Dôme Café

The Dome Cafe sits on a man-made lake that is pleasant to look at. Although the drinks seem overly-priced, the food tasted better than we expected, and the service was commendable.

Staff were very friendly and polite. Food was nice. Plenty of room although it was very busy and noisy

We had a fabulous time! Lovely cakes and delicious tea, pumpkin soup is fabulous as always. The staff were excellent! We were served by Tim and Ashley. They did a great job! Thank you, guys!

Service was amazing and fast. Thanks to the tall looking guy with glasses who served us we were so happy with service and the chefs for the amazing fresh food we had. Would recommend for lunch.

We didn't eat so can't comment on that, also we sat out side, unable to comment on atmosphere.

Good hearty, no fuss food, served pretty quickly. No complaints. Happy tummy! My partner says the carrot cake slice was the highlight. Meanwhile, I really enjoyed my green smoothie they call the "Evergreen". Good view too.

We come here a lot because we live across the road, however, we never know why I guess sometimes we a lazy so it’s convenient. The food is average at best, usually worse. Often the chips are just terrible you can’t eat them. Such a pity because of its potential and great location. Just waiting for the day someone buys it and turns it into a proper cafe.

Have to say staff and food was so good it was so busy but the staff went out of their way to find us a table which they did in a few minutes can't complain about anything food was good coffee was good will definitely be going back

Too many flies inside, and tables weren't cleaned up after people have left. Dirty tables.
But.excellent location of the beautiful council waterfall/lake.
Clean this place up please, it always looks dirty, floors, tables etc. And the air conditioning in summer is very warm and uncomfortable to sit and eat.
Room temperature in eating places is imperative. T.y.

I ordered the pancakes and was satisfied, didn't fill me up though.
A slice of the chocolate cake was more filling and delicious.

Very disappointed in the service. It took them more than 20 minutes to make 2 cappuccinos to take away. No, they were not busy. I saw the lady making the coffees doing everything (chatting with patrons, chatting with colleagues, walking somewhere) but making the actual coffees. Didn't even apologized for taking so long. I'm not giving 1 star because the coffee was decent.

Even though we only went for a coffee we always find this particular Dome really very nice. Very clean and staff very friendly.

This week we asked for a cheese and tomato tomato toastie, and it came with half a jar of mayonnaise in it - it was so gross, please stop trying to reinvent food

Everything was great including the coffee except for the bread they use the ciabatta was hard/tough.

Poor, big line to show proof of vaccine then treat you like a lier and require photo ID. Not very welcoming.

Really enjoyed Hayley's service today at Dome. The food arrived with a cheerful smile. Thanks for a delightful lunch on a beautiful day.

One of the nicest Dome cafes in the northern Suburbs. It overlooks a local park and has bifold windows that look out to the park and water features.
The staff are always friendly & efficient, service is excellent. The quality of food & coffee is always of a high standard.

First time at this Dome and what a difference to others in the area. Very nice meal. Excellent service, quick and very efficient staff. And I agree with previous comments for young staff manners were impeccable. Very clean. Tables cleaned as soon as people left. Toilets clean. Nice outlook over lake. Would highly recommend.
