Lovely place, come here regularly, staff are lovely, foods beautiful and good variety, and is just a lovely atmosphere.

Great staff especially CHRISSY I go there often for breakfast coffee or lunch ITSMY GO TO PLACE
great for social clubs and meetings as they have a seperate room for privacy. Lots of booths comfy chairs and bigger tables and a bit noisy outside but lovely atmosphere

Eggs not as ordered (sunny side up) the rest fair but not as good as previous brekkie.

Food was great, service was good, The young girl “Jade” making the coffees was always busy your manager should be proud how hard you work. More places needs people like yourself.

Having a lovely coffee with my mum and a young lad approached the table about sponsoring something and would not take no for an answer or go away

, what a joke spicy beans and a side of bacon, 4 beans in a Smokey sauce and 2hard poached eggs soggy toast, when we complained about the 4 beans the manager says, oh yes we know about that,! So why keep selling it then? Not at all happy with this place today

Not today Dome! One problem after another.first order everything stone cold. Their 'perfectly poached eggs were cold and hard. Sent back.another 15 minutes and the new one arrives. Eggs better, but the new 'smoky beans & eggs" made us laugh. Literally 3 baked beans! Seriously. Bread dumped into the mix so it was soggy wet. Butter like oil as it was left under the now microwaved plate of non existent beans So said just exchange for a BLT at least they are usually good here.so she comes back with a receipt and change. Count the change given! Have to laugh. As we sat down a waitress spilled water or a drink all over the floor. She walked on by and left it. Another waitress walks over it.and neither did anything. Third waiter, young man saw us watch him walk over it and then goes and gets a 'trip hazard sign.we commended him for paying attention.

Was rather busy and that made it hard to talk rather hear what the angel in the family said. Apart from that, was a really nice brunch.
Also the 2 that were late, im praying for a lifetime of permanent happiness

Worst coffee ever tasted.

I asked for skim milk. They do full cream milk.

I am hospitalised for several days due to this.

Ordered 2 hot chocolates and a biscuit, got the biscuit within 5 mins but hot chocolates still not at the table after 30 mins. We asked a waitress to follow up, we the got the drinks within 2 mins but we're cold, looks like they had been sitting waiting to be picked up by the wait staff. We complained to the manager who offered refund or coffee voucher. We advised a refund, as the manager went to talk to the cashier we overheard her saying 'some people are just ridiculous'. No wonder the experience was so bad with poor attitude of the management. Won't be back, plenty more venues to give our money to.

Waited 10 minutes plus for coffee to arrive after 5 minute wait to order. No one in front of me. I only got the coffee after I spoke to staff asking where my coffee was, it then arrived lukewarm. Got an attitude when I asked for a replacement "hot" cup.
Last time here!

I have been here many times, it was great I don't have any complain about this shop.

But yesterday suddenly the service here was really bad I don't know why.
I have ordered a roast vegetable salad with halloumi cheese and added on Avocado and eggs.
When the meal came i found out the avocado was missing and cheek peas which comes with the meal was missing either.
Then I told the floor staff to check for me.
Then it took a long time (another 15 minutes) to come back to my table as it was not busy at all at the time.

And also it has plenty used dirty dish on my table from the previous customers, that's alright for me.
But seems like the floor staff don't care about it. They let the dishes stay on the table until I finished the food still nobody cleaned it.
It was not a busy afternoon, it shouldn't happened like this, the floor staff are very free and walking around but still ignored it.
Very disappointed experience in here.

My husband and I had lunch at Gosnells Dome today. It was a very pleasant experience with friendly and helpful staff to guide our choice of meal.

I would particularly like to commend Erica and Aioife. I noticed that Erica was friendly and calm with guests and work colleagues alike. She came across as a good worker with an ability to help customers and co-workers as needed. I feel she is a definite asset to Dome.

Aioife was very friendly and competent when I made my order. She made it a pleasure to lunch at Dome.

These two ladies were unknown to me before today. I would like to thank them for an enjoyable experience. Dome is lucky to have them.

Good food if not a bit pricy. Great service and friendly staff though they do seem a bit understaffed. They are accommodating when it comes to changing out elements of your meal if required.

They seem to be very understaffed. Not one clean table, every single free table had dirty dishes on there. Floors were messy from kids being there, given the parents should be cleaning up after their own kids and not leaving the place looking feral. Left without even ordering food.

Met up here today for lunch with a family friend. We all enjoyed friendly service, delicious food, GREAT coffee and a nice, quiet atmosphere. A nice Dome restaurant, this one!

Finally a coffee shop for the souther suburbs! My Husband and I go here all the time after shopping on the weekend visiting my parents!

Coffee is good but cleanliness is lacking! Always lots of tables left untouched after customers leave. Need more staff Probably!
