The management on this morning was very rude told me to shut up and was so rude to her young staff she shouldn't be working in a place with young kids bad roll for a rude disrespect management also she spent most of her time checking her phone

When you wait half an hour for half your croissant missing and cold ham that's suppose to be toasted. Seems like something not worth complaining but the price I paid for something so simple, would have been nice to be atleast warm and the size was small enough for having the ends missing.

Everytime we come the glasses are always dirty with mouth marks from previous customers and what looks like spots of food in the bottom. We always have to ask for new glasses and whenever they replace them they are still dirty, they don’t even bother checking. It’s grotty, this is the fifth time. Go to the Rockingham dome, much cleaner and more hygienic

Enjoyed both Saturday & Sunday breakfasts here. Busy both days but food still came out in a timely manner. Like meeting up for business meetings at Dome too

First off- it was freezing inside! Don’t even know why the aircon/fans were on because it was only like 20 degrees. My brother was served room temperature coffee. My parents asked for regular cappuccinos but were served large and we assume we were charged for that aswell. I ordered the kids avocado and egg in toast but I got served the dish without an egg! Only positive thing was my squashed frog drink.

Example of the Dome coffee shop/cafe chain. Reasonably priced food from a very substantial and varied selection of offers.

Ok, so I dont really write reviews but I feel compelled to warn you. Our experience was woeful, the restaurant was 3/4 empty and our food still took 55 minutes to arrive at our table, and that was after chasing up our order twice and having the incorrect coffee order brought to our table. The staff don't clean and clear tables, we watched staff walk past used tables for the full 45 minutes we waited without clearing or cleaning. I had to ask for the cups at the drinks station to be filled just so i could have a water while i waited. When our food finally arrived and it was mediocre at best.
The management team and supervisors need to do something different to improve your teams performance. During our hour long experience we saw the staff questioned on orders, complained too about incorrect orders and they all looked really deflated which was really difficult to watch.
Dome Baldivis management please lead your team or you will not only lose your customers but you will lose your staff aswell.

Waited over half an hour for wedges. People who orders after us got and finished their food before we got one bowl of wedges. A wait like this for something so small is beyond ridiculous. Went up once and was told it was coming, nothing after ten minutes. Had to request they bring it out immediately to finally get one bowl of wedges. The food itself was fine, but I can't justify more than one star with a wait time that long. Especially since we ordered when it wasn't busy

How hard is it to put a hot coffee and breakfast on the table?
Seriously DOME is going to fail if it keeps dishing up near cold cooked breakfasts.

This is the best dome I’ve ever been to. Polite staff, quick service and delicious food. 10/10 would recommend!

Ordered a skinny cap and burnt my mouth! Scalding temp is not how I like my coffee, staff couldn’t care less when I told them.

Food was nice shocking service and all the table weren't cleaned had to clean up the dishes and move them myself

Great staff, usual good coffee and limited menu options after 5pm but the Sweet Potato Chips were great and a good place to work for 40 minutes

One of better Dome restaurants I've been to. Service is always quick and food is always of flavoursome

Usual great menu and service. Poor parking options.not even a drop off point never mind an ACROD parking spot. No side doors open making it an even farther walk for my frail 86 yr old mother then no access to the toilet for her with her walker. Won't be back unless we are all very mobile!

It was a bad services they keep me waiting for 40mins and when I followed up my order they just start making it for me. Customer service is bad too they don’t smile at you.

Such a valued part of our community. We have been lucky to go to Dome Baldivis many times over the years since it opened.
Now as always, the staff are lovely, with superb customer service at all times, the food is fresh and beautifully prepared and the Cafe and bathrooms are spotlessly clean.

My beautiful Mum and Dad loved going to the Baldivis Dome and we spent many happy family occasions there over the years. Sadly my much loved Dad died recently and it was nice to go there today have a lovely lunch and think about him.

Things are very hard for some at the moment, illness and staff shortages make for difficult times for everyone.
I'm so grateful to all of the staff at Baldivis Dome for continuing to offer such a great experience and for their kindness and hard work always.
We are luck to have such a warm and welcoming community space, much loved by the people that go there regularly.
