I finally got my food that I ordered that was actually hot. I'm sure not all experiences are like this. But for me it was horrible. Had a family brunch here on Sunday, it was busyish but not at all packed. Unfortunately it was a 45 minute wait from order till the first plate arrived with the last plate the wrong meal.food was good as was the service.

My favourite gateaway place for a business or casual catch up. Not as noise as other joints. Friendly staff too. I love you guys. Merry Christmas, if I don't see you before then

Great food and love the free wifi. The staff are great and villing to help eg one time they agreed to answer some questions I have for an assignment about Dome.

Some is always a sage place to enjoy an easy meal. Pork sliders are excellent. Hubby had parmy, chips and salad and loved it.

Ambience is great at this place but the food is pretty doom for a Dome. Tried their recent baked egg dish and it looked really sorry in its state. More sauce than egg and cheese. I would just content with its coffee.

Absolutely appalling waited 40 mins! Drinks served straight away by the time food came no drinks left toast not even cooked food eggs cold! Wont be back!

Great ambience and family friendly hiwever today had the waffle with ice cream.the wafe eas cold and dense exactly like the ones you get from woolie and had to ask twice once for maple syrup and thrn whipped cream.didnt come with any sttawbs or any sort of garnish thay makes itnworth the $14.5 you pay. Much improvement needed.

This cafe is average by Dome standards. Coffee was served hot as requested but the accompanying scones while hot and freshly baked took 40 minutes to arrive.
The cafe was about 50% full, so I'd hate to be waiting longer if trying to co-ordinate a meal and work commitments

Dome is my go to cafe for business meetings. I’ve literally done thousands of dollars business over a cuppa. The coffee is always hot and delivered promptly.

Staff member this morning who served at counter looked like she didn't want to be there was very rude towards us.

Coffee and food though was fantastic.

Was craving for some real good scone and tried it here at Dome and didn’t disappoint. It was served warm and just the way I wanted it to be. They also offer an all day breakfast with a variety of freshly cooked meals. They have nice coffee, too. Big coffee shop conveniently located near other shops. Staff was friendly and quick to deliver our orders. They provide kids some art stuff, too.

The staff look like they don't want to be there. No smile, no semblance of good customer service. Please hire better, more suitable staff.

Food was good.

Normal Dome cafe but the service was really good. Got a table not too close to others and enjoyed a relaxing chat with friends.

It has been a very hot day but by 6.00pm it had cooled down considerably. It was extremely cold inside Dome, we were told they couldn't turn the aircon off or adjust the thermostat. Add to that a couple of entertainers who would have been better suited to a noisy tavern and we couldn't get out of there fast enough.
Way too cold and way too loud - not the ideal atmosphere to relax and enjoy a mediocre meal. We won't be rushing back any time soon.

Well i like the coffee here but the teenage lookalike face with glasses had no senses of a rude one

Had a great time there. Service was good and quick and the place is alway clean and tidy. Always love goinng there for lunch or dinner to just sitting and having a coffee.both my husband and I love having a meal there.

What's not to like? Good food, good coffee, good ambiance. Its Dome so you know what you're getting. The breakfast menu is always popular with my kids.

Steak sandwich full of gristle. Chips were covered in excess salt. Tap water was tepid. No excuse for this sort of neak
