50Last time we were there the food was great this time must have been different chef I sent my big breakfast back it was cold and the eggs were runny but my chai tea was beautiful
So I asked the sales assistent if there was any milk products in the Almond milk hot chocolate that I asked for (since their slushy was out of order), as I know that some powders have it, I explained that my breast fed baby has a cows milk intolerance and that she ends up in a world of pain if I eat any dairy. I was told that it was fine. I'm now nursing a screaming baby who is in extreme pain. Not coming here again, not very happy.
Went in on a Sunday and it wasn't particularly busy, orders came out at very varied times and we only got our coffee and additions to orders a good 15 minutes and multiple prompts to staff after the meals were finished. Bacon was terribly undercooked and toast was soggy and cold.
Easily the poorest experience I've had at a dome and will go to other restaurants in the future.
Only giving two stars because one staff member actually made it a priority to get our order finished when others just rolled eyes and gave the "I'll check on it" response.
Oh boy where do i start.ordered take away coffees paid for large ones was given small ones and told by manager that she gave me an extra strength of coffee.say what i paid for large and you gave me small and try and tell me you gave me extra coffee.wasnt that strong.this seems to be an excuse used daily in dome.waited 20 mins for 8 coffees takeaway didnt want to wait another 20 for her to remake large coffees. 35 dollars wasnts worth it
In my opinion the best dome in Western Australia! Comfortable. Friendly. A great place to meet friends, hold meetings, or simply sit and work.
Amazing cafe, visited earlier this morning and the service i received was outstanding. From extremely polite staff to the deluxe presentation of the breakfast meals, i highly recommend going and checking it out. The atmosphere was also very pleasing and comforting
My car locked behind me when I got out with my keys and phone still in it. Dome Cafe kindly let me use their phone to call someone to help and made me a coffee that I was allowed to pay for once my purse was rescued from my car. Thank you so much for the help and fantastic service Dome Waikiki
I left my wallet there & didnt know it. I guess they thought I'd return for it same day though when I didn't.next day they sent me a message.
Ignorance is bliss though I am so grateful to them for seeking me out. It would have taken me several weeks to replace every card in my wallet.
On reflection the bottle of NZ Sauvignon Blanc I gave as a thank you was less than they deserved for their honesty kindness & diligence. Even so, I hope they enjoyed it.

Very noisy even on the side veranda which quite hot with the sun streaming through the glass louveres. Some sort of shading needed there.
It’s a Dome as you would expect with the same great service. I find their food prices typically to be too high and their coffee very milky even when asking for an extra shot.
