Dôme Café - Ellenbrook reviews
54 Absolutely discusting. Flies everywhere. Went here and got 2 coffees and a cake and ended up binning the cake as the flies were all over it. At least close the doors so customers can enjoy their food.
I wouldn't recommend here as the coffee is overpriced but the flies were a disappointment
The caesar salad is disappointing. No anchovies no boiled egg. I opted for something other
It’s my favourite cafe and the only place I’ll go to for breakfast. The atmosphere is really nice and the food is great for the price.
Would not recommend ellenbrook dome at all, food is unpresentable, they messed up 2 orders twice, forgot to give us cutlery and don't say a word when giving your food to you. Just go to bassendean dome, don't waste your money or time with ellenbrook.
Would not recommend dome Cafe in ellenbrook
We waited 1 hour 30 minutes for food. Drinks came out 40 minutes before food, place had rubbish all around the place, will not be back. Avoid!
1st visit made us come back.
28/4/23 2nd visit, clearly ordered egg on the side of our fritters, and came with no egg. So made us pay even though we thought we already payed for it.
3rd visit 3/5/23 poached eggs came with this order but not exactly poached. And tomatos came seared. Not really cooked.almost raw
Great place, and will most likely give it a fourth try.
But attention to detail on service and food needs to be looked into.
My wife and I work all week and the morning are the only times we get to spend together. Always looking at new places to have breakfast.
Lots more items on your menu we would love to try, so hopefully it's not the last time we visit.
Service is always good, the coffees are sometimes luke- warm, especially when they are busy. Other times served nice and hot.
Had pork sliders with chips, quite tasty. Spend $50ish for 2 lunch orders and 2 drinks. Asked for aioli for my chips they wanted another $1.45? Are you kidding? I know its only $1.45, but seriously, you got over $50 out of me already, surely aioli can't be that pricey these days.
Flies everywhere run by kids had to chase up my daughters meal twice then came out on a scolding plate so 4 year old daughter nearly burned herself. Could do so much with the two floors but kids don't care
I always love Dome food and coffee but this place always appears dirty. It's disappointing.
Regularly have a coffee and meetings here.
Always a great coffee & the food is usually good too.
My only disappointment is that the place closes about 5pm now, a bit on the early side for me, and much earlier than some of their other outlets.
I've been in Ellenbrook a while & this place used to be open for dinner as well.
This option is not available any more- unfortunately.
Good old larry comes down here sometimes. We usually have a cuppa before we part ways.
One thing astounds me thou, when we begin to close our business deals there is always a peculiar man in the corner watching us. He had a black coat and curly oily hair, hes dark and medium build. Has a anyone seen him before?
Food took over 30 minutes to come out. And when it did it was cold. My sister asked that oranges not be put in her fruit salad as she highly allergic, yet they made it with it in. And refused to make another one. So she had go get a refund. The customer service by the young ones isn't the best. They all look miserable.
I has fish Taco s very nice n tasty loved the sweet potatoe chips were delish Seafood basket was really good too
And the Berry cheesecake was yummy nice food and definitely will go back.
Asked for soft yokes got served snot.didn't enjoy 60 odd bucks and left unhappy.best part was the cold toast
Have to say the service has slipped a bit, the staff don't look happy and the atmosphere is the same. The food was OK but I just wanted to eat and leave. Not sure whether I will return.
Went upstairs, nice surroundings and food was great, only critism is that the staff member kept coming to the table every 5 mins to take items away whilst we were trying to have a conversation.
Tuesday afternoon. All the cafes are closing.we were 16 mins away from this place. In Malaga. So we did the drive. We were hungry cause we missed lunch. Pumpkin soup for him and a roasted veg with holume, spelling is wrong, that nice cheese you can fry. Didn't look like the picture but it was nice. Both meals hit the spot. Warm and ddeèllliisshhhh. Worth the 16 min drive. Very good service. I didnt see any disable parking but we did find a good park in front. Score ay. Groovy groovy. Not disappointed.
I have eaten here a few times. The dining area is reasonably clean and some of the staff do attempt to keep the area tidy and tables wiped down. Some staff are friendly others appear too busy to smile. Food is pretty good and what you would expect for this type of restaurant. It can get busy at times which means seating is limited if you are in a group. If you are looking for a reasonably priced meal and kids friendly then the Dome will probably work for you.
The bar staff at my time of arrival were absolutly fantastic. It was just being managed by some clean up staff and on floor staff that were quite poor in work. The upstairs was cluttered with plates from previous people who had been and gone. I understand just one plate is fine but their were multiple people that had been and gone and no staff to clean up.
