Dôme Café - East Fremantle

Service was terrible apart from one lovely girl, she accidentally spilt coffee on my friend but apologised, tall girl cleared the table and didn't come back to clean it for us to sit there, asked her to clean it please and it was 25% effort, food was very average, won't be coming back, staff need to be more hospitality trained and courteous!

The service is atrocious - the lady taking orders can’t change a roll to toast on the menu and staff delivering the food have the worst attitude. Not to mention the foulest Body Oder. Putrid!
Best place on the river wasted on Dome. Cakes are frozen and still waiting on the cream for our scones. Asked twice for it!

It has a nice view, I ask for gluten free bread they said the couldn't swap it because other ingredients have gluten

Great views and relaxing location. However the coffee is on the wrong side of ordinary. The scrambled eggs on toast were far inferior to any truck stop in the outback. Of Turkey. Powdered synthetic mush - it didn't even hint of egg. They forgot my side order of mushrooms, but I regretted reminding the waiter. They were tasteless and bland. I feel unwell just thinking about that meal. My boys liked their smashed avo.

Staffs were not friendly as they even did not say hello or please wait when we entered the Dome. Also, I had ordered a Mango smoothie but they gave me some berry smoothie which was melted already. So I asked to reorder the mango smoothie but one of the staffs told me that that was what I ordered. I was unhappy but took the smoothie but it tasted like rotten warm berries. Highly not recommended.

Very unprofessional staff. It takes long time to receive the order and they often get the order wrong. Do not recommend.

Great location but the young guy who always works on weekends behind the counter is really rude and inpatient, gets irritated easily and makes you feel uneasy & unwelcome while taking orders. His attitude is like "Oh no.another customer to serve! Give me a break! "

Please, change the girl that do the “coffee”. My espresso cup was with a lot of coffee’s dot, the taste was like burned, and the powder in the bottom. I’m Italian and she killed the coffee. With a professional machine please put there a good person to do a perfect coffee!

Today me and my family went to the dome for dinner.my nana had ordered the greek salad with lamb.it was awful.took two mouth fulls and couldn't eat anymore it had an overpowering flavour that took over the tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, etc.after having served a horrible dish she ordered the scones with jam and cream, we were looking for mould as the scones were old and re heated in the microwave.i ordered the mac cheese which tasted horrible it had a very exaggerated cheese after taste and there was no garnish (parsley) as shown on the menu it tasted store bout like easy mac did it come from a packet? The dome is a hit or miss restaurant you go once and the food is executable and you go another time and its DISGUSTING.the quality is going down.will not be coming back again, spent over $100, would rather go to mc donalds! Step up.

Well we were there on the Friday the 11th. Dec as we are twice a week. Asked for almond croissant not heated and a iced coffee no cream. But got the same croissant heated and iced with cream. OnTues 15Dec I took my brother out for his birthday for breakfast spend $ 100 Two big breakfast and extras the toast wasn't toast but warm bread the poached eggs were very hard my sister in law had a zucchini stack which was almost stone cold very disappointed to say the least. If it wasn't for the view it would have given one star.
The food was badly cooked and not what was ordered. Tried to get the correct order but it fell into the "too hard basket" so ate when I was given. They shouldn't offer what they can't deliver.

We went on Mothers Day for tea and cake as a treat, paid for by our son. Our waitress was sullen and appeared disinterested, arrived with the saucer full with spilled cappacino. We then had to wait ages for the cakes.
Went up twice to the counter to ask why the delays just needed to go on plates. Very disappointing. The food was nice but the experience marred by the poor service.

You come here for the surroundings which are beautiful. You can sit outside on the deck with the river flowing beneath, and a view over to Fremantle port, or up river to the yachts and stink boats. Occasionally you ll get dolphins dropping by to show off their dolphin tricks.

I breakfast on opening here every week but the last two Saturdays there has been a different chef and the scrambled eggs were over cooked and not nice & fluffy as they usually are.

Acceptable food. Wonderful location. Plastic straws right on the Swan River, where's the corporate responsibility?

Ordered Falafel plate which is one of the seasonal items on offer. Arrived at table but served with sour cream but not with hummus. Wait person v apologetic but said should have been told that no hummus available when ordering, which we were not advised of. Slightly disappointed as hommus tradionally served with falafel and if we had been informed as at time of ordering would have made a different menu choice. This is not the first time that The Dome East Freo has disappointed.

Great location, but cleanliness was not up to what I would expect of DOME and the food selection and quality was under average.

Food took about 45mins to come out and Chicken Tenders were overcooked,
Soup was cold. Brought one coffee out but other one came 45mins later.
Ran out of scones at 245pm.
Brought out Ice Cream Sundae before the Kids Fish n Chips n Sundae melted.

Always love a chocolate frog, but the chocolate brownies are rediculously sweet to the point of being inedible!

Some staff very surely, need to learn how to smile and be helpful, very, off putting when ordering.
