Dôme Café - Belmont

I'm glad to enjoying the environment and food at Dome Cafe. It's always a nice gesture to express your appreciation to the staff.

The old lady serving coffee was very rude i just asked for share plates for the food we ordered then suddenly scolded me angrily saying “should tell her upon ordering the food! ” Is that how you treat your customers?

Food was good for a breakfast meeting and the coffee is all right too. The staff are friendly and the service is good. The staff continue to provide friendly service early in the morning.

Disappointing. The service was really poor and they had absolutely no idea when I asked to have tomato added to a toastie. Instead, I got two hugely thick (1.5cm) slices of tomato on the plate beside my sandwich. There was no mustard on the sandwich even tho it was stated on the menu. My coffee was given to another person at our table in error by the waitress, even after asking if it was correct, with no apology when the error was discovered.

Really good enjoyed the Time There. The felling is like any other dome that you have be to.

Such lovely staff and so helpful. I don’t expect staff to be cheerful and enthusiastic about working minimum wage jobs in awful conditions, but the staff here manage it and they make going out for breakfast with the family a real
Treat.

Was dying for an iced coffee prior to catching a movie, pretty busy so had to wait about 15mins all up. Iced coffee was nice but not really worth the wait

Staff who take your order and make the coffee are excellent. Staff who make your food in the kitchen are below average. For instance, ordered a meal, was given the complete opposite of what was ordered, it was taken back to the kitchen with a 5-10min wait to be remade. Perfectly acceptable.
Meal came out, apart from the spinach, everything was cold. For a dish that had been freshly remade, unsure how it could be cold (hot food).
Obviously the kitchen staff can't be bothered, or don't care about the quality of food they prepare.
Stop here for coffee, anything else, there are plenty of other shops that would love your business within 250m.

Next time, I'll go to Subway.

Book the meeting room for a work meeting. The service was the best I've had at a Dome in a while! Everything came promptly and was nice. Hats off the the service and wait staff! Booked another meeting for next week!

Although they were very busy, service was prompt and genial. Floor staff were very friendly and the meal was nice. We ordered something we hadn't had before, but wasn't to our liking, our bad will know better next. The restaurant was clean and tidy.

Terrible customer service over the phone just now. They told me they don't do takeaway orders via phone and then hung up on me. Not impressed.

One of my favourite Dome cafes. Bright, plenty of natural light. Parking right out the front. Next door to cinemas. Large Shopping Centre across the road from car park. Always friendly staff who try and accommodate. I have even ordered food for take away from here. They make the best corn fritters (have tried these at 3 different Dome cafes). Food is always fresh and tastes great. Quick service. Plenty of seating indoor or outdoors. Highly recommend. Price is good and serving size is perfect.

Had Vegetarian Big Breakfast and Chai Tea. Fully satisfied with the poached eggs. Must come here again in the future. Went to the cinema next door afterwards which was very convenient. Definitely a recommendation.

Took my family out for dinner and on top of the 30min wait the food had to be returned. Had a movie lined up went out with plenty of time to spare but were rushing around trying to get our food cooked properly.
All toast was burnt it was black, in every meal. I had the bacon and avocado stack with poached eggs and the poached eggs were pretty much soft boiled eggs and the bacon was burnt to a crisp.
The hash browns were dripping in oil
All round horrible experience with disgusting food. Will not be returning again.

This Dome is located inside Reading Cinema complex and a great place to hangout after or before a flick.

Waited sooo long for our breakfast and then it was cold as. If we weren't do hungry we would of asked for our money back. Poor service as well with things missing on order. Usual for this Dome but it was bad.

Favourite go to Cuppa Tea place.
Best place for me to chill catch up on reading and conversation.

Huge Dome Cafe with lots of comfortable seating, and a full menu. There is plenty of seating for groups or single diners.

Access via the cinema is also convenient.

Always friendly service here also. They are open later than most other Dome locations

Busy and vibrant, still great service and tasty food. Wait times are not to bad. Much more than just coffe and cake.
